NIGHT★ JEREMY’S MANSION**
Moanna sat on the bed with no single expression on her face.
Joanna insisted on sleeping with her but she rejected saying she will be fine and she won’t try anything stupid.
After staying with her for a few minutes, Victoria, Margaret and Joanna left the room.
She turned her eyes and started looking at Xavier. She didn’t know when a smile fell on her lips.
She snuggled closer to him on the bed and kissed his forehead.
Xavier moved his little fingers and she smiled again.
“He is so cute just like my bunny” She said and looked up to see Jeremy’s picture on a stand in the room.
“I know you are not dead, stop making me worry you jerk” She said and her eyes turned misty.
The memories of her and him started flashing back to her mind.
The first day they met, how they had their first s*x which led to her getting pregnant for him, how he rejected the pregnancy and how her mother dealt with him.
She began living with him, they were enemies at first, always planning silly things against each other, she remembered the day she mixed pepper into his bath and how he gave much peppers to eat.
“Dummy, what if I lose the pregnancy cos of the pepper? ” She said and a tear fell down.
She didn’t even know she was crying.
She sniffed back her tears.
Falling in love with him wasn’t for once in her dictionary but she ended up falling crazily for him.
She remembered the day he confessed his feelings to her in this room.
She broke into tears, remembering all those things that were making her heart ache so bad.
“I can’t live without you bunny, please come back fast, don’t keep me waiting” She hugged herself as she continued sobbing.
TWO MONTHS LATER**
Days turned into weeks, weeks turned into months and it’s two months now since the accident.
The researchers finally gave up on searching for his body in the river.
There were two predictions, either he got eaten by the fishes or he is somewhere alive.
Moanna almost lost her mind when the news came up.
The once lively Freddie is now a version of himself, he doesn’t smile nor talk much again, he only smiles with his girlfriend and close people.
Margaret develops an emotional trauma but only God knows how she was able to survive it.
Despite all this Joanna and Victoria stood firm to support Moanna so she won’t do anything stupid.
Yummy restaurant is still operating but the patronage was declining until Freddie decided to handle it by managing it for Jeremy.
Xavier has grown so much, he is able to make some sounds now, his cuteness kept increasing as he kept developing rapidly.
Moanna tried her best to give him the best care, she’s still believing Jeremy will come back one day.
She hasn’t lost hope, she is still believing he is alive somewhere, even though some people already concluded he is dead.
The mansion is full of gifts and as Moanna got downstairs she was surprised to see the gifts.
“Gosh!!”.
Xavier made a cute sound and she quickly looked at him.
“Xavier” She called and he smiled cutely at her.
“You smiled, I love you” She said, kissing him again.
Xavier giggled handsomely.
The guards walked in with another set of gifts.
“What are the gifts for?” Moanna asked.
“From Jeremy’s fans and your fans, the news of you giving birth is trending on the internet” One of the guards replied.
“Wow!!, Seriously” Moanna laughed.
“My fans are something else” She said took a picture of her posing with Xavier and the gifts appearing in the photo.
She went to her page and posted the picture captioning it. Thanking her fans and everyone that reached out to her.
Just a minute after posting, thousands of likes and comments started flooding her post.
The door opened and Joanna walked in with Mr Leo.
“Bestie” Joanna called surprised to see the gifts.
“What are the gifts for?”.
“From my fans and Jeremy’s fans, congratulating me on having a child” She replied.
“Moanna” Mr Leo said.
“Boss” Moanna smiled.
“I can see you are finally returning to your normal self” Mr Leo said.
“How’s Freddie?” Moanna asked.
“He is finally returning to his normal self” Joanna replied.
“I’m glad, boss, you’re welcome”.
“Thank you, I brought some good news” Mr Leo said.
“What is it?”.
“Xavier” Joanna called and took the baby from her.
Xavier looked at her face and started smiling.
“You are selected to be the director of ” DRUNK IN LOVE” a company in South Korea, ” The Neville” Mr Leo said and Moanna gasped.
“Boss, are you kidding me?” She asked.
“No, I’m serious” Mr Leo said and Moanna quickly hugged him.
“Thank you boss for making it happen” She said Mr Leo broke the hug.
“I would have been dead now if Jeremy was here” Mr Leo said and they laughed.
“I know you can’t forget about him but please be strong, for the sake of your child” Mr Leo said and she nodded.
“And my own news, I’m going to be the director of” Joanna said and paused, rolling her tongue.
“What?” Moanna asked curiously.
“THE BAD BOYS” Joanna said and Moanna almost screamed.
SOMEWHERE IN MEXICO**
In a hospital lay a man on the bed, his beautiful features are so visible to see.
He is not moving, his eyes are closed.
Outside the ward, a woman and a man stood discussing.
“When will he wake up?” The woman asked.
“Very soon” The man dressed as the doctor said.
“I can’t wait for him to wake up” She said.
“If he wakes up what are you going to do?” The doctor asked.
“Leave it to me”.
“Even if he wakes up there is a 50-50 chance of him losing his memories” The doctor said.
“I prefer it that way, see you later doc” She said and entered the ward.
She walked to the man on the bed and stood before him, admiring his segzy features.
“I have been crushing on you for a long time, getting you in my tracks, I can’t let you go, I will do everything to keep you with me, even if it means hiding with you” She said and touched his soft face..
Her heart raced just by that touch.
She was still staring at him and she didn’t know when she started leaning in to kiss him but at the very moment her lips would touch his own.
Jeremy’s eyes opened and he was surprised to see a strange lady’s lips close to his lips.
She quickly moved back.
He started looking at her strangely.
Her eyes widened and she started smiling.
“You have finally woken up?” She gushed.
He looked at her confusingly, he looked at the room and wondered where he was.
“Who are you and what am I doing here?” He asked.
“You don’t know me?” She asked.
“Am I supposed to know you?”.
“Who am I?” He asked
“You don’t know who you’re? You don’t remember anything” She asked back, smiling inwardly.
“I don’t remember anything, what is my name?” Jeremy asked.
