NEXT MORNING
Remy didn’t leave his room ever since he got in the previous night, neither did he have a good night rest cause he wasn’t use to everything about his house any longer.
He had talked to his friends through out the night and fell asleep during the process. He got up from bed as his body ache badly
He walked into his bathroom and did his thing, he was done minutes later before heading downstairs.
Ryan was the first person he sighted but he just passed by him heading to the dining. Leyan and her husband were just descending the stairs too that moment
” Aren’t you joining your brother at the table? Isn’t he want you’ve ever wanted?” Xue asked
” Good morning Dad..” Ryan bowed but didn’t move an inch from where he stood
” Morning mom..” Remy greeted eating from his dish. Leyan walked up to Ryan and pulled him to the dining table
” We weren’t able to celebrate your brother’s return because he refused to leave his room so let’s have breakfast together okay?” She said to him, stroking his hair
Reluctantly, Ryan sat next to Remy who didn’t bother to look at his direction as they all sat and ate
” How’s life outside the house?” Xue asked eating from his meal
” Not as boring and suffocating as it is in here..” Remy replied nonchalantly.
” That aside.. why are you bearing Remy Wang and not Remy Li?” He asked, dropping his chopsticks
” I choose to bear any name of my choice” Remy replied
” Is that why you used your mom’s name instead?” Xue asked, it was like a question and answer session between father and son.
Ryan just kept mute, saying nothing as he picked on his food
” I didn’t want anyone to know I’m your son neither did I want anyone to know i have a murderer as a brother..” Remy said and Ryan’s hands stopped moving
” Remy..” Leyan cautioned
” What? If you both are tired of me just tell me and I’ll go, not as if I came here willing” He rolled his eyes standing up
” When I thought I was gonna eat to my satisfaction..” he hissed, taking his car keys.
Li Xue had bought him a new car the previous day when he heard the news of his return
” Have a great day at work Chairman Li” he said and left the house
” Ryan dear..” Leyan called but he just stood up and entered his room. He shut the door and leaned on it
” You didn’t ki|| him, he won’t be happy seeing you this way.. ” he told himself blinking back his tears
He walked out of the room later and was about leaving when his dad called him back
” Your own keys, I got you a car too” he threw a key at him which he caught
” I don’t derive joy from all this..” he muttered and kept the key in his bag. He walked out of the house and entered one of his old cars neglecting the new white Benz his dad bought.

EVERGREEN COLLEGE
Remy got to his school with his friends, he had stopped by the house and picked them up. He also explained all the drama that took place during his kidnap like he’d call it
Violet and Jeffrey also walked in talking and smiling.
” Scholarship..” he called but she ignored him
He grabbed her hands when she made to walk pass him
” I’ll borrow her for a bit ” he told Jeffrey but he hesitated
” I will be fine..” Violet said to Jeffrey and he nodded before walking to class
Remy’s friends had left too apart from Reece who stood behind waiting for Remy

Ryan kept singing softly as he drove though his voice was barely audible. He had decided to leave a new life and stop blaming himself
That moment, he just wanted to see Violet even if it was just a glimpse. Though he was trying to avoid her but that doesn’t change the fact that he still miss her

” What do you wanna tell me?” Violet asked removing her hands from Remy’s
” Nothing much, just wanted to thank you for almost ki||ing me yesterday…” He smiled and she rolled her eyes
” I wish I had ki||ed you..” she said while he chuckled
” Wait, is Remy smiling right now?” Reece asked no one in particular as he stared at Remy unbelievably
” Don’t tell me..” he gasped and Ryan’s car drove in immediately.
Ryan alighted from the car and sighted Violet standing with Remy. He stood on the spot staring at them
Violet couldn’t see him cause she was backing him. Remy’s eyes immediately landed on Ryan and he smirked
He suddenly pulled her to himself, attaching their lips and a surprise gasp escaped her lips
