Lexi picked herself up on her feet before Flora could even approach her.
Her craziness had gotten a pro.
” Is everything okay, lexi?” Flora asked calmly.
” Where’s Camelia?!. Where’s that f-__-king daughter of mine. I know she’s here. Get her out or you’ll taste my warth!” She spat, pointing the gun at her.
” It hasn’t gotten to that, please. Keep the gun aside” Flora said in a low, relaxed tone.
” Ohhh, You think I came here to waste my time, huh, woman?. Do you know who I am?. Do you know who’s standing here before you!. I’m sure if you do, you could have been on your kneel, begging for making my daughter step foot in this house!” She scoffed rascally.
Cami quickly came out, walking forward guiltily with her bag still clutched to her.
” Good morning mom” She greeted.
” What did I warn you about stepping foot in this wretched house, Cami?” She asked getting hot with anger.
” I had no where to go and….this was the only place I could run to” Cami said.
” Throwing yourself into a dark pit was much better off staying here.”
” Mom!” Cami yelled.
” Come with me!” Lexi scoffed and grabbed her by her ponytail hair.
” Ahh” Cami slipped and fell.
” Aren’t you supposed to attend school today??. What the hell is wrong with you!. Why do I regret having you!” She continued as she yelled.
” I’m so sorry!” Cami cried and lexi pulled her up by her pony again, dragging her out in the same order.
” Please be careful with her” Flora said pitifully.
” Don’t dare touch me if you don’t want to get a sanitising slap this instant!” Lexi hissed before walking through the door.
Jordan sat down, looking into space. He was speechless as to what happened.
” What just happened?” He asked and Flora sighed, shutting up the door without giving a response.

Cami slammed the door and locked it up as she cried loudly.
She crawled up on the bed and took off her shoes, throwing it at the corner of the room.
She hugged her kneel and began sobbing.
” I don’t want to live anymore. Life is so unfair!” She cried.
” Cami!. Have your bath and prepare for school this instant!” Lexi shouted from behind the door.
Her lips crumbled up as tears left her lids. She slowly took out diary and opened it carefully.
She picked her designed butterfly pen and began to jot down her emotions vividly.
” Life is so unfair. No mom, no friend, No dad, Sickness, so much anxiety and so much more awaiting me” She sobbed.
Her eyes got puffy as it added to the redness on her face.
” Is this how it’s going to continue, Dear diary?. Who’s going to be my cure?. Who’s going to add a pinch of happiness to my empty world” She thought and sniffed hard, jotting it down.
” I wish everything would just crumble in front of me so that I’d know I’m not alone in this. Such a cruel world. Even my parent I thought would be nicer even adds to my problem.” She cried bitterly.
” I just want to run far, far away from here. I want to be free, I want to be happy. I just….I just want to live my fairy tale dreams” She cried.
Her tears fell on lines of the book and she wiped her cheeks quickly.
” Cami!!!” Lexi shouted.
” I’m in the bathroom!” She yelled back and grumpily got out of the bed to go prepare for the day.

Momo slowly placed the apron over Jordan’s neck even tho he was a bit taller.
She chuckled seeing how hot it even made him look. He was wearing a Jersey and a track pant plus the apron, making him look like a perfect boyfriend type.
She ruffled his hair.
” Awwn. You’re a born chef” She clapped her hands, chuckling loudly.
Jordan slowly looked down as he thought about something.
” Can I see the boss?” He asked, looking at her.
” Is there anything?” She asked.
” She asked me to see her after I’ve gotten familiar around” He said.
” That door” She gestured and Jordan walked forward before pulling the door open.
Melody, the Boss lady, was leaning on the table while making a call. Her dressing was over the countenance, so revealing.
He slowly closed up the door and she instantly cut the call, giving him a lovely smirk. He thinned his eyes, noticing she was hiding something.
” Good morning ma’am” He greeted.
” Jordan. You’re finally here” She smiled, leaning away from the table to meet him. ” I heard you wanted this job just to cater for your school and the fees”
” Um…Yes” He nodded, feeling a bit nervous.
She brought out an envelope from her bag.
” Take. This is three hundred thousand dollars” She said and Jordan froze.
” For me?” He asked.
” You can use it to get wh@ťěver you want, pay your school fees and just use the rest to take care of your mom” She said and Jordan ran speechless.
He slowly took the envelope from her and looked into it and it was nothing but money.
His brain bursted instantly and he looked up to find her still smirking at her.
” Thank you so much. I’m so grateful for this. I’m…” He pinched the skin between his lids as tears were coming loosely.
” It’s okay, darling” She smiled and threw her arms around him, making him return the hug warmly.
Her face sank into his chest and he found it hard pulling away from the bone crushing hug.
Finally, She stooped away from him.
” I’d really appreciate if you still remain to work here and I’ll gladly add to your pay”
” Definitely!” He smiled. ” Thank you so much. I wasn’t really expecting this. You’re the kindest person I’m seeing today” He bowed, giving out the sweetest smile.
” It’s fine” She winked and closed up the door causing Jordan to jolt as he watched her every moment.
He looked at her and saw she was bringing in a different aura.
” Um…I need a favor from you” She said, leaning on the table before pulling him closer.
Jordan started to get weird that the envelope even fell from his hands. He picked it up quickly.
” O..okay” He stuttered, swallowing deeply.
She looked into his eyes, adjusting the apron on his neck stylishly.
” Don’t feel insecure. I just wanted to tell that you should feel free around the other chefs and…um…you know what to do right?” She asked, looking at him with those eyes again.
” Um…Y..yea. Yea, I do. I can cook all kinds of dish. You can count on me” He nodded and a sweet smile flashed through her face.
” Um…” She coughed, settling back on her swivel chair. ” You can go on with your job, if you need anything. I’ll be here” She said and he pulled the door, going out quickly in a haste.
She picked her phone again, calling the previous number.

Camelia was tripping fast into the school compound in a haste when Leigh stopped her in her track.
” Cami. Are you okay?” She asked and cami almost jolted by her presence.
She quickly rubbed her puffy eyes and she returned a gummy smile, hiding her pain.
” Of course. Is there anything?”
” I saw how you were bullied at school yesterday. I hope you’re fine?” She asked and Cami was about to respond when a black car dropped in front of their school.
Students began to gather around and Cami knew exactly who was coming.
” I have to go now, bye!” She said, giving a simple wave before rushing away.
Clover quickly stepped out of his car, and he sighted cami running away.
” Cami!” His crazy deep voice made her halt and her toes squeezed up inside her flat shoes.
” Not again!” She rolled her eyes disgustingly.
He trooted towards her. He suddenly picked her hands, holding the strap of his bag with his other hand as he led her away into the school.
” Good morning” She greeted but he didn’t respond and her lips puckered out cutely.
He arrived at his locker and slammed it open, taking up his books ruggedly.
” Did you take my rules for granted?” He asked in a husky tone and cami eyes bloated.
” What rules?” She asked and his gaze landed on hers, wanting to peirce through her skin hardly.
” I’m talking about that guy that lives in your flat. Did you follow the rules I gave you against him!”
” Oh yes, Yes ” She quickly nodded fearfully. ” We didn’t even talked to eachother. Infact, we totally forgot we existed” She giggled.
His eyes scanned all over her and cami froze at a spot, staring at him indifferently.
” Come with me” He said and picked her hands, pulling her away quickly.
Students would stop by to look at them and it caused cami’s skin hair to sprout up.
” Too much stares” She smuggled, gumming herself to him as they walked.
” Benefit of dating the most popular and hottest guy at school” He winked and Cami felt her head froze at her neck by his response.
Genesis and her crews stopped in their track the moment they saw them pass by.
” My eyes failed for a second” Genesis said, rubbing her eyes hardly before looking again.
Cami holding Clover???. What in HELL?
” HOW!” She spat, looking at cat and Maggie at the same time.
” So he broke up with me just cos of that ugly unfortunate Ɓîtçh??!” Cat panicked.
” That witch!. I knew it. She’s possessed him as well. I wonder for how long it would take people to realise the truth about her!” Maggie gritted with her hand making a fist.
” We need to think of something. She can’t date my crush while I sit and watch?!” Genesis spat.
” I’m with her locker keys. Unfortunately, I stole it” Maggie spat.
Genesis picked it and went straight to her locker. She opened the locker and gritted her teeth happily.
She picked out her geography notes.
” This?. This is not as important as my crush” She hissed and tore the note in half.
” And this.” Maggie picked up one of her textbook. ” It’s not even worth the air I breath. She suffocate me a lot just by staring at her” Maggie spat and tore it quickly.
Cat picked up her purse, unzipping it.
” Ohh, Lucky us. She left some change. Who wants to go shopping after school?”
” Definitely us!!” The other two wheels rejoiced with their squeaky voice.
They locked up the locker, leaving the rest in a mess.

Clover got into his class and luckily, no one was there yet.
He suddenly propped Cami on his desk and her heart began to race rapidly.
” Clover!” She struggled as he rushed to kiss her. She pulled his face off.
” Shh, what’s the problem?” He asked.
” What are you doing. We’re in class” She said, breathing harshly.
” This is already a day since we started dating. Don’t tell me it’s too early to kiss,babe” He said and she pressed her lip together shyly.
” I don’t want us to do this yet. I’m nervous” She said and he cupped her cheeks.
” Trust me, babe. it’s just a kiss. I’m not going to bite or hurt you” He said and started to lean in again.
” No…Stop…Mm!”
The door knob began to move and Clover pinned her hands on the table, trying to force his lip on her.
” Stop!. Mm” She muttered and his lips were trailing all over her cheeks and neck. He suddenly pulled away.
” Look, if you still want your dirty secret to remain a secret then play along with me or else everyone will know what you’re hiding. Everyone!” He spat and Cami instantly felt insecured.
He held her chin and slowly leaned in to kiss her and cami gave up, releasing her all to him.
Her heart was racing fast as he leaned into her, swallowing up the same air as her.
The door got ruggedly opened before his lip could meet her and leigh rushed in quickly.
” Stop!!. Let go of my friend!” She hissed and dragged Cami away from him.
” Don’t you ever dare touch her or I’ll report you to the principal” She scoffed at him loudly.
” Cami?. Are you sure you’re on her side?” Clover grinned, pocketing his hands segzily.
Cami broke her wrist from leigh and went up to him. There was no point siding leigh cos she didn’t want leigh to know about anything too.
” I’m sorry, he’s actually my boyfriend” She said, clutching hold of clover’s arm.
Clover ruffled cami’s hair, smirking dangerously at Leigh.
” She’s mine. I hope you rest now” He grinned, before placing a soft kiss on cami’s forehead. again.

Lexi hid her pistol behind her pocket as she walked into the underground brothel.
She’s wearing a thick jacket and brown pants, looking totally different from how she looked at her home.
Here, she looks like a classy lady in her twenties like she washed off all her skin flaws.
She sat down on an empty chair as she kept scanning around vehemently.
” How’s the girl?” A voice propped up behind her but she didn’t jolt.
She threw her hair aside.
” If you want to talk to me, I want to see you face to face” She said in a serious tone.
” You’re not ready for your assignment then” The voice said and she stood up in a haste, bringing out her pistol towards the face.
Her eyes circled as her gun dropped in her hand.
” You?. You work here too?” She choked and the stranger smiled in return.
It was a woman in mask.

<>NIGHT<>ROOFTOP.
Cami gathered up her books as she climbed the back stairs towards the roof top.
She got there and saw Jordan sitting there with his arms spread apart as he leaned on his weight.
” Geez. He’s here!” She panicked.
She quickly turned around to leave but he was quick to notice her presence.
” Cami?” He called without turning his head and she halted. She looked down at herself.
She’s just putting on her usual pajama wears and then a bunny thingy in her hair, and her lips sprouted up nervously.
She turned around and began to walk towards him before sitting next to him on the block.
” Hey!!” She waved shyly.
” You finally found my favourite spot” He said with a little smirk.
” No. It’s my favourite spot. I discovered it” She gushed proudly.
” But I got here first before you”
” But I’m still the one who discovered it” She said and poked her tongue at him, and he broke down chuckling.
He never knew she was this free with people after being comfortable with them and it made him smile.
He thought she was that shy, nervous puppy, but somehow he still feels she was that puppy.
He looked at the things in her hand and saw books and he picked up her note.
He opened it shortly. Her handwriting was quite funny but he waved the thought.
” You have an assignment?”
” Perhaps. Don’t know how to go about it tho” She grumbled and he looked at her.
” I’d be starting J.D HIGH tomorrow” He said and she slowly looked at him.
” Really?” She asked and his brows jerked at her segzily as a response.
” I hope you have a change of mind. That school is worse than dying and waking in hell” She scoffed, rolling her eyes.
” More reason why I really want to be there” He said before turning to look at her. ” Your mom seem really strict. I hope you’re okay?”
She heaved a big sigh, poking out her lip.
” I’m okay. At least… I’m still alive” She chuckled before resting her head on his shoulder.
He slowly stroked her hair gently and she fell asleep on his shoulder.
She felt safe with him. Even tho he didn’t know what she was passing through, somehow, his presence gave her that peace of mind.
It even made her forget she was sick and fortunately, her sickness didn’t show up that night.
Unknown to them, a figure was coming behind them silently.
