Lauren couldn’t hold her tears of joy as she prepared lunch. Marcel just folded his arms as he watched her.
“I think you have to stop crying now… Everything is going to be okay”
Marcel said.
“No, I don’t think so. it’s just so unbelievable.
I don’t know if I should be happy or sad right now”
“Sad about what?
Marcel moved closer to her and held her waist.
“You know, sad about all the things you went through for you, for us, for the family”

Lauren replied and put up a faint smile.
“Speaking of that, I would like to see my son in the bedroom. I guess he still needs me to fix his water problem”
Marcel said.
“So, am going to do the kitchen work alone?
Marcel shrugged.
“Maybe, but Ethan and I are going to join you soon”
Lauren finally had a full smile.
“You know it’s funny how you call your son by your real name”

So, for now.. am still going to stick with my fake name, Marcel”
He replied and walked away.
Lauren sighs. Her phone beeped. Ellie sent a text.
She smiles.

Marcel knocked on Ethan’s door. Ethan gladly opened it.
“Hey, am finally here”
“Dad… What took you so long?
“Am sorry, I had a long conversation with your mom.
He replied and walked in dropping the plumbing tools he had brought with him earlier.
“So, can you show me where the fault is?
“Yeah… The shower, the turning knob is broken”
Ethan replied and walked into the bathroom. Marcel followed him.
He stares at the knob and smiles.

He brought out the required tools.
“Don’t worry, am going to fix this up in a few minutes, it’s just a little problem”
Marcel replied.
“Let’s fix it together”

He replied.
Marcel smiled and rubbed his hair.
“Am not going to leave you two again and am going to teach you in case, I grow old and am too old to do it”
Ethan burst into laughter.

Marcel replied and removed the old faulty knob replacing it with a new one.
He put on the water from the main switch after he was done.
“Would you like to check it now?”

Ethan puts on the shower. The water came rushing out immediately.
“Finally…
Ethan smiled happily with his hands in the air. Marcel took the shower and pointed it at his face.
“Dad.
“Now you can have your bath. I will be in the kitchen with your mom”
He said and walked out of the bathroom.

Ellie said also and they both burst into laughter.
Marcel watched them from the entrance of the kitchen with his hands folded.
“Are you both done acting like a kid now?
He asked.
Lauren and Ellie looked at him.
“Oh please, you caused this in the first place”

Marcel smiled and rushed to them, hugging them both.
“Gosh, I miss you both so much”

Ellie managed to say amidst the tight hug.

I didn’t mean to hug you before”
He replied and pushed Ellie out of the group hug, hugging only Lauren.
Ellie scoffs.

She felt rejected and walked away.
Lauren smiled and held Marcel’s face. She gave him a kiss that made a sound.
Ellie heard it.
“Please, there is a bedroom upstairs”
Ellie groaned.
“We are sorry”
Lauren apologized.
“I think we should call Harry and Jemmy here… They also need to be aware”
Ellie said.
“Yeah, Ellie is right. Harry and Jemmy had tried for me a lot. And it would be bad if they still think am dead”
Marcel replied.
“Should I invite them over?
Ellie asked.

He faces Lauren.

He said and sat down on the couch. He took some popcorn on the table and threw it into his mouth.
Lucy came back to the living room.

She snarled at him and carried the bowl of corn before walking back inside to the bedroom.

“Please, just make sure you turn on the music… I can’t imagine hearing your Mõ@ɲs from here”
His mind went to Alex.
“Well, I wish he was here”
He muttered.
“But he is gone”

Luke heard Alex’s voice.
He flared up in fear and looked back to see his dad.
“Are you okay?”
Mr George asked.
