“Sorry Miss, Husband? ” I asked like it’s the first time i’m hearing the word ‘husband’
“Are you deaf? Vincent” She pushed me away and walked into the office.
I walked in also, Vincent raised his head with a furrow.
“Skylar, who is it?” He asked, I shrugged before I could even utter a word, the lady spoke up moving closer to him. Who the hell is she?
“It’s me Hubby, Stella” She told him and Vincent scoffed.
“Stella? Mrs Smith’s daughter? ” He asked and the lady smiled.
“Yup, your wife” She completed while I rolled my eyes.
“What the hell are you doing here?” He asked, sounding a bit angry. I wonder if she really is.
“Chill, I’m here for you hubby” She said seductively and bent her head closer to him. What????
I glared hard at her action.
“Tell your Secretary to get out of here” She whispered to him eyeing me but I heard what she said so i Returned the glare also.
“Skylar, Don’t go anywhere” Vincent insisted but I utter no words.
“Oh really she can stay and watch then” My eyes widened when she rubbed her hand on his cheek but Vincent snapped it away. Seriously, she is getting on my nerves already.
“What the hell are you doing? Skylar, Call the security to throw her out this instant” He said loudly and I moved closer to do that while the lady threw a hard glare at me.
“Vincent, you want it the hard way, don’t you? There is nothing you can do, we are bound together” With that she picked up her bag, glared at me one last time before she walked out of the office. What a Ɓîtçh!
I turned to Vincent and he was busy removing his tie. Obviously he is angry about what just happened.
“Vincent, who is… ? ” I was about to ask but he cut me off.
“Dial Ben’s number this instant” He ordered, I sighed and did so. I wonder what is going on?
I called Mr Ben and gave him the call.
“Ben, You won’t believe that daughter of Ɓîtçh visited my office, like what the hell? ” He hissed while I stood there watching.
“I need to see John, tell him to come over, we need to do all we can to break off the contract, I’m not doing $h|t and that is it! ” He ran and hung up immediately.
I’m seriously confused right now. What contract is he talking about?
“Vince? ” I calmly called and he breathed out.
“I’m sorry for what happened” He mumbled, I scoffed and moved closer to him. Yeah, it’s really annoying because he is hiding things from me now.
“What is going on? What contract are you talking about? Who is that lady? Why is she calling you her husband?” I bombarded him with questions.
He heaved down and clicked his hand on the desk.
“She is no one, just a random girl that is pushing herself on me” He said but why did i find it hard to believe him?
“And the contract?” I asked also and he bit his lips.
“Skylar, stop worrying over nothing, I’m going to solve everything, trust me, it’s nothing” He cooed.
“We are dating aren’t we? ” I asked even though I know we are, but I feel we shouldn’t be hiding things from each other.
He scoffed and smiled.
“You know we are, why asking?” He chuckled and I sighed.
“Okay then, Gotta finish the files you asked me to take care of” I said and he nodded.
I walked out of his office and met Mr Ben on the way.
“Hi, Miss Skylar” He waved and I smiled.
“Good day sir” I politely replied. He was about to enter his office when I stopped him.
“Hmmm, is there anything going on with him that I didn’t know? ” I asked and he furrow.
“Not really” He replied with a smile and I nodded. Maybe I shouldn’t really worry then.
“Alright” I walked into my office.

Vincent and Ben left office earlier than I thought saying they got something to handle so he couldn’t drop me off.
“Hey Eve” I walked up to her as she was about to leave the company.
“Sky” She smiled and I returned the smile.
“Let me tag along” I told her and she chuckled.
“I know it’s because Mr Vincent left early though” She teased as we both hopped inside the cab while I chuckled.
MRS ABIGAIL.
I opened my eyes and my view landed on the white ceiling.
“Mom, are you awake? ” I heard Amelia’s voice beside me and I turned to her.
“Doctor!!” she rushed out to call the doctor, just then Daniel walked in.
“Mom? ” He called and I slowly sat up.
“Son, what happened? ” I asked, trying to remember.
“We don’t know either, you just fell down and collapsed, we don’t know what happened too? ” He explained.
I held my head and sighed. The doctor came in and checked some necessary things.
“Is she okay now? Amelia asked and the doctor smiled.
“Yes she is now, just need some rest” He said and I nod.
“Thanks” Amelia mumbled before he walked out. I knew it, I’ve been so stressed so lately all thanks to that Useless blind boy.
VINCENT.
I hopped down from the car and breathed out. We reached home lastly, I bet it was already late because I had to visit the sites which we were working on. I couldn’t see but I could tell just like always Ben did a great job there.
“Mt Quin said he really loves the architect” He said as he helped me inside and I chuckled.
“Of course, he has no choice but to love it,” I told him and he also chuckled.
“Seriously, What’s wrong with you people? Is it by force?” I started hearing Mama Gina’s voice as we walked toward the entrance.
“Mama? ” I called, and Ben opened the door as soon as we reached the entrance.
“Mama? What happened?” I asked immediately when I entered but I heard a different voice instead of her.
“Hubby, welcome back” I heard the Ɓîtçh’s giggles.
I scoffed in surprise.
“Stella, what the hell are you doing in my house this late? Have you finally lost it? ” I asked in annoyance but she only chuckled.
“That is what i’ve been asking her about before you enter” Mama said and I nod.
“She even brought her luggages” Mama added and I was surprised.
“Luggages? Why are they all here? ” I asked and I heard her footsteps closer.
