Adrian who couldn’t take it in any longer fell down on the floor and lost consciousness.
Loud gasps erupted from the crowd,
Olivia’s eyes widened…..
<SOMEWHERE FAR AWAY IN LONDON>…..
A lady screeched as she smashed her phone on the wall in anger,
“How dare that sly Ɓîtçh try to snatch what’s mine?! Alex is mine and mine alone!! ” She screamed like a psychopath as she fumed.
“Calm down Lisa, don’t pressure yourself, when we get back to American we’ll deal with her and surely kick her out of break bills high! ” Lily retorted, sharply.
“Don’t worry Lisa it’s just remaining three weeks and then we’ll go back to American” Lana uttered, calmly.
Lisa was just scrolling through her phone when an unknown number sent her a text message, she clicked on it to read but was shocked to see videos and pictures of Alex kissing Olivia, publicly.
In short, it was all over the school net, the way Alex held Olivia’s waist, romantically and how he kissed her so tenderly.
How did it happen? how did Alex fell for Olivia so fast or is it that he’s just using Olivia to pass time because she isn’t around??
Was I a fool for leaving Alex in American? What if someone steals him from me??
Has he forgotten about me? No…. It can’t be…
Lisa thought as she panicked, she took another of her phone and quickly dialed a particular contact,
“Lisa calm down, you’re exaggerating–
“Shut up!! if I stay here for long I won’t know when my Alex will slip out of my grasp!” Lisa panicked cutting Lily off.
“Fine, so what are you trying to do now?” Lana asked, confused.
“Am going back immediately, I can’t stay here any longer, I can’t lose my property to that Ɓîtçh! ” Lisa spat out, spitefully.
Lana and Lily blinked, shocked.
“Can you hear yourself Lisa? We aren’t done with our music
training yet, except you don’t want us to participate for the upcoming singing competition! ” Lana uttered, seriously.
Lisa scoffed, arrogantly.
“f-__-k the competition! ” Lisa spat out.
“Hello dad? ” Lisa called on the phone, sadly.
“Yes baby? Is everything alright? “A deep voice emerged from the phone.
Lisa began to feign tears,
“Dad is my engagement with Alex still going to work out? ” Lisa asked in tears.
“Yes baby it’s still going to work, why are you crying? did anyone said that it isn’t going to work? is it Alex? ” A deep, worried voice erupted from the other end.
“Dad I want to come back to American this Friday, I can’t stay here any longer, the weather here doesn’t fit my skin! ” Lisa whined.
“Are you sure? Anyways you can come back, but first of all who made you cry? ” Her dad’s worried voice emerged from the phone.
“I’ll tell you when am back dad but for now I want to come back, bye dad” Lisa retorted coldly and hang up.
Lily chuckled,
“Babe are you really serious with this stuff? ” She asked, confused.
“Why are you so bothered about that Olivia Ɓîtçh? how do you think that Alex would leave you for that thing? she is just an
ugly Ɓîtçh with a dirty blonde wig and a nerdy glasses on, she’s just an ugly clown!” Lana retorted, harshly.
Lisa ignored them, she dialed another contact,
“Lisa speaking, book a flight for me, I want to to go back to American this Friday ” Lisa retorted, coldly.
“Miss it won’t be possible, it’s too sudden so it will delay a–
“Are you high?!! Or do you want me to kick your f-__-king @zz out of that company??! Look for a way except you want me to climb
on your head while you fly me to American Ɓîtçh! ” Lisa uttered, venomously and hang up.
She hissed as she threw herself on the couch, frustrated.
Lana and Lily shook their head…

Adrian was on the hospital bed, conscious but his eyes were shut as he heard some voices of
people conversing beside him, he opened his eyes and his vision was blurry.
“Adrian you’re awake? Finally” Aden who saw Adrian opened his eyes, uttered excitedly.
Adam glared at Adrian and clicked his tongue, annoyed.
“Seriously? What is wrong with
you? You just disgraced yourself out there just because of a lady? how did you changed so much?! ” Adam scolded and scoffed. ..
“Hey don’t scold him, what about Alex too? he also changed because of a lady” Aden retorted, annoyed.
Adrian got down from the bed, slowly ignoring them,
“Where are you heading to, you haven’t fully recovered” Adam uttered, confused.
“Am going home, can’t stay here” Adrian retorted, lowly.
He took off the hospital clothes and put on his,
Adam sighed and took long strides towards him,
“Bro Alex is in love with Olivia, you have to let go maybe some day you’ll find someone better, just give up and forget about what happened
today, I want you and Alex to be the best buddies you guys were before please ” Adam said, calmly.
Adrian was silent for a while, he turned and faced Adam with a wide smile,
“Why would I be angry, am okay and I’ve already moved on knowing that Olivia will never be
mine, don’t worry when I see Alex I will apologize to him” Adrian retorted, coolly and left the ward.
“Whoooosh! at least it’s all settled now all thanks to you Adam! ” Aden muttered, coolly and threw his hand on Adam’s shoulder.
Adam just gazed at the closed door deep in thought,
He knows what Adrian’s smile means…..

Meanwhile outside the ward, Adrian took out his phone and made a call,
“Hello Mr Marcel can we meet? ” Adrian asked with a faint grin. ……..
<IN A SHABBY BUILDING…. >
Miss Judy made some pasta with eggs, she dished it out in a plate into three places as she dropped them on the small wooden table,
“Honey?! Hubby?! Food is ready! ” She called out sweetly.
Marcus was the first to arrive as he licked his lips, hungrily.
“Wow today you called me hubby
I guess this food will be so sweet as you, Ah I can’t wait to dig in” Marcus retorted with a slight chuckle as he sat down and took a fork.
Miss Judy smiled, faintly.
“Ughm, hubby…why don’t you wait for a sec let me call Olivia down so we’ll all eat as a happy family hmm” Miss Judy retorted, softly.
Marcus giggled like a fool as he nodded,
“Alright baby am waiting ” Marcus replied sweetly.
Miss Judy nodded and turned back to go to Olivia’s room, her face became so cold and dark.
She knocked on Olivia’s door and pushed the door open, Olivia who was writing down something on her diary raised her head up,
“Olivia honey I was calling out for you, food is ready ” Miss Judy muttered, softly.
Olivia sighed, tiredly.
“Mom am not hungry, you and your husband should eat” Olivia stated, lazily.
“Come on honey don’t you want to taste your mom’s cooking? I made your favorite, pasta and egg” Miss Judy retorted with a slight chuckle.
Olivia ignored her,
Miss Judy sighed as she sat down on the small bed,
“Olivia your mom doesn’t have enough time on earth, I might leave this world anytime, I just want to be happy–
Olivia stood up from the bed, annoyed cutting Miss Judy off,
“Am coming geez, no need to do your emotional blackmail stuff” Olivia muttered and left the room.
Miss Judy stood up as she glanced at her palms which was now sweaty and shaky, she swallowed nervously,
“Forgive me for doing this Olivia ” Miss Judy muttered sadly to herself.
She quickly composed herself as she walked out of the room.
Meanwhile, Marcus who couldn’t wait anymore for, dug into his food hungrily as he ate like a madman.
He has finished half of the food but suddenly he started feeling sharp pains in his abdomen,
“Ah! ” A sharp cry escaped his throat.
“J…..j….Julie?….Julie? ” Marcus called out, his voice coming out hoarse and shaky.
The pain grew worse when he tried to stand up, he crashed down to the floor in pain,
He started vomiting out blood, he clutched his stomach tight as he shook, soon he stopped moving and his body went stiff.
Olivia who saw Marcus on the floor, blood was splattered everywhere,
She shrieked, fearfully.
“Mom?! Mom?! ” Olivia called out as she checked his pulse and it dawned on her that he was no more.
“Sir?! Sir?! What happened please wake up! ” Olivia called out in horror.
Miss Judy who saw Marcus on the floor, a loud sob escaped her throat,
“Olivia? What happened to him?! Why is he like this? ” Miss Judy sobbed.
Olivia took her gaze to the foods on the table as she furrowed her brows, suspicious.
Miss Judy quickly called 911,
Soon they came, one of them asked Miss Judy a serious question,
“Ma’am mind explaining what happened to your husband? ” One of them asked.
Miss Judy sobbed, bitterly while Olivia just stood and watched fearfully.
“He was poisoned, he decided to cook so we will all join him and eat, someone poisoned the food” Miss Judy blurted out in tears.
Olivia flinched as she felt a loud bang in her head,
What was her mom saying??
“Calm down ma’am, are you sure someone poisoned the meal or he poisoned it himself? ” The lady who had asked the first time uttered, seriously.
“No….my husband can’t do such, someone did sneaked into our house and poisoned the foods” Miss Judy sobbed out, bitterly.
“Don’t worry we’ll investigate this matter, girl take good care of your momma” The lady said utterly.
They took Marcus body away…
When they had gone, Olivia turned to her mom who was on the floor in tears,
“Y…..you did it…right? ” Olivia asked, slowly.
Miss Judy froze and her sobs died down, she stood up from the floor and faced Olivia with an innocent look on,
“What? ” Miss Judy asked, innocently. ……….
