Chapter forty-four

Rose POV
I slowly remove myself from Alex arms, he was still sleeping soundly,I stare at him for so minute and peck him on his forehead before going to the bathroom
Today is Saturday no work, am happy because I want to spend today with Alex and forget the awful thing that happen yesterday.
I quickly brush my teeth and showered, once I was done I tie the towel around me and went to the room to put on my short Jean and crop top
Alex was still sleeping when I left the room
The maids will not be coming today, because I told them not to be coming every weekend starting from today, I want to be spending my weekend with Alex , just the two of us
So this is my first time cooking for Alex, I do know how to cook but I haven’t cook for him before, because the maid usually does it
I went to the kitchen to fix a breakfast for Alex and I ,I want to start today with breakfast on the bed for Alex
I put on music with my phone my favourite song “Diamond” by Rihanna
“What are doing!” I was startled, the spoon in my hand fall off, because I was so lost in what I was doing that i didn’t know when Alex enter the kitchen
” f-__-k, you scared me” I said bending down to pick the spoon
” Sorry about that,.. but what are you doing here” he ask again
“.. cooking what else” I said to him ,turning to on the gas
” Where are the maids” Alex ask
” I send them off” I said
” And who f-__-king gave you the permission” Alex said with a hard voice, I quickly turn to face him
” I just..want to be spending the weekend with you” I said still shock , Alex have never use this kind of tone on me
“I don’t want you doing any house chores, I paid them for it, if you want to spend time with me, that will be in our bedroom” he said with the same tone with a hard face
What have gotten into Alex, I was shock ,that I couldn’t say anything
” And never leave the bed or the house with out informing me” he continued
” But….but.you where sleeping” I said stammering, my eye was already turning red
” Do you know how scared,I was when I wake up and you where not there” he said as he use his hand and ran it through his hair with frustration
” I was just here,I wanted to surprise you,
with breakfast on bed” I said trying to reason with him, I have never see this side of Alex since three month,I have been living with him, is it because of what happened yesterday
” Come here” he said opening his hand for me
