“What are you trying to do?”
“Huh-“
“Why is your face close to mine. Do you want to kiss me?” Madison asked and then she rolled her eyes before turning away.
Neil blinked in embarrassment. Gosh! He’s really overthinking lately and it’s all because of this rude brat.
“I wasn’t trying to kiss you. There was something on your face and I wanted to get it off” Neil defended himself looking elsewhere and Madison rolled her eyes.
“I didn’t ask for your help and also I wasn’t expecting a kiss from you also” Madison replied and then they were left with an awkward silence.
Madison was playing with her fingers looking straight at the movie that was almost to the end.
Some people were already leaving but they remained seated like mannequins. They didn’t want to meet gazes again.
Lora smiled a little and then stood up. “You both are not planning on spending the night here, Are you?” she asked and they sprang up.
She smiled secretly with their awkward behavior. They’re just acting stubborn to realize what they have towards each other.
THE NEXT DAY*
Madison woke up by the continuous ringing of her phone and she groaned before taking the phone from the bed stand. She didn’t even try checking the caller before picking.
“Hey babe” She recognized that voice immediately. It was Jerry but why was he calling her so early this morning.
“Jerry isn’t it so early” Madison asked rubbing her sleepy eyes.
“I’m in a lot of debts Babe and I need money really quick. Can we meet up. I’ve missed you” Jerry said and Madison findled with her hair.
“Okay send me the address I will be there quickly” She said and then he cut the call.
That’s one thing about her, she didn’t care about the fact that the only thing Jerry asks of her is money. Maybe she’s blinded by the love she has for him.
In a matter of minutes she was done dressing up and she hurriedly left the house.
Jerry sent her the address and it was a coffee shop. Luckily it wasn’t that far from the mansion so the driver drove her there in few minutes.
Jerry waved at her and then she catwalked to him and sat down beside him. He had already ordered for a cup of coffee for the both of them.
“I thought that you wouldn’t come. Looks like you no longer have time for me” Jerry said in an innocent voice.
“That’s not true. I’m just preoccupied with work that’s all” Madison replied and he smiled.
“I believe you” He said.
“You said you need money for what” Madison said and she could see his mood changed.
“I borrowed some money to pay for my house rent and I don’t have any money to pay back. I just wanted to ask you for some money” Jerry said.
“I’ll do anything for you” Madison said and immediately she transferred a million dollars into his account.
“I love Babe. You’re the best” He kissed her.
“I love you too”
AMELIA AND AMANDA PLACE *
“Let’s go to a club tonight. Let have some fun. It’s been long I’ve gotten drunk” Amelia said.
“I’m in” Amanda concurred.
“I’m not interested. You both can go without me” Madison said typing something on her phone and the two sisters turned to her.
“What? Why’re you both giving me that look” She asked and before she could blink they dragged her off the couch.
“You’re going with us whether you like it or not” Amelia said as they both pulled her forcefully towards the room.
“I don’t wanna go” Madison yelled.
“You have no choice”
30 MINUTES LATER*
Madison walked out of the room grumpily. She was looking breathtaking despite the fact that she wasn’t smiling or giving out any segzy vibe.
Amanda and Amelia had to lock her in the room until she agreed to dress up. They got her a black net top and a short black denim jeans.
She wore black boots to match and she let her straight hair down though she brushed it and applied some oil. She wasn’t putting on any make up just some lip gloss on her lips making her pink lips shinier.
“Look who’s dressed to ki||” Amelia teased as she nudged her shoulder. She wore a short red dress with a tiny sleeve and some red heels to match.
“You ready” Amanda asked.
“Nooo I don’t wanna go” She stomped her foot and then they glared at her.
“Fine” She rolled her eyes and grabbed her phone that was lying on the couch.
“Let’s go guys it’s party time” Amelia said shaking her @zz.
CLUB VERAN*
“Woohoo” Amelia and Amanda were dancing in the club while Madison watched them at a corner. She had a Ç0çƙtail drink in her hand as she watched her two crazy friends.
She could notice the stares of people on her but she ignored it. If they didn’t force her then she would not have followed them.
“Maddie stop being a ki||er joy and have fun. Maybe you’re thinking of your husband at home” Amanda said and Madison glared at him.
“I’m not”
“Then join us” Amanda dragged her up and unwilling she followed them as they danced.
“Hey pretty” A guy tapped her from behind and Madison turned to him with a raised brow.
“I mean no harm but I just saw you with your friends and you caught my attention. My name is Harry” He said and Madison knew he was waiting for her reply.
“Madison” She replied shortly.
“You look familiar but I’m sure you’re taken cause a pretty girl like you can’t be single” Harry said and Madison chuckled.
She wanted to reply that she was married but on a second thought she changed her mind and smiled.
“I’m single. I just broke up with my boyfriend” Madison lied.
“Oh I’m sorry for that. He’s an @zzhole for losing someone priceless as you” Harry said and Madison couldn’t help but smile.
He was so good with words and that was got her intrigued about him.

“Hey Neil isn’t that your wife over there ” Sean pointed at Madison who was laughing at a joke Harry said.
They were at a private corner where they also came to have fun. They had girls swarming around them wanting their attention.
Neil furrowed his brow. That’s Madison. He could remember when she told his Mum that she was sleeping over at a friend’s place.
But now she is in a club dressed in something so revealing and she was even having fun while flirting with that stupid blonde guy.
“Why’re you getting so worked up? Wh@ťěver she does is none of your business right?” Reed said and Neil turned to him.
“She lied just to come have fun here and allow some guy sleep with her” Neil raised his voice.
“Why are you getting worried about it. Remember you said you both have no right to interfere in each other’s business” Sean asked.
“Yeah but she’s married to me. Can’t she respect the fact that she’s a married woman for christ sake” Neil said and then stood up.
“Where are you going to” Sean asked.
“I’m taking her away from that guy. I don’t like how she’s smiling so much at him” Neil said.
“Good luck bro” Reed chuckled.
Madison couldn’t stop smiling. Maybe it wasn’t that a bad idea coming here afterwards. Harry was a good person and he was making her feel so lively.
“Let’s go find a place to sit so we can talk better” Harry said and stretched his hand for her to place hers.
Madison was about to place her hands on his when someone dragged her hand from behind and she turned to see angry Neil.
She raised a brow in confusion. Like what was he doing here.
“Hey who’re you. Leave her alone she’s with me” Harry said taking her second hand as he pulled Madison to his side.
“She’s not going anywhere with you” Neil replied and Madison faced him.
“What are you trying to do?” She whispered trying to take her hands away from his.
“I’m taking you home with me, you’re my wife”
