My night was so magical and I am so happy that I was here for my love during this painful moment of his life. I smiled knowing that I made the right decision by accepting him as my boyfriend. I adjusted closer to him as his strong arm wrapped around me more tightly
His broad shoulder was accommodating enough for that sole reason, I felt safe and secure in his arms.
I watched as his breath rises and falls with my eyes glued to his handsome face… I can’t resist my self so I kissed his lips and I saw a smile crossing his face…. Is it possible that he is still awake?…. I smiled to myself then closed my eyes and drifted off to dreamland
Oh my gosh! I exclaimed as I got up from the bed, there was no sign of Ben anywhere, I checked my time and gasped in shock… It’s 8:30 already… Oh my God! I have morning shift and am already 30 minutes late
I quickly muttered a word of prayer.. thank you Lord for waking me up today…. I was almost climbing down from the giant bed when I heard a voice

I narrowed my brow and frowned at him With a murmur of good morning to him, then I turned facing him, I was so mad at him because I told him that I will be going to work that morning and he knew it too well but refused to wake me up early for his selfish reasons I guess
I quickly swallowed what I was about to say realizing that he was carrying a tray of food, smiling broadly….. I was so captivated when he said

I sat back in the bed, forgetting totally that I was about going to dress for work….. Wait a minute, is this a movie? I’m I inside the television or I’m I dreaming?
He dropped the food on the bed and kissed my lips.
How was your night he asked me
It was fine, when did you get up and who prepared these? I asked him
He smiled, me of course… Though I have not seen what’s inside because it was neatly and nicely covered but wh@ťěver it is must be superb because the aroma alone is something else and I’m salivating already…. I was still thinking when he brought me back to life
Or do you think that I’m not the kitchen type? He asked with pride dancing in his eyes
I was caught off guard though that was part of what I was thinking but I only smiled and kept silent
He paused for a minute, then kissed my lips. I know you must be thinking about work but don’t worry, I got you covered…. He said now kissing my hands.
My eyes widened on hearing that, what’s he talking about. What do you mean Benny? I asked him and just then my phone rang, I checked the caller it was UC, I smiled and picked it up

UC : hey Josy, I and Emma are coming over to Ben’s house, she said excitedly
When? I asked her curious
Uc: in 2 hours time, she replied giggling like some one that’s been tickled
But you’re supposed to be working this morning as well
UC: she giggled again…. Nope we are not, Emma got us covered
How? I almost screamed…
His the CEO of that very hotel we’ve been working… She said it now laughing
What! I exclaimed in bewilderment
UC only laughed at how surprised I must have been and said….. Catch you later sis, and ended the call
I was so surprised, I turned to Ben with a questioning look, without even speaking, he already knows what’s on my mind and he nodded in affirmation

I wanted to scream when a knock interrupted me
Please eat your food is getting cold I will get the doo. He smiled at me and I smiled back.
I opened the food, oh my heavens…… It was jellof rice with appetizing chicken , plantain with egg and also slices of bread and strong tea in a flask …… I was in awe on seeing how appetizing and rich the food is, did he order this or did his maid cook it….i never realized that I said it audibly until he smiled and said I prepared everything
But, how comes….. He shhhed! Me with a kiss and whisper in my ears… Just eat
He handed me a bag at the same time and said hope you will like it for a change for today?
My eyes widened as I collected the bag and opened it……. Oh my gosh! I exclaimed…. It was a beautiful pink Lycra gown with a turtle neck and a love opening at the chest added with silver left and right … And a beautiful sliver sandals with Cinderella hill
Oh my god, I so loved this!
How did you know my size, I asked unreasonably
He laughed and kissed me… Because you’re right here with me
I can’t believe this is how love is, I just hugged him tightly and kissed him deeply before whispering thank you to him
He smiled and simply said… I’m just glad you likes it

No we are eating together
After some hesitation he agreed and joined me.
Honestly, the food was superbly delicious and I enjoyed every bit of it up to the bones of the chicken
