I never expected the sudden question about my father from her, So I was a bit taking aback. Honestly I don’t know where to start as I just stare at an empty space and played with Apple that I have taken to do justice to.
I guess she observed something about my mood and before I could realize any, I felt a gentle touch on my shoulder and a soft sweet melodious voice soothingly said to me.
That’s Okey dear, I understand if you don’t wanna talk about it there’s no problem I guess is not the right time to talk about it.
Honestly, I felt like grabbing this Angel and giving her a very passionate and appreciative kiss, she has really turned me on and I have never come across a supportive, caring and understanding lady all my life
I wanted to drop few tears but been a man, I held back the tears and smiled as a cover up.

I asked her trying to make sure I didn’t hurt her in anyways. But instead of replying, she burst out into a loud long laughter which I can’t help but join her laughing also. I was amazed at how intelligent, friendly and down to earth this lady right before me is.. I can’t possibly imagine that I Benerd Eze will stay with a woman of such, naturally endowed with beauty without trying to touch her or even be bold enough to hold her hands without thinking twice, I can’t believe that I am this respectful to a woman until now
Wow! Love is magical. Love is respectful and responsible indeed, I kept falling in love more and more with her and feel like dying when she announced that she will be departing.

Ben was a really great friend and good company, honestly his a responsible man to be with. I intended on giving him my answer today but I can’t summon the courage to tell him that I love him too, UC even sent a message to me asking me if I have given him my reply yet and what his reactions was, I texted her back and told her that I’m to naive and ashamed to open up.
She thr_@tened on calling Emma to come and pick her up and bring her to Ben’s house so that she will force me to give Ben my answer. I know is an empty thr_@ts but this knock at the door could possibly be Emma and UC my friend
Just wait a minute lemme check who’s at the door, Ben said to me and moved to the door.
After some minutes he returned with so much cloths on his hands.
It was Aunty Esther the house help, she brought the cloths I washed in the morning.
Oh Okey, I replied putting on my sandals
** HEAVY THUNDER AND LIGHTNING
What’s that sound Ben?
She said that is drizzling outside, that was why she brought in the cloths and the sound you just heard is thunderstorms meaning that is gonna rain heavily. Ben replied, Buttoning his shirt
Please hurry Ben, I need to be home before the rain starts heavily. I said picking up my bag
We both hurried down the steps
Hold on lemme get my mums car key, Ben told me
I have opened the door already and the rain pour is d@mn heavy. How comes that I don’t even know when the rain started
UC called to know if I’m on my way home already but I told her that I’m still in Ben’s house about leaving. She told me that the rain is too much and I can sleep over due to the heavy floods that usually occurs in our area if a heavy rain falls, But I assures her that I will definitely come back home tonight not withstanding the amount of the downpour.
She told me to take care and we ended the call
Ben what’s happening, come and take me home? I beckoned on him
No response, Turning around I can’t find Ben, just the maid with a touch light
Oh my gee! You startled me Aunty…. I thought there was light before? I asked her
Yah sorry for freighting you… We were searching for the key when the light was erupted, Thought you were aware? She said politely to me
No, I wasn’t, I was on a call and was actually not looking inside…. So where’s Ben?
He has gone to put on the lister. Please come and sit down, he will definitely take you home once he finds the key

Oh my God! What’s this rubbish, what have I gotten myself into by coming here and why does this stupid rain has to fall at this point in time, I said inaudible lowering my head as I used my hand to support it
The lister is on, there’s light now so we can find the key… Miss Esther said as she proceed to search for the key

Yah, have even checked in her room. Wait a minute lemme give her a call and inquire from her.
He brought out his phone and dialled her number but the network is fluctuating
I have her mums numbers as well because we do converse on phone and social media too But the network has totally gone out from my phone, not even Esther’s phone was connecting… Oh my gosh! What do I do now even the rain is getting heavier and heavier by the minute and the time is ticking very fast Can’t even think of how flooded and drowsy our area will be at the moment. Gosh! I exclaimed audibly not meaning to though… It came out as a sign of my confusion and frustration.
I’m so sorry Josy, is all my fault but I promise to take you home no matter what, as soon as the rain subsides, we will leave Okey. Ben said feeling so sorry.
Why not call Emma your friend to come and drive me home. I told him, pretending that I don’t know that Emma is out of town and will return on Monday because UC told me that. I just wanted to see his reactions though
Oh yah you’re right, lemme give him a call. He quickly brought out his phone and started dialling Emma’s number, Yet network was a barrier for the call to pull through
I just watched him as he genuinely and innocently paced up and down thinking and cracking his brain on what to do next
Obviously, I have completing falling in love with this man and I can’t let him suffer more because I already know that the last an only option is to sleep here in his house reasons been that…. I can’t find a cab at this weather since he can’t find his mums car key and his car is not here. Again it will be very risky for him to take me home and return alone in this whether for my area is usually disastrous in times like this.
I watched him as he paced around with his fixed on his phone probably looking for network. I smiled within me knowing fully well that this man here is doing everything in his power to please me and win my heart completely. Though I’m scared because men are not predictable but I have to give love a chance for the first time in my life.
What I’m I even saying, Emm! What I meant to say is that I have already fallen completely in love with this man here
I smiled and stood up, Walked towards him gently and held him from the back and said to him as sweetly as I watch them say and do in the movies
It’s okay my love, Stop the worry, I will sleep over and go home tomorrow.
