“Hey? Who was that?” Samantha threw a question blocking a response from Elle.
“What? Huh… It was a spam message” Malia lied stuttering. “So, Elle … What were you saying?” Malia asked again.
“Never mind, Huh… It’s not really something big” Elle stuttered, and smiled feeling quite nervous
“I was quite eager to hear that, you know” Malia lamented.
“Sorry guys” Elle apologized. Malia nodded and rolled her eyes. Instantly, Her gaze met Samantha who seemed to be lost in her world of imaginations. She kept smiling, biting her fingers, making funny faces and so on.
“Elle? What do you think she’s doing right now?” Malia asked quite shocked
“Hunh? Hey! Samantha?…What are you doing?” Elle asked loudly waking Samantha from her imaginary world. Samantha shaked her head and smiled sheepishly.
“What were you thinking about?” Malia asked
“I was thinking about Blaze” She responded without a second thought.
“What?” Elle asked
“I want to tell him I like him” Samantha said still smiling
“Hey? Shouldn’t you take it easy… You haven’t even started knowing each other yet,Don’t you think it’s too soon?” Elle said squeezing her face.
Samantha sighed, The reason she wanted to confess to him fast was because she was gonna write an exam which would make her leave when she might get admitted into her dream university. Long distance relationship would then come into the picture. She wanted to make it work for them (Samantha and Blaze) at least before time runs out. Also, She couldn’t tell her friends the reason. She didn’t want to give them any hint of her upcoming exam. She didn’t want them to know she would be going to the University, Not now! She just couldn’t find the spirit of courage to tell him. She wanted it to be kept a secret.
“I’m just gonna do it,, Who knows… He might also like me” Samantha replied after a minute silence.
“Shouldn’t you wait first, Guys do this stuff first, you know” Malia advised
“No, Just leave it to me, It’s my own way… I’m gonna tell him next week, I’m so happy” Samantha smiled.
“Also,Have you forgotten Samantha is a guy too” Malia giggled which made her plump cheeks cute.
Elle chuckled and patted Samantha’s shoulder gently.
THAT EVENING**
“Just make it quick” Malia simply said as Blaze took his seat. Malia was on her drinks when he came. Blaze smiled, called in the waitress and ordered for a glass of wine which was brought to his table in a couple of minutes.
“Okay, Huh–
“Firstly, When are you gonna confess to her?” Malia interrupted
“Huh? Soon…When I meet her?” Blaze replied
“That means tomorrow! Yippee!” Malia yelped
“No, It’s not tomorrow”
“You said when you meet her, Aren’t you guys not gonna meet tomorrow at your place?” Malia chuckled
“What? My place? No” Blaze said.
“Huh? So where?”
“You are gonna help me first, Let her meet up with me tomorrow, Huh… Like a date?”
“Hey? What the hell– Malia paused in thought as she widened her eye balls.
“Give me her number first” Blaze said pushing his phone towards he on the table.
“Hey! Hey! Hold on, How come our sentences aren’t corresponding?–Malia paused and bit her lips, Her eyes began twitching

Blaze ?” Malia called now staring into his eyes.
“Yes?
“My friend… The girl you said you like, Who’s she? Tell me her…. Name”
“Huh?”
“Her name! Tell me her name!” She said almost yelling, She punched the table dying of curiosity.
“What’s this, You are scaring me, I thought you said you knew via the text?”
“Oh Goodness!” Malia whispered rubbing her face with her palm.
“Since you aren’t gonna answer me, I’m just gonna ask you, Blaze ….Just answer Yes or No, Okay?”
Blaze nodded, He was quite puzzled but waited for what would happen next. Surely, He heard the loud beats coming from Malia’s chest.
“Do you like– Giselle?”
