And the winner of this year’s competition is…..
Everyone was anxiously waiting for the result to be
announced.
Peyton was scared,she was shaking.
Peyton has never been this nervous or scared?
Maybe because she loves Nolan that much and
does not want to let him,she doesn’t want to let
the restaurant down either.
She turned to look at Nolan who just gave her
wink and made an”okay” sign with his thump and
index finger.
She smiled,still nervous though.
“And the winner of this year’s competition is……
“Peyton McKenzie from Chilli Restaurant” the
judges finally announced it.
The world paused for a moment for Peyton.
“Did I hear well,or my ears are playing tricks on
me?” She asked herself.
Peyton could not believe it!
She already had it in mind she was going to lose.
I mean, she did not even finish decorating her dish
before the time ran out.
“Congratulations,Miss Peyton.
” And congratulations to you two,better luck next
time” the judges said to them.
Moving from one person to another and giving
them handshakes.
Peyton was crying, she did not know why she was
crying, but she felt very proud of herself.
She could not hold the tears back as she let them
flow down her cheeks,freely.
She wiped them away,but more tears were running
down.
This means a lot to her,no one will understand but
her alone.
Nolan walked up to her and hugged her tightly.
“Why are you crying?” His husky voice asked.
Peyton sniffed and held him even tighter, resting
her head on his chest.
It was so soothing that she didn’t feel like letting
go of Nolan.
“I knew you could do this,I told you”
“I know what you are capable of and that’s why I
chose you”
“I’m so proud of you,baby” he said and Peyton’s
heart skipped a thousand times on hearing that.
Nolan just called her”baby” can this day get any
better than this?
Nolan broke from the hug and made Peyton to
look at him.
“I’ve never seen you cry before, you look so cute
with this face” Nolan said
Peyton giggled and pouted her lips,making Nolan
want to eat her lips.
But he restraint himself, he did not want what
happened last night to repeat itself.
“Let me see the Judges,I will be back in a jiffy” he
said and left.
“Congratulations,Miss Peyton” everyone kept
congratulating.

Nolan’s restaurant was given lots of gifts,
including kitchen utensils and a huge sum of
money.
Best part is that,
in every competition he wins, his restaurants keep
getting popular,it was always being recommended
by the judges each year.
His restaurant is well known in the whole of
Busan,one of the best so far.
“We need to celebrate this” he said to Peyton.
“I know,right” Peyton said.
“Wait,where is Rahkel? I thought you said she was
coming.
“Yea,she had too many things to handle at the
restaurant,so she could not make it” Nolan
answered.
“Oh” Peyton simply said.
