Fredrick paced to and fro as his eyes darted to the hospital ward where Henry was being treated beside him was Charlotte who was choking on her own tears.She knew she h@ťěd him and wanted him to die so he could stop leeching off them but she couldn’t explain why she felt sad and troubled that he was in a critical star.Just then the doctor came out and they rushed towards him
“How is he?”Fredrick asked in a calm tone though his heart was troubled within and the doctor sighed
“He is stable for now but he has to be rushed into surgery within the next 48hrs else he might give up.”said the doctor and Fredrick sighed sadly.He knew where it was going to but he wasn’t financially buoyant
“How much is it?”Charlotte asked hurriedly and Fredrick raised his eyebrow at her
“A 100million dollars but if you can deposit at least half of the money,we can start the operation”said the doctor and Charlotte nodded
“I will get you the money by tomorrow”Charlotte said and hurriedly left the hospital before Fredrick could even ask any question
Fredrick walked into the ward and sat beside Henry as he watched him.His skin as become more pale and he had an oxygen mask on
“I really wish you never left the house but it doesn’t help anymore,does it?”Fredrick said as he chuckled sadly.”I will try to get the money and you will be back on your feet,bro”Fredrick said as he quickly left the hospital

Charlotte held the hen if her dress as she stood before a tall building.She was planning to meet up with her ex and ask for money.Of course,she knew he would ask for something in return but she would do anything to get Henry back.She missed their little fights and also his funny and insultive remarks
She sighed as something told her not to step into the building but fighting against all doubts she stepped into the building heading to the last floor
As she got to the floor,she looked around and it looked like some kind if gangstar zone or brothel.Women could be seen dancing naked and men were enjoying staring at them.She walked through all of them ignoring their eyes in her as she pushed her way into the office
She scoffed when she saw Louis,her ex f-__-king a lady in his office but he quickly stopped when their eyes met and the lady ran out
“Did I wake up on the wrong side of the bed today or it’s really you?”asked Louis as he buttoned his belt and sat on his chair
“Well,things happen.I never imagined to walk into your place with my own legs in this life time”said Charlotte as she sat opposite him and he chuckled
“Still as fearless as ever.Why are you here?Are you willing to accept my proposal?”asked Louis and Charlotte scrunched her face in disgust at the thought of it
She and Louis originally broke up when she found out he was a gang leader and a mafia but after a while,he came back and asked her to be his segz mate while he pays her $50000 everyday but she disagreed after giving him a deafening slap
“No but I need your help”Charlotte finally said and Louis raised an eyebrow
He knew Charlotte well enough to know that she would rather die than ask for his help and that only made him more crazy about her.He had originally lusted after her body but later he found out that he loved her and Love was forbidden in the mafia’s world that was why he decided to make her his segz mate but she disagreed
“What do you want?”he asked as he puffed a cigarette in his mouth while Charlotte glared at him
“No smoking till I leave”Charlotte said as she threw away his cigarette and he chuckled.Her fearlessness was another part that attracted him to her
“I need money.I mean about 100million dollars”Charlotte said and his eyes sparkled with inquisitiveness
“What for?”he asked and Charlotte sighed
“f-__-k,must you know?Anyways,a friend of mine is sick and I need it for his treatment”she said and rage surge in Louis’s heart but he calmed down
“Well,giving you the money is not a problem but everything comes with a price”said Louis willing to use the situation to his own advantage and Charlotte sighed
“What do you want,Louis?”asked Charlotte and Louis pretended to be thinking for awhile before smiling
“Be mine,forever.I will f-__-k you and do wh@ťěver I please with you.In other words,sell yourself to me”Louis said darkly and hatred surge in Charlotte’s heart but she didn’t have a choice
“Fine,just give me the money.He is dying”said Charlotte as tears formed in her eyes.She was doing this for a man she h@ťěd but she couldn’t lie to herself anymore.She knew she h@ťěd Henry because she loved him
“Not so fast,sunshine.Come back by evening then I would have gotten some documents ready and the money.”said Louis and Charlotte nodded in agreement as she stood up
“It’s nice doing business with you”Louis said as he stretched his hand out for handshak and Charlotte glared at him as she left
