Chapter-Thirty-three
A week later, Ji-ho lay down on the couch operating her phone and at the same time staring at her sister who was wondering about the room trying to get dressed quickly because she was running late for her date.
“Can you try to cool off for a while?” she said.
“Am trying, am getting late and Byung-ho will be here in the next minute”. she said.
” Really? Is he going to finally confess his love to you?” she asked smiling knowingly at her and Si-u stood staring at her.”What? You know I am not lying”. she said and then they heard a car horn.” he is here”.
“I will answer to your question later when I get back, anyway take care of yourself”.
” Sure, be careful and make proper use of this date, “.she said, and Si-u sigh tiredly at her as she gave her a peck on the cheek and walk away. Ji-ho smiled after her. Some minutes later, there was a knock on the door. ” Coming”. she came out of her room to open the door and was surprised to see Su-ho at her doorstep at this hour holding a shopping bag in her hand.
“Hey, girlfriend”. Su-ho said as entered while Ji-ho close the door behind her.
” What are you doing here at this time? Don’t you know is dangerous for you to be seen walking alone at this time”. she said as she sat down beside her.
“Why? Is just nine pm in the evening and is still busy as hell out there”.
” I know, but considering your condition”.
“Let’s leave that aside, I’m here to take you out “. she said smiling.
” Take me out to where?”ji-ho asked confusedly.
“Somewhere amazing and I brought you this”. she said as she gave her the bag, Ji-ho glanced through it and was amazed by the beautiful gown inside.
” Wow, Su-ho, this is beautiful”. she said amazingly as she stood up with the gown getting a better view of it.
“I know you will like it, now hurry up and go freshen up, we don’t have time”. she said and Ji-ho sat back down.
” Where exactly are we going?”
“I told you is somewhere amazing and you are going to love it”.
” I can’t, is too late, and besides, Baek-Hyun will get pissed off if he finds out I am outside this late”.
“He won’t, we are not going to take time”.
” Are you sure?”.
“Yeah, so, hurry up, we are getting late”.
” Ok, I will be right back”. she left to her room with the gown. Another minute passed, and Ji-ho came out. “Am ready”. she said and Su-ho turn to her to see how beautiful she look in the gown, she styles her hair sideways and applied a little makeup on her face, and it lighten out her beauty.” how do I look?”.she asked as she spins around with the gown.
“Perfect! You look extremely gorgeous in that, look at how beautiful you look tonight”. she moves to her and caressed her face.” I am so proud of you”. they hug each other and then pulled away as she dap into her eyes.”we have to go now”. she said and they hurry out of the building and hail a cab immediately, they enter the cab and it drove off in the direction Su-ho told him. a few minutes later, the cab stops at a building, they came down and Ji-ho was wondering why they are here.
“Su-ho, where is this place and why are we here?”
“You will soon find out once we get inside”. she took her hand and they walk over to the garden of the building. Ji-ho was suddenly caught off guard by the way the place was decorated beautifully with light surrounding the whole place and red and white balloons were used as decoration in the shape of love on the floor, Su-ho stood behind looking at her as she was amazed by the way the whole place was decorated romantically, ji-ho move forward to get a better view and step inside the love shape, she stood still to see Baek-Hyun from afar looking elegant on his suit and holding a bunch of red beautiful roses in his hand, he came closer to her smiling and gave her the flowers. Ji-ho was still looking confused as Baek-Hyun knelt before her and brought out a diamond ring that is a trapezoid and a pear-shaped diamond on the edge. Ji-ho gasped in surprise.
” Ji-ho, I choose you and I’ll choose you. Over and over and over without pause, without a doubt, in a heartbeat I’ll keep choosing you. I will forever be there to laugh with you, to lift you up when you are down, and to love you unconditionally through all of our adventures in life together, you are the best thing that has ever happened to me, and I will want to spend the rest of my life with you and be the good father to our unborn child, please, will you give me the honor of being my wife and the mother of my children”. he said sincerely in his heart as his eyes never left her watering eyes.
“yes”. she said between her tears and Baek-Hyun slipped the ring into her finger, he stood up excitedly and hug her tightly to himself professing all his love to her, soon the rest of them came out from their hiding places cheering them up.
” Yes! Finally!”. Chan-yeol yelled out loud. Baek-Hyun pulled away from her and cupped her face as tears filled his eyes.
“I love you so much”. he sniffs.
” I love you too”. she replied and lean their face closer and their lips interlock, he caressed her into his arms and deepen the kiss.
“Yes, woah!” Si-u screamed standing beside Byung-ho as they were cheering them up, soon they rushed to them and embrace them saying a word of congratulations.
“I am so happy for you”. su-ho said.
” Thank you”. Ji-ho replied.” so, all these were your ideas to get me here?”
“Yes, I only follow their instructions,” Su-ho said.
“And you did a great job,”. Byung-ho said.
” Even you Si-u, this was all planned?”.
“Yeah, it was actually Baek-Hyun idea”. Si-u said.
” Well, you all caught me”.
“Finally, now there is a real wedding”. Chan-yeol said and they all laughed, suddenly Si-u got interrupted by the rings of her phone and she excuses herself, Byung-ho stare after her, then he noticed the gaze the rest of them were giving him as he turn back to them.
“what are you waiting for, this is the right time”. Chan-yeol said and the rest agreed. He sighs confusedly.
Si-u was still on the phone with her manager, when Byung-ho came over and stood behind her.
” Yes sir, the files will be ready on Monday”.there was a pause.”ok, good night”. she hung up and let out a sigh.
“Is everything ok?”. Byung-ho asked and Si-u went startled and turn to him.
” Gosh, you scared me”.
“Am sorry, is everything ok?” he asked.
“Yeah, I just got on the phone with my manager, he just ask for some files “.
” Oh, hope there is no problem at all?”.
“Nah, he doesn’t want me to forget the files before I leave”. she said and Byung-ho went confused.
” Leave? You are leaving?”.
“Oh, yeah, I didn’t tell you? I will be going back to my headquarters in the next three days”. she said smiling and Byung-ho was stunned.
” Three days? why so soon?”
“Well, my work here is over and I think it’s time to report back”. she replied and noticed the sad look on Byung-ho’s face. “don’t look like that, I can still be coming for a visit”.she reassured him.
“I know, is just that I am going to miss you so much”.
” Me too”. they got interlocked in each other eyes, and Byung-ho pull a little closer to her closing the gap between them, he slowly caressed her cheek, and Si-u let out a faintly smile, the closeness became so firmly as he leaned his face slowly to her and locked lips with her, Si-u was caught off guard at first with her eyes wide open then she slowly closed them. Byung-ho pull back to look into her eyes, and they meet, they stare lovingly into each other eyes, His arms went around her waist and drew her into his warmth, he took her lips and deepens the kiss and Si-u responds to his kisses by caressing his hair. The rest came over after waiting for so long, they went astonished to see the intensive moves both were in.
“Oh my, am I having an illusion?”. Ji-ho asked.
” No darling, you are not, this is actually real”. Baek-Hyun said as he encircled his arm around her waist.
“You finally nailed it, bro”. Chan-yeol said happily.
” I guess we should be planning on two weddings”. Su-ho said and they chuckled. they continue to stare at them as they pulled away to catch their breath, but their eyes were still clue on each other and Byung-ho never let go of her waist.
“Si-u, I love you”. he said caressing her face.” I really do love you and I hope you can give me a chance to be your one and only man”. he said with sincerity in his voice and Si-u let out a sweet smile.
“I love you too, Byung-ho, and I will love to be your one and only woman”. she said and they quickly hug each other, they rest clapped and cheer them up, They pulled away from each other arms, and turn to their direction as they all came together and gave a group hug.
