“What did you say?” Giselle asked but Lucy chose not to reply.
She walk past her, heading for the house but Giselle grasp her hair, preventing her from going in.
“Ɓîtçh! Andrew is mine and not yours, take your eyes off of him or I will….”
“Grisella!” A deep masculine called and immediately, Giselle let go of Lucy hair.
“What are you doing to your sister” Mr River, Giselle and Lucy father asked, looking furious.
“Nothing, I was just talking to her ” Giselle replied.
“Talking by pulling her hair? I know you’ve been angry ever since I told you of Lucy’s existence but I didn’t think you’d go far in showing your anger”
“I did nothing dad, I was only talking to….”
“Pulling her by the hair isn’t talking and also the maids told me everything. You never let Lucy take the car with you to school and I know it’s your doing that she’s refuse to tell anyone in school that you are siblings” He accuse and not being able to hold back, Giselle burst out.
“And so? I never wanted her here. Do you think if mom was alive, she would let you bring her here, a child you had with your miss….” Giselle didn’t get to complete her word because her father slapped her.
“Don’t you dare insult Yue” he said, referring to Lucy’s mom, ” You have no idea what happened between us, so shut your d@mn mouth up”
Her eyes filled with unshed tears, Giselle ran into the house going straight to her room.
“Are you okay, Lucy?” Her father asked.
“I am, sir” Lucy added not being use to calling him dad.
“Let’s go in” he said and a while later, they were seated at the dinner table where she was given an icepack to put on her swollen cheek.
“You shouldn’t let Giselle trample all over you. You are my daughter too and God knows that have tried being patient with Giselle”
“I understand her, if I were in her shoes, I will also act the same way ” Lucy replied slowly.
“I doubt that. Your mother brought you up the right way whereas, I failed badly with Giselle”
“Why did you leave mom?” Lucy asked suddenly.
“I thought it was the best thing for her. Yue and I met when I was on a trip to China, I fell for her at first sight and she did with me but then she found out I was a married man and was angry. I really wanted to stay with her but then I found out that Giselle mother was pregnant with Giselle and I had to let her go. If Yue had told me about your existence, I would have come running to you”
“Mom said the same thing. She said she knew that if she told you, you were going to get a divorce and come to her but she didn’t want that which is why…” She left the rest unspoken.
He touched her glove hand and instinctively, she pulled away.
“Am sorry, am just not used to people touching me”
“I know. Yue told me all about it, you began seeing the future years ago right?” He asked and she nodded.
“I don’t know if I can call it a curse or a blessing. Am quite fortunate to be able to see the future but its saddening to know that sometimes, I can’t prevent people’s death” Lucy said as tears glisten her eyes.
“You are talking about your mom, right?” He asked and she nodded.
He stood up and pulled her up to give her a hug.
“You are my daughter and although I can’t take care of you like your mom did for twenty years, I promise you that I will do my best and help fill the void your mother left. You are Lucy Bai Rivers and I love you ” he said and his words somehow comforted her.
Some time later in the night, Lucy lay in bed starring at the full moon.
Her powers enable her to see the future but it doesn’t prevent her saving someone from death.
She’s never tried to change someone fate before but she certainly give this one a try.
William and Andrew are meant to be lovers but she will make Andrew fall for her and get him to stay away from William.
Once she succeed, she will reveal the truth to Andrew and find a way to make William like her as much as she likes him.
She doesn’t care if Andrew gets hurt in the process, he’s hurt a lot of people too.

NEXT DAY ~ KNIGHT COLLEGE~ ROOFTOP
“You plan to what!” Mary and Bonnie asked in unison.
“I plan to seduce Andrew”
“But why?” Bonnie asked and Lucy was forced to tell them about William and Andrew being gay leaving the part of her seeing the future.
“My gosh! Who would have thought that those two gorgeous hunk are gay?” Mary said as she kept laughing.
“But I still don’t see why you have seduce Andrew. Don’t you think this is a sign telling you to stop crushing on William?” Bonnie asked.
“I can’t stop my feelings anymore Bonnie. I really, really like William and I won’t let Andrew steal him away”
“And so in other for Andrew not to succeed before you, you need to seduce him and get his eyes off William, right?”, Mary concluded and Lucy gave a affirmative nod.
“Your idea is not bad and am going to help you”
“Mary! You should try to discourage her not encourage her” Bonnie chastise.
“Common, it’s going to be fun watching the almighty Andrew fall for cute Lucy here. You’ve always h@ťěd Andrew right? Well, he deserves wh@ťěver heartbreak Lucy has in store for him. Am all in ” Mary said as she and Lucy gave Bonnie a look.
“Fine then, am in too but when things get out of hand, it’s best you stop. It might be fun playing with Andrew heart but it won’t be fun when he gets serious about you” Bonnie warn.
“Even if he does, I won’t ever fall for him, my heart belongs to William alone” Lucy said.
“That’s final then. Now, let’s head to English Study department” Mary said In excitement.
“Why?”
“I have a friend there and am sure he’s going to help you with this seduction plan of yours”

ENGLISH STUDY DEPARTMENT
“And where’s this friend of yours?” Bonnie asked as they stood under the sun.
“Over there” Mary said, pointing to a handsome male student who just walk out of the building.
“Why didn’t you tell us your friend is this handsome” Lucy muttered.
“Don’t let Steve hear you saying that or it will get to his head” Mary caution just as Steve ran down the stairs towards them.
“Mary!” He said and lifted her, spinning her around in excitement.
“Put me down you moron!” Mary said hitting him lightly and he set her down slowly and held her.
“And to what do I owe this lovely visit? You said we should act like strangers, right?” Steve asked.
“I did but my friend here needs your expertise” Mary said and introduce him to her friends.
“What do you want me to help you with?” Steve asked and once again, Lucy told him about her plan of seducing Andrew.
“I now remember where I saw you. You are that girl Andrew was kissing in the video” Steve reveal.
“The one and only” Lucy replied shyly.
“Stop embarrassing her about the kiss and tell us if you will help” Mary said hitting his head lightly.
“I will surely help but under one condition”
A while later the four of them could be seen seated in the cafeteria while Steve kept grinning from ear to ear.
“Are you sure this candies are enough in exchange for your help?” Bonnie asked and Steve nodded in return.
“Is he this crazy about sweets?” Lucy asked.
“Buy him these everyday and he will forever be your loyal servant” Mary replied.
“By the way why is the cafeteria packed?” Bonnie asked and at that moment Andrew and his friends walked in causing a stir.
“They are the reason” Bonnie answered her question while rolling her eyes at them.
“They definitely are. Everyone will love to see the handsome dudes of Knight college” Mary said grinning like a fool.
“But am way more handsome than them, aren’t I?” Steve asked Mary who pushed his head lightly.
“Not with that sweet stuck in between your lips, you look like a kid” Mary said and he groan.
“Well, the arrival of this dude is a blessing to sis Lucy here. We can begin your seduction now” Steve said.
“Now? But what should I do?” Lucy asked.
“You go to their table and casually confess your feeling to him” Steve said.
“Isn’t that too straightforward?” Bonnie asked and Steve shook his head.
“Step one of seducing someone. You should confess your feeling and confessing right after sharing a kiss is best time ever. Now go to him sis ” Steve said urging Lucy.

“William is definitely missing out on this delicacies” Francis said as he kept eating.
“Hey, your kiss scene with the weirdo keeps going wild” Donovan said showing his phone to Andrew who push it away.
“Whenever I watch that, it makes me feel sick” Andrew said.
“Common, it’s not that bad. It’s a hot kiss to be precise and am sure it’s your very first kiss” Donovan said as he burst into laughter with Francis.
“Really? Is it really your first kiss?” Lucy asked as she stood behind them, carrying her tray of food with her.
“Must you really be here?” Andrew let out in anger but that didn’t put Lucy off, instead, she sat beside him startling everyone in the cafeteria.
“Why the hell are you sitting beside me?” Andrew asked.
“To eat with you. You don’t mind right?” She asked Donovan and Francis who shook their head.
“Tell me, was our kiss really your first kiss?” Lucy push her food aside to stare at Andrew.
“Why do I feel like there’s something more going on between you two” Donovan asked with suspicious look.
“There’s nothing going on between us” Andrew said as he pick up his bottle to take a sip of water.
“I think Lucy thinks otherwise ” Francis said watching Lucy whose gaze was on Andrew.
“Andrew is right. There’s nothing going on between us but that’s going to change very soon since have fallen for him” Lucy throw out the bomb and immediately, Andrew cough out his water while Francis and Donovan stared at Lucy with their mouth wide open.
“You what?” Andrew asked immediately his cough died down.
“I like you. Maybe it’s due to the kiss we shared yesterday but I…I like you” she replied, watching his reaction and when he said nothing, she decided to ask a naughty question.
“Speaking about kiss, can we do it again?” Lucy move very close to him, giving him a cute face.
Andrew swallowed hard and force himself to look away.
“Y…you must be crazy! Am heading back, I can’t listen to anymore of her nonsense” Andrew said and left the cafeteria in a rush.
“Wow, you are really bold” Donovan said giving Lucy a thumb up.
“It’s just a confession, it’s nothing to be praised for” Lucy replied.
“That isn’t what Donovan meant. What he’s saying is that you are the first girl to get Andrew flustered, we’ve never seen him that way before” Francis told her.
Lucy went back to join her friends and she told them what happen.
“Now that the first step has been taken, it’s time we take the second step” Steve said.
“Which is?”
“To pursue him crazily” Steve replied as a naughty smirk appeared on his face.
“And have got the perfect plan for it. There will be a party for freshmen students tonight and…..”
