? Rose?
Richard POV (one week)
It has been weeks that I left the hospital with Rose, she has been recovering well, but she is no longer the sweet innocent Rose that her smile use to light up the room.
She doesn’t talk much, she struggles every time she sleeps in the night atimes, it hurt me to be seeing her like that but she is improving, her bruises were fading
Doctor Steve have called two days ago after I left the hospital, to inform me of the unknown gunmen that invade the hospital, looking for Rose, I know right away that Alex was behind this but he had no idea who he is messing with, he should have know better.
Rose is better off in my manison, I have enough security here, not even a rat will enter and live alive and Alex know that my house is the last place he will enter unvited unless he wants war.
Ever since Rose was discharged from the hospital, she never ask for Alex and it makes me happy, she doesn’t talk much when i tried to engage her in a conversation, not that I mind I do all the talking, am just happy that she is safe but sad at the same time that she looks broke but I will fix that with time, when do I became like this… Is this what love does to people
After I was done fixing breakfasts for Rose, I took it upstairs to her room, but I call it our room because she mostly sleep with me at night to avoid the nightmare
” Argh!!?” I heard Rose scream before I could get to the room making me to panic a little, f-__-k she must be having those nightmare again
I quickly run into the room, Rose was struggling and crying on the bed with her eye still close, I drop the tray on the table and rush to the bed, I sat down on the bed and lift her into my arms
” Shhhh, am here now, nobody will hurt you” I said rocking her slowly, she was able to calm down and open her eye slowly
” Morning Beautiful” I greeted smiling as I stare at her loving face, I can’t believe she is here with me atimes, I use my hand and clean the tears that was running down her face
” Richard, am scared” she said looking up to me with her beautiful blue eye
” Am here, okay”I said kissing her on the forehead
” Don’t leave me!” She said hugging me tight, her word made my heart to beat fast
” I will not, but now it is time for you to eat and take your medicine but first you have to freshing up” I said as I get up from the bed and put out my hand for her to help her stand up

When Rose was done in the bathroom, she came out and started eating her food, she eat small but I force her to eat more, she hasn’t been eating enough, when she was done, I gave her medicine
” Thank you” she said, avoiding my eye
” You are welcome” I said, I wanted to say more but my phone started ringing, l look at the caller ID it was my agent
” Excuse me” I said and stood up to go and answer the call
” Please stay here” Rose quickly said and put her hand on my hand, with a wide eye, she was surprised she said that, I gave her my best smile, she has been clingy and I love it, but I know it was because she was scared but still it means so much to me that am the one she needs
” Am here” I sat back on the bed again” so do you want to go outside to get a fresh air” I ask, I have been trying to get her to leave the room since we got here but she refuse
” No am fine here, thank you” she said, I don’t want to pressure her but she needs to move around
I wanted to say something but my phone started ringing again
” Hello” I answer as I pick it, I listen attentively as my agent gave me a shocking information
” Are you sure about this”” I ask
” Yes Sir” he answer
” Am giving you another assignment, start following him and report back to me, I want pictures of every person he meets with” I said
” Okay sir” he answer and I cut the call
I just hope for Philip sake that he has no hand in what happen to Rose, it happens that Maria the dead maid told one of her co-worker about Philip, about their affair, it left me wondering why Philip will date or even sleep with a maid not either maid but Alex maid, why?
The same maid that was giving Rose the abortion pill, the same one found dead, I remember Philip expression in the hospital, when I told them about the maid, he looked worried for some reason..odd,I will have to pay Philip a visit
” Are you okay” Rose ask, snapping me out of thinking
” Yeah! Thanks for worrying about me” I said, smiling at her
Making her to blush, that’s a first we are improving, she is so beautiful and I can’t stop staring, I must be making her uncomfortable
She started playing with her hand, she look so adorable
” Are you going out today” she ask nervously, we have to work on her nervousness, I don’t want her to feel it around me, I want her to be comfortable with me
” No” I said making her face to light up, I have been working from home, since I bought her here
” Rose I want to give you a house tour, will you please come outside with me” I said gentle, I don’t want to force her
She was quite for a while ” is okay if you don’t want to” I quickly say
” Am sorry” she said
” No.. don’t be, I will be right back let me take this down” I said getting up from the bed to carry the tray
” Okay…” She said, as I was about to leave the room ” Richard..”
” Yes” I answered turning to look at her
” Thank you” she said
I don’t want her to thank me,I want her to give me a chance but I know this is not the right time, I will have to go with what I got
” Anything for you my princess” I said causing her to blush again, am happy seeing her reaction
” I will be right back” I said leaving the room

Philip POV
Honestly as I stare at Alex he looks like a messy, I can’t hardly recognize him now, he now drink alot
Ever since we came back to the hospital without Rose he has been going nuts
If not that I needed he I would have ki||ed him, it has been weeks now, Richard hasn’t left his home, the security we’re tight
We had no chance and Alex is not making it easy either
He wanted Rose by all means and I wanted Richard dead
I will have to do something and bring Richard out of his house
I gave Alex a disgusting stare as he was still drinking, what a fool
