Richmond felt his heart relaxed a bit as he sighed her tightly. His heart is at peace again.
Marissa felt uncomfortable and break the hug as there were silence between them.
“Why did you saved me, I thought you h@ťě mingling and speaking with the poor”Marissa said breaking the silence.”
“I can’t watch you get R@P£D”Richmond replied as he sighed and recalled earlier””
FLASHBACK
Back then at the store, Richmond was buying some stories books for her sister. She’s really a huge fan of romance stories.
He quickly saw Marissa who was about to entered the shop and hide in the next shelf.
“What is she doing here by this time”he thought and followed her the moment she left the shop.””
He continued trailing after her till she was attacked by Brad and his gangs.

“Thanks for saving me once again”Marissa said but Richmond held her back before going on his knees slowly till it touched the ground””
“I’m sorry”Richmond said and went on his knees as Marissa widen her eyes in shock””
“I know what I have done is not good, please find a way in your heart to me”Richmond said as Marissa was surprised.”
She can’t believe that the popular idol is right here on his knees apologizing to a poor girl like her.
Tears thr_@tened to fall out of her eyes but she wiped it off.
“You don’t have to kneel down for me, I’m just a human being like you”Marissa replies feeling emotional””
“Please forgive me, I won’t stand up until I heard you say that you have forgiven me” Richmond stated.””
Marissa sighed and hold his hand as he slowly stood up.
“I forgive you okay, I have to go now bye”Marissa said and left his hand before before walking away but he ran back to her
“Don’t let anyone bully or intimidate you, you need to have courage and stand up for yourself”he stated”
“”Thanks for the words of encouragement, good night” Marissa smiled and walk away as Richmond stared at her till she was out of sight.”
His phone rang and he brought it out from his pocket and looked at the caller ID, it was no other person but Huston.
“Where the hell are you, I’m f-__-king worried”Huston asked on the phone””
“I’m fine, thanks for checking up on me. I can’t come to the mansion okay, had to be in my private mansion” Richmond said walking to where his car is””
“Okay take care bye”Huston said””
“You too” with that, the call hanged up as he entered his car and drove off.””

A girl could be seen sitting on the bench as a boy sat beside her
“Baby what took you so long”Lyla said resting her head on the boy’s chest.
“Am sorry, I went to get your favourite ice cream”the boy said handing over the ice cream to her””
“You’re the best boyfriend in the world. I love you”Lyla said kissing him as the boy responded kissing her back
“Lyla” Richmond screamed and spranged up in fear as looked around and on the light.””
He have the same dream again as he looked at himself and he was sweating profusely
“Gosh, the same nightmare, I miss you Lyla. Come back to me”Richmond muttered and began to cry””
Within few minutes, he fell on the bed drifting to sleep.

MONDAY 7AM
Nora walked out of the room dressed so segzy with a large smile on her face.
She climbed downstairs as she can’t wait to go to school to see her friends and the guy she’s crushing on.
Then, Mr Adams walked downstairs already dressed as Nora ran and gave him a hug
“Good morning Daddy”Nora greeted as Mr Adams pecked her checks.””
“Good morning daughter, how was your night”Mr Adams asked as they sat on the couch.””
“Fantastic”replied Nora as then Marissa walked out of her room looking extra ordinary beautiful and gorgeous as Nora widen her eyes.””
“Who gave you the money to buy this dress and where are you going”Nora asked with a tingle of jealousy in her voice.. ”
“I’m going to Wilford College the same school with you”Marissa dropped the bombshell as Nora gasped in shock
“Is that true dad”Nora asked as she turned to her father””
“Yes that’s tire because she had been given admission into Wilford College”Mr Adams replied as Nora felt herself getting weak.””
FLASHBACK
Marissa entered the house with the polythene bag and met Mr Adams who was pressing his phone.
“Are you not asleep yet uncle”Marissa asked””
“Not yet, I have something very important to discuss with you”Mr Adams stated as Marissa raised her brows””
“You can go ahead sir”Marissa replied as Mr Adams brought our an envelope and handed it over to her””””
“What this sir, ” Marissa asked with curiosity
“You can go ahead and open it”Mr Adams urged her.””
Marissa felt her heart beating slowly as she open the envelope and brought out the paper inside it. She opened the paper and gasped in shock staring at the paper.
“OMG! I have gotten admission into Wilford College”Marissa said in excitement.
.”Thank you so much uncle”
She hugged him tightly while Mr Adams patted her back.

Nora stared at Marissa who was beaming with smiles all over her face as Nora felt anger building up inside her body.
“What the hell am I hearing”Mrs Monica said walking downstairs.”
“Yeah, Marissa is starting college today. Are you not happy about it”Mr Adams asked as Monica faked up a smile”
“I’m very happy just that am surprised”Monica replied trying not to frown her face and walked towards the kitchen.””
“Let’s go”Mr Adams said and walked out of the house while Nora dragged Marissa back.””
“Did you perhaps have a spell on my dad””Nora asked as Marissa looked at her.
“I don’t know what you are talking about, excuse me”Marissa said and walked out of the house as Nora was surprised.”””
Did she just talk and walk out of me”Nora muttered and walked out.”
They entered the car which drove off immediately as Marissa can’t contain how happy she was.
“Wilford College, here I come “she muttered”
