“Mum,” Evelyn called happily as they walk into her ward, making the woman turn to look at her and she smile immediately she saw evelyn.
She was so happy to see her daughter.
“My princess,” She called and they engaged in a tight hug.
He step inside the ward gently, looking at the Happy daughter and mother hugging each other and he could not help but smile.
He loves seeing evelyn happy, but shs don’t just understand him. She don’t know how he does his things, she know how he behaves, what he likes and what he don’t dislike.
The woman turn to look at martin standing on the door and her eyes widened in shock before distinguishing from the hug.
“Martin?” She called in surprise and martin just smile politely.
“Oh my God! Come here son,” she said smiling opening her hand widely and martin didn’t waste time in hugging her.
She stood up from the bed allowing the two to hug each other and she couldn’t help but smile.
She really like the picture she was seeing right now.
“Oh martin,” she kissed his forehead while evelyn just scoffs.
While they were dating, her mother and martin were so close, when evelyn introduce him to her she liked him at first sight and always wish they could get married.
“What are you doing here?” She ask as they distinguish from the hug and martin just smile.
“I came to see my mother in law,” She said and they both laugh while evelyn scoffs before coming to sit beside her mother.
She was kinda jealous seeing the way martin was laughing with her mother.
“Mom have you been fine?” Evelyn ask concern just like every daughter would.
“Well I am fine, and I more than fine seeing martin here,” Her mother said sincerely and she huff glaring at martin who would not stop smirking.
“Don’t worry mum, you are you going to be fine soon and you are going to get the hell out of here,” Evelyn said and her mother just smile.
“How? I mean not without the money”
“I paid already,” Martin said and her mother gasp.
“Awwn sweetie, thank you,” She said and they both hug each other again while evelyn just scoffs.
“Where I Ava?” She ask and Evelyn chuckle.
“She is fine and trust me she is going to be angry when she finds out I came here alone,” Evelyn said and her mother chuckle.
“Are you back with him?” Evelyn mother said and Evelyn rolled her eyes. She know it her mother is going to ask sooner or later.
“No mum, I am working for him,” Evelyn said and her mother frown.
“Why can’t you guys just start dating already, I mean I know you still like each other,”
“Really mum, aren’t you supposed to be angry why he is here in the first place,” Evelyn yells angrily leaving the two in shock.
“Oh f-__-k…. $h|t, I am sorry mum,” Evelyn said while her mum scoffs turning to look at martin.
“Do you want to be with my daughter again?” She ask and martin smirk.
“Of course mum, but she wouldn’t give me a chance,” Martin said prentending to be sad and her mum sigh turning to look at her.
“Just forgive him princess, I don’t know wh@ťěver he did but just forgive and be couple once again,” Her mother said and evelyn scoffs. She glared angrily at martin before walking out of the ward ignoring her mother calling.

She sat on the chair in the passage of the hospital slipping from her Coke. They have been in the hospital for two hours now but she just came out of the ward because she didn’t want to listen to her mother telling her about being together with Martin.
She felt a presence beside her but she didn’t bother to look at the person since she already know who it is.
“Done talking with my mum,” She said still slipping from her Coke and martin just rolled his eyes.
“Yeah and we had a great chat, she was even asking me when I am going to get married to you,” Martin said and evelyn turn to look at her angrily.
“If only my mum know the type of bastard you are, she would not want to see your disgusting face ever,” Evelyn said grifting her teeth angrily and martin chuckle.
“Ouch…. that was mean but just so you know I am not hiding anything, I am not a wicked guy. I am just a guy who is helplessly in love with her daughter,” He said and evelyn just stare at him.
It really affected her, the words really made her blush but like always she is always trying to hide it.
“Evelyn,” A young man in white coat called and evelyn smile lightly.
“Celeb,” Evelyn called and they both hug each other while martin just frown.
He was trying to keep it cool.
“Doc told me you have paid for the surgery, it is going news,” He said.
“Hmmm thank you. Well celeb I will like to say thank you, thank you for treating my mother and making sure she is perfectly fine,” Evelyn said and celeb just smile.
Martin was really jealous, as he keep on moving up and down. He was trying to keep it cool, and he didn’t want to create a scene in an hospital.
“Yeah, is okay. I will do anything for you Evelyn,” He said and evelyn just smile, while celeb just Kept staring at her weirdly which martin noticed.
Celeb liked evelyn and has confronted her last week but evelyn told him she was going to think about it. Celeb is a 23 years old guy, handsome, nice and very kind.
“You mind hanging out with me this weekend?” Celeb ask and Evelyn sigh turning to look at martin who was glaring at her all this while and to even think the guy didn’t notice him was annoying him.
“Hmmmm I think”
“She will be busy with me,” Martin replied, wrapping his hand around her shoulder while celeb just scoff.
“Who is this?” He ask glaring at martin.
“She is my fiancee,” Martin said and celeb scoffs.
“I wasn’t asking you,” Celeb yell getting annoyed already and martin smirk.
“Evelyn,” He called expecting her to say something and evelyn sigh.
“I am her fiance,” Martin replied again.
“I wasn’t talking to you, you bastard,” Celeb yells hitting his chest.
“Whoah, whoah don’t tell me you are jealous,” Martin smirk and kiss evelyn on her shoulder.
“Martin stop,” Evelyn yells pushing him away.
“Celeb I really need to go right now,” Evelyn said and rush out leaving the two men who wouldn’t stop glaring at each other.
“Stay away from Evelyn doctor celeb, because she is mine,” Martin said seriously becoming a little bit scary at the same time and celeb just stare at him.
