“So, How are you doing?” He smiled
“I’m good, Blaze… Hummh, When is your birthday?”
“Uhmm… It’s next year though, April”
“Wow… I’m April too. April 19”
“I’m April 5th, Seems we have a strong connection, huh?”
Samantha smiled and nodded. She couldn’t look at him and folded her lips softly.
“I will be turning 23 then, You?”
“24” He replied
“Wow, Nice… I like older guys” Samantha chuckled
“Huh? What?”
“No, It’s nothing” She smiled
“Brad birthday is coming up soon, You know right?” Blaze asked
“Yeah, He told me… November 4th” Samantha nodded
“Yeah….Newton too”
“Really? When?”
“November 8th”
“I’m sure they have strong connection like us too” Samantha retorted as Blaze smiled at her.

“Sam, Do you like it?” Brad asked slurping his spaghetti.
“Yeah… I love it, But Blaze cooks better” Samantha replied. Newton stole a glance at Blaze who smiled.
“For Real? My heart just got broken” Brad laughed while Samantha joined in laughing too.
“Anyways… It’s great, I’m still gonna ask for more” Samantha commented
“It all yours… Sam…No, I mean Softball, Before I forget!” Brad gushed
“About?” Samantha questioned
“I’m gonna have a small party here”
“Oh… Just a little party to celebrate your birthday right?” Samantha smiled
“Yeah…It’s between just us here, So.. Invite your friends, Okay?”
“Huh? My friends?” Samantha whispered turning her eyes to Newton.
“Let’s just do what he says. It’s his birthday after all” Newton suddenly commented
“Yippee! They are gonna be excited and happy, Thank you Newton” Samantha gushed. She smiled at Newton who smiled back.
“Newton. I heard” Samantha chuckled with her mouthful
“What?” He asked now turning his gaze to her.
“Your birthday is November too. It’s coming on the 8th right?”
“Yeah” He replied nodding
“Can I ask how old you would be clocking soon?” She asked
“25” He replied swiftly
“That’s nice, You seem not to dislike me anymore. Now, I can ask you some questionable things”
“What about you?” He asked taking his gaze off her and changing the topic.
“Huh? Me?” Samantha asked puzzled
“Yeah… When is your birthday?”
“Oh, It’s April 19..I will be turning 23 then” She replied. Newton nodded.
“So? Will you celebrate yours like Brad ?” Samantha asked.
“Huh? No.. He won’t” Blaze added
“Huh? Why?” Samantha asked.
“Huh… He only celebrates his birthday alone with his girlfriend” Blaze replied nervously.
“Why?”
“7 points” Newton commented suddenly.
“Excuse me?” Samantha was surprised.
“You just asked an annoying question, So you’ve got 7 points… Let’s see how long you last here, huh?” He said.
Samantha angrily stared at him.
“It’s okay guys. Anyways, Softball don’t forget to invite your friends,,Okay?”Brad broke the silence.
“Okay Brad” Samantha smiled now showing her flashy teeth.
Afterwards, Samantha turned to look at Blaze who sat beside her as they ate.
“Your cousin, My friend is coming over… You haven’t seen my other friend yet right, right?” Samantha asked
“Huh? No” Blaze answered calmly quite shaking up a bit.
“I’m gonna invite her, Her name is Giselle and she’s very fun and jovial, She’s also annoying sometimes but all the same you are gonna be happy to see her” Samantha smiled
“Yeah… I will” Blaze whispered as he smiled back.
