Rose POV
“Josh, you are spoiling Richard” I said as Josh carry Richard from the floor that I kept him because I was cooking, into his arm, immediately I open the door for him and started kissing him all over his face
” So? Am the godfather, am I not allow to spoil my cute little boy” Josh said tickling Richard on his cute little leg making him to giggling
” Who is my cute baby, is you..is you, say uncle..or I will not stop tickling you” Josh said
” U…n..cle” my one years old try to pronounce, as he was laughing from the tickling
” Did you just hear that” Josh said, looking at me with a happy face
“I can’t still believe, his first word is Uncle” I said as I put a fake frown on my face up till now he has not say another word except uncle and his normal baby’s talk
I feel bad he is my baby but it seems like he is more into his uncle Josh because he is always spoiling him
” Richard, mummy is jealous of me” Josh said to Richard as if he could understand him, but Richard usually prove me wrong as he started laughing with his uncle as if he understood him
at times I wonder if he is just one years old or more older, as I watch both of them laughing, I can’t believe my baby is already one-year old, how time flies, my joy…
” What are you still thinking about, are you not going to work” Josh said
” Yes I will get going, I left some food for you in the oven, the baby food is in his flush” I said walking closer to them and peck Richard on his cheeks, he use his Cute little hands and grab my face
” M..u.mmmy” he said giggling
My heart immediately swollen up with joy as I tear up immediately
” My baby” I said kissing him all over his face making him to laugh hard
” Rose, you have to go, you are already late” Josh said
” Yes..yes, see both of you soon take care and don’t do anything stupid” I said putting on my coat
” Yes mummy” Josh said with a baby tone
” Very funny” I said frown at him, I went back and kiss Richard again before Leaving the house

Honestly have it not been for Josh, I don’t know what could have become of me
How time flies, it was just like yesterday, that I woke up in the hospital, been knock down by a car that belong to Josh which turn out to be a blessing to me
(Flash back)
At first when he ask about my family and my husband I panic, and quickly told him that I had no one, that I was all alone in this world and I was not married, I can’t let Alex find me
The next thing he told me really shocked me
” But you are pregnant, who is the father” he said sounding so impatient
” Am what?” I shouted, as shock over took me
” Oh my God, you have no idea that you are pregnant” he said looking surprised
I was yet to talk before the doctor walk in
” She said she have no relatives, you can ask her yourself, now can I go” Josh said to the doctor, sounding as if he doesn’t want to be here
” is that true miss” the doctor ask
I was too shock to say anything, I put my hands on my stomach ” am I really pregnant” I ask the doctor as I started crying
” Just great! f-__-king waste if time” Josh curse running his hand through his head
” Yes you are, don’t you have any one to call or something” the doctor ask
” No..I don’t..just let me go, I will be fine” I said
” You heard her, so I can be excuse now, i have already settle the bill, so bye and be careful next time” Josh said, heading to the door
” Miss are you sure, you can talk to me, is anyone after you or something, cause I saw a lot of bruises on your body,I will help you report to the police” the kind doctor said, looking at me with concern
With the corner of my eye, I saw that Josh have stop walking, probably listening to what the doctor was asking me
My heart was beating like crazy “am fine I promise” I said getting out from the bed, I have to get out of here before they found out am lieing
The doctor try to protest, but am already heading to the door
What am I going to do now , how am I going to feed for myself talk more of my baby, what will I do,
” Am sorry” I said as I bump into Josh, I didn’t realize that he was still standing at the door
” Are you sure you are okay” Josh ask me
” Why, did you care?” I said sounding a bit rude,a while ago he wanted to be out of here, now he is acting as if he care, no one cares
” You are right, I don’t care” he said as he quickly left the room, I followed after to avoid the doctor suspicious staring
After I left the hospital, I don’t even know this place, I went and sat down on a bench at the waiting park
I put my head in my hands and started crying, I don’t know if I should be happy or sad,where will I start, how am I going to care for my baby…
I realized he is all I have and am only he have,I have nothing, Richard is gone, where will I go..
I felt someone sat beside me,I couldn’t bring myself to look up…
” Jesus tell me why am here again” a familiar voice said
I quickly look up it was Josh, staring at me

From there a new relationship was form after I told him all about me, Josh Change my life in a way I never expected, he took me to his home in England
And show me his soft side, I never saw at the hospital
He was my angel then and now, I can’t thank him enough, he takes me as his sister and took very good care of my son,he invited me and my son into his house and make us comfortable
He was there when I gave birth and was still there
He even offer me a job at one of his company, but I refuse I have to hustle for myself and make a future for myself
Am grateful to him but I don’t want to depend on anybody again, I want to give my son the future he deserve by myself
Am now working at a magazine company and am happy with it, I was able to get the job by myself, making me proud of myself by my first achievement
I have been working in this company for three month now and am enjoying it
All thanks to Josh for looking after Richard and enable me to work, I name him after a great man that I once know
No more talk of the past,I have left my past and start a very bright future and I alway pray my past never come back knocking
On getting to the office, my new friend Tricia came to my office
” Babe, the boss is asking for you and you are a bit late but I covered up as usual” she said
” thanks,Josh came back late, hope am save” I said getting up from chair
” Yea, I think is about a new contract” she said
” I hope so” I said heading to my boss office
