JARED
I don’t know what has been happening to me lately
I can’t believe I’m here carrying the woman I used to h@ťě so much all the way home.
Did I say Used to?
Do I still h@ťě her?
I don’t think so, she might be troublesome but she has proven on different occasions how good she is despite the mutual hatred we once shared which I don’t even feel anymore.
She has already stopped protesting now she’s bent on making me put her down by throwing her legs up and giggling like a child as she kept trying to tease me.
Funny enough I find everything she does funny.
But why?
Is it true what Asher said about….
Nah.. that can’t be true.
I can’t possibly be inlove with this..
Look Jared, those guys are so cool, she cooed staring at three guys who were jogging towards us.
Like they knew she was staring the guy on red sleeveless winked at her as they ran past us
What the hell! Is he insane.
Does he not know she’s married?
The most annoying part is the fact that Alondria was still busy staring at thier retreating figures.
Angrily, I dropped her on the ground with a frown on my face.
What… whats wrong? she asked
You can chase after them now, you are free, I’m going home, I replied then walked off angrily.
I can’t tell exactly why I am angry but I know I’m very angry right now
Usually I would feel like screwing some unfortunate Ɓîtçh but I only feel like punching someone right now..
To think I ran out of the house looking like a mad man just to save that annoying witch.
Hey wait! I heard her yell but I ignored her.
Come on wait up, I’m tired already, she yelled again in a lower tone as she was panting.
She stopped to catch her breath thinking I would wait, maybe.
Like I didn’t see her, I walked away walking faster this time..
My feet were already hurting from the trekking on barefoot
I heard her foot step as she ran after me.
Then she grabbed my shirt making me halt.
Hey Jerk, this is no way to treat your wife! she yelled
Wife? I repeated.
Do you now consider yourself married? o asked
What do you mean?
You have been going about flirting and letting every d@mn dude flirt with you and you call yourself wife? I half yelled making her flinch.
I just realized it’s my first time yelling at her.
For a moment, i felt guilty and wanted to apologize.
What? I didn’t just think of apologizing again to this witch.
Now I’m the flirt huh? she asked staring into my eyes.
Aren’t you the one who was so shameless to go ahead and screw some dirty Ɓîtçh on your wedding day?
And the girl at the church, I mean the Ɓîtçh with a repugnant smell.
Didn’t you screw her a night to your wedding?
And you have to guts to call me a flirt?
You sure are insane.
Guilt washed over me as she said those.
I don’t know why but I wished I never did any of those.
She looks rather hurt than angry and I feel stupid for putting that hurt look in her eyes.
Right now, I can’t even defend myself, I screwed things up already.
She was about saying something else when we saw two aged couples jogging together, they looked happy as they discussed among themselves.
Don’t they look so cute honey, the woman whispered to her husband when they got to us and I almost blushed.
What the hell is wrong with me?
Yes my love, they remind me when we first met, the husband replied as they jogged past us.
Look good together?
What a joke, she snorted, rolled her eyes then walked away leaving me standing.
I followed behind her but those comments never left my head.
Do we really look good together?
I unlocked my phone and began typing a message.
? Hey man, do you think Dria and I look good together? I typed then sent it to Asher without thinking.
I constantly checked my phone as I walked behind Alondria.
Watching how beautiful she looks from behind was satisfying.
I suddenly wanted to see more of her.
To see her smile at me genuinely, like the old lady kept smiling at her husband.
Now I’m hallucinating again, I thought slapping my head.
No reply yet.

Finally, we got home, well I watched get into the mansion, I wasn’t following so closely because I was a bit embarrassed.
When I got in the first person I saw was Kurt.
He was staring at Alondria who asked walking ahead.
I stood behind watching him as he typed something on his phone then put it back into his pocket.
He’s really got some nerves to betray me this much.
I cleared my throat and he turned around quickly, he looked quite uneasy.
How was your night Kurt? I asked ignoring his expression.
Its was fine boss, he answered with a bow as his eyes landed on my feet.
My foot wear got spoilt on the road, you should go get me new ones, I said and he nodded then rushed off quickly.
The maids who were looking at me quickly ran off the moment my eyes landed on them.
I walked to my room, still no response from Asher.
Angrily, I dropped the phone then went straight to have a cool bath.
Its sunday, I don’t think I have any plans for today.
I’m sure Alondria will be home too, thinking about it made me so hapoy that i was basically smiling while scrubbing my body.
My excitement was cut short when I remembered what she said to the Kyle guy.
“Uhm Kyle, i will see you tomorrow then, I have to go prepare for church with my husband”
She’s going to church?
Who the hell goes to church these days,i asked with a frown.
Only you J.J, my subconscious nagged
And she has an appointment with dad today by 1pm,dinner with Williams by 6pm.
What time do I get to spend with her then?

What am I even thinking.
But what if she already left for church?
Oh $h|t, I’m screwed, I thought running out of the bathroom without fully taking all the foams off my body.
I grabbed the towel and wiped my body immediately.
In less then four minutes,I was dressed in a blue jean and a white shirt.
I quickly picked up my gun, tucked it carefully behind me.
Then i stormed out of the room only to meet the most gorgeous woman i have ever seen my entire life.
She was putting on a simple red gown with those golden heels that made her look breathtaking and classy.
I just realized I haven’t gifted her anything yet
Lifting her head to look at me, I got frozen for a while.
Just when I thought she was going to smile at me, she sighed and began walking down the stairs.
Like the pathetic guy I have become lately, I followed behind her like a puppy.
We got outside and she made to walk out through the gate,I followed her.
Where are you going? she asked stopping
To church obviously, I replied without looking at her.
Why are you following me then,you should go with your car, she snapped.
Why aren’t you going with the car? I asked.
And how is that your business? she snapped again.
I just..m we should take the car, I will drove you to church.
Don’t bother about me, you should go to yours,she replied moving away from me to flag down a taxi.
The taxi stopped and she got in,I got in with her too.
What’s wrong with you? she whispered but her face showed she was really pissed.
What did I do wrong? i whispered back
Why are you following me?
We are going to church, I replied simply and she scoffed.
Is that why you are dressed like a gentleman?
You don’t even have a bible or a word note,she said with a mocking look.
We would share yours, I replied looking away from her.
I don’t know what I’m doing, I don’t know why I feel pushy towards her, like I want to stay glued to her.
I don’t know why I don’t want her away from my sight or my reach anymore.
So I’m just going to go with the flow, I won’t fight it.
Asher hasn’t replied yet, did I over stress him last night?
Maybe I should just ask mom.
I forwarded the same message to mom hoping I get a reply.
