Zach’s eyes widened, he immediately held Edna by the shoulder and pushed her back.
“What’s wrong with you?” He cried as he wiped his lips with the back of his palm.
“Me? I thought you liked me?” Edna replied.
“Liked! Edna, there’s a past tense and what you just did now proved to me that you’re a bîtch! How can you kiss me when you know I’m in a relationship with someone else!” When Zach finished saying that, Edna’s hands flew to his cheek.
She just gave him a resounding slap.
“No one calls the granddaughter of Delgado a Ɓîtçh!” She said hardly while giving him a cold look.
“But you gave me the impression to call you that, you acted like one, a few seconds back” Zach still had his hands on his cheeks as he spoke.
Edna smirked and moved closer to him.
“You should thank me Zach,if it wasn’t for me then you wouldn’t get the opportunity to talk to the new ‘love of your life’ you wouldn’t even know who Regina is” she said.
“Yes and thank you for making that possible for me” Zach smiled at her before using his shoulders to push her off as he walked away.
The moment the restroom door slammed closed, Edna burst out in tears, she looked at the soaps and detergent on the basin then used her hands to push them off the basin angrily.
“Everyone betrayed me!” She muttered.
When Zach got out of the restroom, the first person he went to meet was Regina who was checking the time on her silver wristwatch.
“There you are, why did you take so long in the restroom?” She asked him.
“I’m sorry, I just had a really running stomach,” Zach lied.
Regina didn’t look like she believed him, she looked back to the direction of the restroom and she saw Edna coming out.
“What’s wrong?” Zach asked her and she immediately forced a smile and shook her head.
“Nothing, let’s go” she hugged his arm and they both left together.
Meanwhile Edna was watching their retreating figure with an angry look. Her fist was clenched tightly so that her knuckles were turning white.
“Regina, I was born to always win you! You will never get the last laugh because Zach is mine,he was my friend and he liked me first, you don’t deserve his place” she thought.

NEXT MORNING; DELGADOS’★
The families were having breakfast and chatting at the same time. Mason and Skyler along with the two men already left for work so it was just Edna, Ivy, Hudson Carson, Jacob and the three women.
The topic today was about the media going crazy over Ivy’s dress yesterday.
“Ivy and guess what, you’ve been named the hottest woman and the best dress on the red carpet” Carson read the news from his iPad.
“Less computers on the dining, who still remembers grandpa’s rules?” Edna couldn’t handle all the praises Ivy has been getting starting from last night so she snapped.
“I forfeit it for today” grandpa Mario suddenly said and a loud unbelievable gasp escaped Edna’s lips.
“You see Edna, if you had trusted your sister in law into wearing that dress then you’d be a hot topic just like Ivy” Hudson shrugged his shoulders and Ivy only responded with a cute smile.
Edna mocked the east Hudson spoke and rolled her eyes.
“You shouldn’t be jealous of my daughter, you brought everything upon yourself” Maya scoffed.
“Yeah, don’t be jealous because I’m shining more than you” Ivy gave Edna a cry baby face.
Edna was really mad, all she saw was Ivy had everything she wanted. Skyler’s support, public attention, a cool and supportive boyfriend that looked like he wasn’t ready to betray her at all.
“I’ll just drive myself to work then” Edna angrily stood up and began leaving.
“Don’t drive yourself insane!!” Ivy shouted after her but Jacob hit her arms slowly.
“That’s enough” he whispered to her and she just smiled happily.

Mason just came out of a meeting room and Sunny immediately ran after him with a telephone.
“A lot of people are calling the company’s line, they want to have an interview with your wife about the ideas she used in sewing your sister’s dress” she said to him.
Mason kept walking with his hands in his pocket as he casually declined.
“No, tell them she won’t be available”
“Okay boss” Sunny let out a short bow before walking away.
Mason got to his office and called for Alvin.
“Make a public announcement, there will be a sales party coming up for D•S” he ordered.
“Okay boss, I will do that and it’s also time for you to visit the fashion class and tell them about the news,” Alvin said.
“Alright” Mason sighed and picked up his nose mask.

In the fashion class, the students were already talking about Mason attending the class, especially Lilian and she was going extra by putting on some makeup.
“Why are you even going this extra for this guy? He doesn’t even show his face, how do you know if he’s handsome or not?” Jasper scoffed.
“You’re just jealous because even with your face revealed, you are still a nobody” Cynthia sticked her tongue out at him.
“Oh, Savage,” Skyler gasped.
The door opened and Miss Elizabeth stepped in with a kind of aura coming behind her, the students already guessed it was Mason.
They composed themselves in their seats but Lilian was trying her best to look the prettiest.
“Good morning Mr Mason” they greeted him including Skyler who was trying to act normal.
She stylishly looked at him and their eyes met but Mason acted like it was nothing which made her amused.
How can he pull off a perfect act? Why must this man be so perfect?
“Morning everyone” he casually greeted and looked at the manikins that had some clothes on it.
“You guys seem to be doing quite well over here, who’s the owner of that one?” He pointed to a female manikin wearing a sleeveless dress.
“It’s mine sir” Skyler slowly raised her hands up.
“I like it” he replied and Skyler tried not to smile too much as she thanked him.
“Thank you sir”
Lilian scoffed secretly and even eyed Skyler behind her back.
“I came to see how you guys are progressing and I’m quite impressed, I hope to see you all at the sales party next month” he announced to them before walking away with his hands still in his pocket.
When he left, Miss Elizabeth began addressing the sales party.
“It was for a different company for fashion designers where the board will invite famous models and sell clothes, he’s willing to sell some of your clothes to see how beginners are doing and it’s gonna be live so everyone should be ready” after Miss Elizabeth was done explaining, she left.
“That man is perfect!!!” A girl screamed out immediately.
“And he even noticed Skyler’s designs here, I’m so jealous,” another girl said.
Cynthia hugged Skyler’s arms really tight.
“Really happy for you, if you weren’t married then I would have paired you up with Mason”
“Nonsense!!” Both Jasper and Lilian said at the same time, they looked at themselves and scoffed.
“Don’t be so jealous” Cynthia rolled her eyes and hugged Skyler’s arms again.
“If only you knew” Skyler couldn’t help but chuckle inwardly.
Her phone suddenly beeped and she checked to see that she had a new follower notification on Instagram.
Felix just re-followed her on Instagram.

When Edna got to the company, she noticed everyone laughing on their phones, laughing and murmuring among herself.
No one greeted her.
Zita who was coming out from his office paused and looked at everyone then went back to Edna again.
“Can’t you see your boss is here? All you do is press your phone, give me those!!” He began collecting their phones while some were quick enough to hide their own phone.
“Good morning Miss Edna” they began greeting her but she only scoffed at them as she headed to her office.
“Extra one hour after work for annoying Edna and no lunch breaks” Zita pointed at them before following Edna to the office.
The workers began murmuring to themselves.
Edna was already in her chair, rubbing her forehead tiredly.
“I’m really sorry about them Eddy but I will advise you not to check Hollywood news right now” Zita told her.
Edna gave him a look before picking her phone before taking her phone.
“I told you not to check it” Zita scratched the back of his neck and looked elsewhere.
Edna went to Hollywood news and she was surprised with what she was seeing. There were ugly pictures of her when she saw Regina and Zach kiss.
The headline of the news says; Edna couldn’t take the huge blow of the two new couples and not just that memes of her face with that expression was all over the social media having millions of likes, views and repost.
“You’re so hot on Twitter right now Eddy” Zita added as he fanned himself with his hands.
He slowly carried his gaze back to Edna and she was boiling so much, it felt like she would explode any time soon.
“I think I’ve stayed too long, let me see myself out” Zita flashed Edna a smile before rushing out of her office.
“REGINA!!!!!!!” Edna yelled really loud that the birds standing on top of pole wires flew off.

EVENING; BLAKE’S PLACE★
Blake walked to the couch with a glass of red wine over to where Ivy was sitting. “Here” he gave her a glass.
“Thank you” Ivy collected it from him with a smile and they both clicked glasses.
Blake sat beside her, they were both enjoying their movies, wrapped in a blanket together.
“Are you sure your grandpa or mom or even dad won’t worry that you didn’t return home tonight?” Blake said worriedly.
Ivy scoffed.
“Look at me, I’m twenty two! I’m an adult so if I decide to stay with my boyfriend then they can’t do anything about it and besides girls my age don’t even live with their family!”
Blake only chuckled a little at her.
“Hey look, you look so handsome in this scene” she smiled and pointed at the TV.
Blake looked but a second was too fast as he took his eyes off to stare at her face. Ivy kept watching with a smile but she noticed Blake looking at her and she turned to face him.
“Why aren’t you watching?” She slowly asked.
“I am watching a cuter and more interesting version,” he replied with a flirtatious smile.
“Are you trying to flirt with me?” Ivy raised her brows up at him and he sighed.
“Fine I’m just trying to make this movie more fun for us” he threw his head back to the couch.
Ivy smiled as she stared at him, she dropped her wine glass and stood up and gave Blake a confused look.
“You want fun? Let me show you” she smirked and turned off the TV but switched on the Karaoke machine beside it.
“Let’s sing” she smiled and wiggled her brows at him.
“No please” Blake blocked his ears but Ivy ignored and began playing the best of no more tears left to cry by Ariana Grande.
Blake groaned out when she began singing.
“Right now I’m in a state of mind…” Her voice sounded horrible, no cap that she hadn’t changed on it.
Blake immediately stood up and turned the machine off.
“Hey!!” Ivy pouted at him.
“You know what would be more cool?” He asked with a smirk as he moved closer to her, held her waist and pulled her closer.
“What?” Ivy wrapped her arms around his neck.
“We play tickle” he began tickling her suddenly while she tried to protect herself by running.
Ivy didn’t know how it happened but she was suddenly laying on the couch with Blake on top of her, pinning her hands above her head.
He had an affectionate look on his eyes as he stared at her.
“You’re so beautiful” he said huskily and she smiled shyly.
Blake’s eyes went to her lips before looking into her eyes.
“Can I?” He slowly asked and she nodded then he leaned closer and crashed his lips into hers.
