“Oh my God, I can’t wait for prom night with my boyfriend.” Gianna squealed proudly standing at our lockers.
Gianna is my childhood best friend since elementary school because our dads are also best friends.

“Avery, don’t forget about the oath we took when we were 10 years old, that we’ll do everything together, go to prom together, go to college together, have our weddings together, have children at the same time and even die together. Did you forget?” Gianna explained angrily.
I didn’t forget about it but I was not really serious about it, I want to be serious but no cute guy has ever flirt with me, except ugly and disgusting ones.

He winked at me and I felt my heart beating faster. Why is he always looking at me like that?
Both of them finally pulled away from each other after their long kiss.
“I’ve missed your sweet lips so much.” Gianna said.
“Not as much as I miss yours.” He said as he pecked her lips.
I rolled my eyes feeling jealous but smiled again so that Gianna won’t notice.
He stole a quick glance at me and smiled and Gianna.
Why is he always starring at me like that? This isn’t the first time.
Everytime I hang with the both of them, he’s always giving me dirty looks which is making me uncomfortable.
He even tried to flirt with me and put me to bed, I know he only want me for my body but I’m not giving him a chance.
Just because I have a crush on him doesn’t mean I’m a sl*t and a betrayal. I’ve confronted him so many times but he didn’t want to listen.
“So are you ready for tonight? When we’ll have our first segz.” Gianna whispered, smirking.

They were about to kiss again but the school bell rang for first class.

I must resist. I pushed him away angrily.

“That’s what I’m supposed to ask you! Why are you pushing me away? Why aren’t you giving any chance?” He asked angrily.
I scoffed “Can’t you see that you have a girlfriend, who’s my best friend. Don’t you have any shame? Cheating on your babe?”
Rex snickered but showed his angry face “Why aren’t you giving me any chance? Do you want me to dump Gianna for you because I would. I love you, ever since I’ve met you.”
I scoffed again “Boy, to hell with your stupid love and I ain’t giving you any chance and I’mma ki|| you if you hurt my bestie…”
I noticed Rex is expressing his sweet cute smile.
“Dude, why are you smiling?” I asked.
“Because I love the way you black people talk, especially you and your beautiful voice.” He said, licking his lips.
“How do we talk?” I asked as I folded my arms under my big B-__-bs.
“I ain’t going nowhere, I’mma kick your @zz, d@mn she fine.” He mimicked us with a weird funny tone.
I burst into laughter, holding my stomach “Stop talking! I’m gonna pee.” I laughed.
He laughed back, starring at me with his beautiful dark eyes.
REX’S POV
I love the way she laughs, smile, speaks, walk and so on.
She sniffed as she stop laughing “You have a terrible way of imitating people.”
I chuckled lightly “Really?”
“M-hmm.” She nodded.
I smirked as I hugged her forcefully and gaze into her beautiful eyes “Will you teach me how to imitate?”
She tried to push me away but I held her tightly “Rex, let me go!”
I moved my lips closer to hers “Come on, let me be your first kiss.”

Oh my gosh! He’s about to be my first kiss! Oh no.
I struggled hardly, trying to push him away but he’s too strong.

I frowned as I noticed Avery is not sitting beside me, she’s not even in the classroom. Where is she?
We’ve never been apart from each other, except when we go to our various houses.
Thank God, teacher is yet in class. I stood up wanted to leave.
“Everyone! Settle down!” Our maths teacher walked in.

I groaned angrily as I sat down.
I feel worried about Avery, she just left without telling me. I wonder where she is.

AVERY’S POV
I finally pushed Rex away, breathing heavily from the struggle.
“Why are you such a bastard jerk?! Cheating on your innocent girlfriend? Trying to make me betray my best friend, what is wrong with you?” I complained.
“Just shut the f_ck up! Avery!” He yelled.
He grabbed my shoulders roughly “I love you more than anyone else. I don’t like Gianna, I’m just using her to get you but you’re not giving me any f_cking chance. Why?” He sobbed.

I frowned as I turned to him feeling nervous “What did I do?” I asked.

He smirked as he brought out his iPhone 12 pro max and showed me the video of me stealing gold from me dad’s secret safe.
Oh no! How did he get the video? I thought I destroyed all the evidence. No! No! No! No! No!

He smirked “Doesn’t matter. What matters is, I’m gonna show this video to your father and he’s gonna disown, throw you out of his mansion and put you in jail for robbery.”
I gritted my teeth as I tried to collect his phone but he stretched his hand up.
I jumped wanted to reach the phone but he’ll jump along so I won’t catch it. I didn’t stop jumping, maybe I can reach it.
REX’S POV

I didn’t mean to blackmail or hurt Avery like this but it’s all because of love.
I don’t wanna be this heartless but Avery made me like that. I don’t know what is inside her but I love her so much, I can’t spend a day without thinking about her.
She has everything, beautiful face, brown clear skin, sweet pink lips, slim waist, cute curly hair, segzy body. Not only that, she’s very nice, caring, considerate and sweet.
I just love her she’s beautiful, smart, kind, sweet and tolerant. I can never tolerate the way I hang with my friend and girlfriend. Who does that?
Gianna pushed Avery, making her to do the things she (Gianna) wants and that’s messed up. Being pushy is the number thing I h@ťě in my life.
