My alarm rang for the fifth time but I didn’t bulge, I just laid on the bed still.
A knock came at the door but I didn’t bother to even know who might be there until I heard the voice.

“Vincent” They both rushed to my side and assisted me up, sitting me on the bed.
“Why are you doing this to yourself? You know I don’t like seeing you like this, “she huskily mumbled.
I breathed out weakly, I’m just so weak right now even my heart. I just feel suffocated here.
“Skylar… . . She left… she pushed me away, she let’s go of me” I muttered that they could barely hear what I mumble but I’m sure they heard me.
” She had no choice, She is hurt too, no one is happy with everything that is happening, please don’t hurt yourself” Mama held my hands rubbing it softly.
“Boss, you really have to be strong so as to be able to fight Stella, the lady isn’t here to play, She and her mother really meant the marriage to happen, if you want to have your love back, you need to be strong, please, You know we are here for you, we are your family” Ben said consoling me.
“Please” I heard Mama pleading with me with a whisper. Can I really do this? Maybe, I need to, I shouldn’t lose her just like that.
“Yes, I will be, I’m not letting go of her just like that” I mumbled and I heard them breathing out at a time. I make them worried a lot.
“It’s past your medication time and you haven’t eaten, You should take your bath and come down for the food” She said and from her tone, you can tell her mood has lighten up from before.

“Anita, I’m late for school, she refused to open up” Annie frowned dropping the tray of food on the counter. We’re gonna have a little problem.
“You can go now, I will take care of it” I assured her and she nodded with a sigh.
“Thank you” She walked up picking up her backpack and left.I looked at the tray of food with a sigh, She did that because she wanted to protect us. She know it will hurt so badly yet to choose us over him. She didn’t deserve this at all.
I picked up the tray and headed to her room.
“Skylar, it’s me, Girl you need to open this door now, you can’t lock yourself in there, please.” I pleaded, hoping she would open the door but it was fruitless.
I twitch the doorknob wishing it will just open but it’s not working.
“Are you really going to do that to yourself?” I questioned but she gave no response so I just walked away. Maybe She needs time to get over it, I’m just worried she won’t hurt herself more than that.
My phone suddenly rang, I rolled my eyes on seeing Xavier as the caller, I’m not the one to forgive him, It is Skylar that needs to forgive him. How dare he give Stella her nude pictures? I ignored his calls dropping the tray and walked away.

Staring at myself through the mirror, looking how messed up I am, how messed up life is. My eyes moved to the gold necklace I got from him and the tears thr_@tened to fall again. There is no us again.
