her a lesson.”
<< Head’s office>>
Matilda knocked the door and opened it when
she heard his response to enter.
” Good morning sir.” Matilda greeted.
” Morning, what brings you here, and who’s she.”
The Head said.
” She is my friend and I want to register her here.
” Matilda said.
” Okay but what about the fees. You know you
entered here by scholarship.” The Head said.
* That’s true, I didn’t even think about the
money. Does that mean she will have to wait till
next year?* Matilda thought.
” Umm, I will try to find the money and when
that is done, I will bring her back here.” Matilda
said and the Head nodded.
“No problem.” The Head said.
“Umm, I would like to take her back home, do I
have the permission?” Matilda said.
“No problem but you have to come back early.”
“Sure, thank you sir.” Matilda said and went out
with Lily after she had greeted the Head.
Matilda was about going home with Lily when
she heard someone call out her name, she
turned back to see who it was.
“Hey, where are you going and who is this.”
Emma said after she got to where they were.
“She is my friend and am dropping her back
home. Don’t worry I will explain when I comes
back.” Matilda said.
“Hmm okay, don’t be late.” Emma said and
Matilda nodded.
Some while later, after she dropped Lily at
home. Luckily she didn’t even meet her father at
home.

Matilda got to class and she met a teacher in
the class. She excused herself and the teacher
told her to come in.
“You will tell me after class.” Emma whispered
to her.
After some times, the teacher left the class and
Matilda started the explanation.
“Seems, yesterday was a fight day for you. First
it’s was the LEOS and then those men. Really
am proud of you Matilda, great job.” Emma said
giving her the thumbs up.
“I couldn’t pass by the scene, and besides she is
an orphan. I couldn’t leave her alone.” Matilda
said and Emma nodded.
“Common, let’s go to the cafeteria.” Emma said
and they stood up.
On their way to the cafeteria, someone bumped
into Matilda and she frowned.
“Hey, can’t you see where you are going huh.”
Matilda said.
“Sorry but we were both coming to the same
direction, we ought to say sorry to each other.”
Evan ( the boy) said.
“She is sorry, we are sorry.” Emma apologized
on her behalf.
“Really, she got some pride yunno, why can’t
she say sorry herself.” Evan said.
“I..”
“Am apologing on her behalf already, am
Emma.” Emma cuts in.
“Evan.” Evan said before leaving their front.
“I didn’t actually wanna say sorry.” Matilda said
while ruffing her short hair to the back.
“It’s okay though, common let’s go.” Emma said.
<<Cafeteria>>
“Hey, the tomboy is here.” Oliver said gaining the
attention of the rest.
“Time to get to business.” Liam said before
smirking.
Matilda and Emma passed besides the LEOS
table, though she didn’t notice they were there.
Liam stretched his leg to where she will pass so
that she could fall. Matilda unknowingly pass
the trap and fell down Immediately, Liam used
that opportunity to pour his drink on her.
“What the f-__-k.” Matilda said as she gritted her
teeth.
“Matilda, be careful.” Emma said rushing
towards her and dragged her up.
“You really should be careful tomboy.” Liam
said and he smirked.
π₯: She must have done something with the
LEOS.
π₯: That’s good for her.
Matilda just ignored the comments, her eyes on
Liam and she held her fist in her.
“I am Matilda, thought you haven’t learnt your
lesson huh.” Matilda said.
“Such a nice name for a tomboy like you.” Elliot
said.
“Matilda, please get going already.” Liam said
while smiling.
“I will…”
“Matilda let’s go please.” Emma said dragging
her out of the cafeteria.
Matilda didn’t leave them as she continued
glaring at her until they were out of sight.
“This is just the beginning.” Liam muttered.
<<Classroom>>
“Why did you pull me out of that place, you
should have let me teach them a lesson and
break their ego.” Matilda said angrily.
“Didn’t want to get into trouble, you might be put
on detain or expelled.” Emma said.
“Wh@Ε₯Δver.” Matilda said before sitting down
while Emma sat down as well.
<< Closing hours~ Millers residence>>
Matilda got home only to see her mother pacing
up and down the room.
“Mom, what’s wrong.” Matilda said.
Mrs Miller immediately Rush to her almost at
the verge of crying and held her hand.
“Lily.. Lily is..” Mrs Miller stammered.
“Where’s Lily?” Matilda asked worriedly and her
mom couldn’t give a reply.
