Axton walks to both Braxton and Spooky, and both didn’t even have the strength to ulter a word.
“Why did you two do that to Sophia”. He asked in his scary voice.
“It’s never going to happen again Boss”. Both manage to say.
“You should’ve thought about the precautions you both were going to face for taking advantage of a helpless girl!!”. Axton yells at them.
And his voice send more fears into their skins.
Axton might be dangerous and all that, but taking inflicting pains on the innocent and weak people was something he’ll never think of doing, due to his past encounters.
“Get up on your feet this instant”. He orders.
And both Braxton and Spooky quickly stood up to their feet despite the pains inflicted on them by Megan.
“Go outside the mob, and crawl from the beginning of the building to the gate, and you won’t stop crawling back and forth still I say so”.
Spooky cries silently.
Crawling from the building to the main gate was the worst punishment one could ever wish for.
The main gate was so far from the building of the clan.
No one can walk on foot to the main gate, without using a car, and now his ordering them to crawl from the building to the main gate, not once, not twice, but still he orders them to stop.
Dealth was more better than than crawling back to back to the main gate, but she dare not ask for dealth, coz she knows Axton won’t hesitate to give it to her.
“What the heck are you two wating for, get to it”.
“Boss am…..”
Braxton’s word seized in her throat when Axton looks at her with those scary eyes of his.
“Make me repeat myself again, and your punishment will be, bringing down the moon from the sky”.
And both Spooky and Braxton quickly leaves to take their punishment.
Atleast it was better than than bringing down the moon from the sky, which they know Will be impossible and will also warrant more problems for them.
After Braxton and Spooky left, Megan squats to the floor crying.
Axton looks at her before squatting close to her.
“Meg”.
“Is all my fault why Sophia is in this state right now, I was the reason why she ended up here and yet I couldn’t even protect her, where was I when Braxton and Spooky did that to her, I have done nothing but cause her so much pain, is all my fault”. Megan said crying.
Axton didn’t know what to do at that very moment.
This was the first in ten years someone has cried in front of him.
His usual self will have just walked away or rather yells at that person, but somehow he finds himself wanting to console her.
Why he wanted to console her, was something he couldn’t really tell.
His hand slowly went to her shoulder, and he used it in bringing her closer to himself.
Megan’s head falls on her shoulder.
“Stop crying already”. He said in a calm voice, patting her shoulder.
And he doesn’t need a soothsayer to tell him he was going crazy little by little.
Megan’s head were still on her shoulder, as she cries her pains out, with Axton being her comforter.

AXTON’S SUITE***
“Stay here, I’ll be right back”. Axton said.
And Megan only nods, sitting on the bed.
Axton made a step to leave, but turns back to face her.
“Sophia is already awake, aren’t you going to see her”.
“I…I can’t face her right now”. She mumbled.
Axton nods, he looks at Megan before leaving and headed for the room Sophia was in.
He needed to ask her some questions.
When he got to the room, Jacqueline was there with her.
“Boss”. Both said at once.
Axton looks at Jacqueline and the ways he looks at her, signals her that she needed to leave.
Jacqueline bows and leaves the room.
Axton stuck his hand in his inner pocket before speaking.
“How’re you”.
Sophia looks at him, but quickly buried her face on the bed.
“Am fine”. She muttered, crimping her hands.
“Do you remember anything from your past”. He asked.
Sophia looks at him and shakes her head.
“But you called me brother some hours ago”.
Sophia takes in her lips.
“I don’t know why I said that either, it was the only thing I could remember at that moment”. Sophia said innocently.
Axton looks at her.
There was no way she could be his sister, he clearly saw their house blow off with his little sister in it.
A dead body was brought out from the burnt house that day.
But why does her face look so familiar was something he couldn’t tell.
His sure he has seen her face somewhere before, but no matter how he tried to picture where he has seen her, it was always blurry, like his memories about that day was delected.
“Have we met before”. He asked.
Sophia looks at him and takes in her lips.
“I don’t know, I can’t remember anything from my past, no matter how hard I try”.
Axton sighs.
“When you get better, you should stop working as a maid”.
“Are you kicking me out, I have no where to go Boss, Russia is a country am not familiar with”.
“Am not kicking you out Sophia, am just stopping you from working as a maid here, and anytime you need something, just tell me okay”. Axton said.
Sophia looks at him and nods.
“Thanks boss”. Sophia said with a smile.
“Get some rest”. He said and leaves.
Axton went back to his suite, still thinking about where he has seen Sophia.
“Why is it so difficult to picture where I have seen her, and there’s a lot of impossibilities that she can be Sofia, I clearly saw her dead body that day”. Axton said.
He sighs and enters the room, and Megan was still there, just like he asked her to.
“How’s she”.
“She’s fine, she’s back to the usual already”.
And Megan nods her head.
“Megan, can I ask you a question”.
Megan looks at him and nods.
“Where did you find Sophia”.
“I saved her two years ago, when she was almost R@P£D, she didn’t know anything about herself coz she was suffering from Amnesia, I was the one who gave her the name Sophia and I told her I was always going to protect her, but I failed in that aspect”.
“Is not your fault, and stop wearing a sad face it doesn’t suit you”.
Megan scoffs.
“Says the one who has always worn a stony and hard face”.
Axton ignores her and lights up a cigarette.
“So am the first person you have said sorry to after ten years”. Megan asked now smiling.
“I dunno why I even said that”.
“Who knows maybe you have fallen for me”. Megan said acting cute.
Axton laughs.
“Really, I Fall for you”. Axton asked still laughing.
“Mr Non Living, you just smile, no it wasn’t even a smile, you just laughed”. Megan said, with eyes wide opened.
And Axton looks at her, he too was surprised.
“Did I”. He asked.
