What was showing on his Caller Id was Aunt Marie and his eyes widened as the phone fell from his hands to his laps.
Was he dreaming?????
Neil eyes stayed on the phone that was on his laps with Marie’s name still on it. He couldn’t even blink as the shock was taking a toll on him.
This has got to be a dream but it wasn’t. It was reality or maybe he dialled the wrong number.
Yes. He assured himself that and dialled the number again but it kept bringing out Aunt Marie name and that meant only one thing.
But that seemed impossible.
It was never known to him that Aunt Marie would have given birth and then send the child to an orphanage home.
There’s got to be something wrong somewhere and there’s only one way to find out.
He ignited the engine of the car and then drove off going to the mansion.
GEORGIA MANSION*
Georgia was eating the food she ordered when her driver barged in panting like he just ran a marathon race.
“Who gave you the audacity to come into my living room you filthy piece of trash” Georgia raged.
“Ma’am I am really sorry but the cops are here and they are thr_@tening to come in”The driver said and Georgia heart skipped a beat.
“What did you just say now? The cops?” She asked and the driver nodded.
“Lock the door they can’t come in. I have to get out of here”She panicked and she got her phone.
At that time a message popped in and it was a message from Neil.
*I GUESS BY NOW YOU MIGHT HAVE GOTTEN MY PROMISE GIFT. HAVE A GOOD TIME CHILLING IN JAIL.
Georgia threw her phone on the floor in anger after reading the message and she screamed dragging her hair till it scattered all over her face.
“I need to leave now. I can’t go to jail without getting my revenge” Georgia shook her head and then she turned to the driver who was waiting for her response.
“Help me distract the cops while I leave through an emergency exit. Don’t mention to them anything about me or consider yourself dead” She ordered and the driver nodded.
“Yes ma’am. They’ve entered the mansion you have to hurry up” The driver said and Georgia quickly ran up to get a few things before she’ll go.

“Thanks Betty I am feeling better now” Anastasia smiled but Betty shook her head.
“I know you’re faking that so don’t lie to me. I am your best friend and it’s my job to make sure that you’re right now” Betty said and Anastasia sighed.
“I’m perfectly fine Betty at least I am not crying anymore”
“That was what you said earlier before breaking into more tears” Betty rolled her eyes and Anastasia groaned.
“Everyone is already gone. I think I will have take the bus again since my driver didn’t come again” Anastasia groaned.
“You can just go in mine. I’ll tell my driver to drop you off” Betty proposed but Anastasia shook her head.
“Thanks Betty but no thanks. I’ll find my way home myself”
“You’re making feel useless here just accept my offer. Pretty pleeaaseee” Betty made a puppy face and Anastasia sighed.
“Fine let me drop my books in my locker. You can just wait for me outside” Anastasia said and Betty squealed.
“Yessss but don’t take time okay” Betty said and Madison nodded.
“Yes Milady” Anastasia teased and chuckled before taking her books to her locker.
As she was about to open her locker a hanky covered her nose and she struggled before sleeping off and the books she was holding dropped to the floor.

ARMSTRONG MANSION*
Neil stormed into the living room and what welcomed him was a heart warming hug from Madison. He almost forgot about her but her hug just now made him forget about everything else.
“Where have you been? I was dead worried about you” Madison muttered her head on his chest and he caressed her head.
“I’m fine, I just had to sort somethings out so you don’t have to be worried” He assured her and she nodded.
“I have to see Aunt Marie. We have to talk about something” Neil said and Madison pulled away from him.
“Aren’t you aware she travelled to Australia this morning” Madison said catching Neil by surprise.
“$h|t” He cursed.
“Is anything wrong?” She asked seeing how his expression changed so suddenly.
“It’s actually nothing. It’s just some unimportant personal issue but I have to see Father first” Neil said and left Madison standing going to his father’s study.
He barged in and the man groaned before looking up from what he was doing.
“Are you done sulking because I am tired of seeing your face all the time” Chairman groaned and Neil rolled his eyes.
“I’m here to talk about something else. It’s about me” Neil said and sat down while Chairman sighed before also sitting down.
“So what do you have to say?”
“Are you aware that I am adopted” Neil blurted and Chairman was dumbstruck for a moment.
“Adopted? Who told you that $h|t. You are my son” Chairman retorted and Neil chuckled.
“I guess you aren’t aware” He said.
“Mum gave Madison a locket before she died and she told her that she isn’t my biological mother. I found it hard to believe but after looking into it…. I found out that it’s true” Neil said the last part slowly and Chairman held his forehead.
“So that little sneaky woman kept this from me for years.” Chairman clenched his fist.
“I also had a DNA test carried out but it’s yet to be out and if it comes out it will clarify if you are my father or not” Neil stated.
“Dad did Aunt Marie ever had a child before she got married. I’m curious” Neil said and Chairman stared at him shocked.
“How did you find out?” Chairman asked.
“So she did have”
“You haven’t answered my question. Who told you that?” Chairman slammed his hand on his table.
“Your sister had child and gave it to the orphanage like it didn’t meant anything to her and there’s a possibility that the child is me.” Neil yelled and Chairman eyes widened.
“You…. How” His voice lowered as he asked.
“I guess I am your sister’s abandoned son but if it happens to ever be true just know that I will never accept her cause she’s a capital No for me” Neil said coherently with every ounce of seriousness in his voice.

Madison just had a shower and her phone rang, she picked it up without checking who it was.

Georgia chuckled.

Madison said .
