“I missed you so much…” Alex smiled as they
broke the hug.
“Tell me what happened?” Alex asked and Abbie
narrated everything to him.
He smiled in relief and touched her hair.
“I’m so glad you’re safe” Alex said
Abbie smiled and kissed his forehead before
hugging him. Lucas who was standing by the
door smiled slightly and turned to leave.
“Lucas..” Alex called and he turned.
“About mom… I’m really sorry about that” Alex
said and Lucas just nodded.
“I guess she must be disappointed in the son
she had from wherever she is now” Lucas said.
“Thank you for saving Abbie” He said and Lucas
smiled.
“That’s the least I could do to make up for what
I’ve done to you all” Lucas said
“I don’t say it often but you’ll forever remain my
big bro… Nothing will ever change in my heart”
Alex smiled.
Lucas’s face suddenly turned to a guilty one as
he remembered their childhood.. How Alex
always cling to him wherever he goes but he
always shun him off.. Despite that, he never
h@ťěd him.
Lucas nodded and turned then quickly left. Alex
could swear he saw tears in his eyes..
Almost immediately Bryce and Zoey entered.
“Zoey!” Abbie rushed to her and they hugged
while Bryce walked to Lucia.
“Son… I was so worried about” Lucia said
worriedly
Bryce smiled and kissed her hair.
“Sorry for getting you all worried” He said and
them faced Alex who was looking at him..
Bryce suddenly hit his head…
“Ouch..”
“Bryce!” Lucia exclaimed in surprise.
“When I tell you to stay in the car,, you obey your
big brother.. I’d have beaten you black and blue
if not for the fact that you’re weak” Bryce said
and Alex smirked
“Well you can’t blame me.. Stubbornness runs in
our blood” Alex said and Lucia chuckled
The door suddenly swung open and Abbie’s
family ran in. Veronica’s eyes brightened when
she saw her daughter
“Gayle!!!” Veronica exclaimed.
“Mom!” They immediately hugged each other
and Veronica began crying on her shoulders.
“I was so worried about you.. I almost díed when
the police said they couldn’t find you” Veronica
wept on her shoulder
“I’m okay mom… I’m perfectly fine” Abbie smiled
as they broke the hug.
“Mom you lost weight!”
“How do you expect me to eat when my sweet
baby is no where to be found” Veronica patted
her hair.
“First time you’re calling me that.. Think I should
get kidnapped again” Abbie said and Veronica
hit her head.
“Handsome Alex!!” Kate hugged Alex who
smiled and hugged her back.
“I’m so happy you’re awake! I was so worried
about you” Kate pouted.
“Thanks cutie..” Alex said
“Why do I have a feeling that you care more
about Alex than your own sister” Abbie frowned.
“Of course I do! I mean,, he’s ALEX and you’re
abbie” Kate said gesturing it with her hands.
“Hey!!” Abbie flared up and the rest laughed
Lucia smiled, seeing her son was surrounded
with good friends all through.
Soon, Whitney and the rest joined them..
Whitney smiled and bumped fists with Bryce.
“Pleasure doing business with you” Bryce said.
“Same here” Whitney smiled widely.
“Hey! You’re smiling too much with my
boyfriend, I don’t like that” Zoey frowned
“Same here” Julian said
“Jealous freaks” Whitney smirked..

Lucas got down his car and took slow strides
towards her mother’s grave with a flower in his
hand. He got to the grave and smiled slightly.
“Mom..” He muttered and crouched down to the
grave then placed the flower on it.
“How are you doing over there..I hope you’ve
given dad a good beating of his life” Lucas
smiled but the smile faded as he bent his head
down, fighting back his tears.
“I’m really sorry mom.. I’m sure you must be
thinking that your son is a failure,, I’m sorry
mom… I promise I’ll make it up to you, even if
it’ll take me my whole life to do so” Lucas said,
cleaning his tears.
“Sorry I couldn’t save you, I’m sorry I couldn’t
even see you one last time before you got
buried, I’m sorry for everything” Lucas broke
down in more tears
“I’m sorry…”
He kept crying like that alone till someone
touched his shoulder and he looked up to see
Della.
“Hey… It’s okay” Della smiled slightly.
Lucas looked front, wiping off his tears.
“What are you doing here? Thought you h@ťě
me?” Lucas said.
“Mad at you,, yes… But h@ťě?.. No, not really.
Why should I h@ťě you when I’m not clean too”
Della said and placed her own flower on Lilian’s
grave.
She actually came too to pay her a visit..
“Yunno I really love your mom… She was so
kind to me when we were still dating and she
was like a second mom to me. It’s so sad she
had end up this way” Della sighed.
“Hmm” Lucas hummed.
Della stood up and dusted her skirt before
stretching her hand to Lucas.
“Come,,, let’s go home” She smiled.
Lucas looked at the hand and then at Della
before he slowly accepted her hand.

“Nah I h@ťě spinaches…”
“Babe!” Abbie snapped and Alex scoffed,
looking away stubbornly
Abbie frowned and grabbed his hair, pulling his
face up as she stuffed the food in his mouth.
“Veggies are good for your health” She smirked
as she stuffed the food in her mouth.
“Mhjaicgezt!!” Alex muffled inaudible sounds.
Just at that moment, Bryce and Zoey were
coming in. They paused when they were
welcomed with the sight in front of them…
“Are you sure these two are dating?” Bryce
asked.
“Yeah, it’s a normal thing when you’re used to
them… They fight this minute and the make up
in the next” Zoey said, walking in
Like Bryce promise he resigned from being a
cop and is now facing his CEO duties.
“Alright Abbie, don’t kíll him! I know you’re
worried” Zoey said and Abbie released Alex
when she was done feeding him.
“See? You’ve eaten all you’re vegetables” Abbie
smiled cutely and Alex glared at her while
wiping his lips.
“Is this how you’ll treat me when we get
married? You’re not even romantic at all” Alex
frowned.
“Of course I am… I’m the most romantic there is”
Abbie smiled cutely.
“Yeah… Sure” Alex rolled his eyes.
“Doctor said you’ll be discharged in two days”
Zoey said.
“Yeah… I can’t wait, before I díe of food
poisoning” Alex eyed Abbie who smacked his
head.
“Can’t wait for this semester to be over so we’ll
finally go to year three” Zoey said.
“But what about you two? You missed a lot of
lectures due to the recent ups and downs” Bryce
said.
“Don’t worry about me.. I’m pretty brilliant” Alex
said
“Same here” Abbie said..

Whitney could seen sitting in the office of the
doctor, in the same hospital as she waited for
the doctor to come back with the results
She was so so nervous..
Lately, she has not been feeling well. She has
frequently been feeling nauseous and smells of
things which didn’t bother her before began
bothering her.
At long last, the doctor arrived with a paper in
his hand while smiling..
“Congratulations miss..” He said, handing the
paper to her
“Huh?” She furrowed her eyes as she collected
the paper and read through it
It was a pregnancy test and it’s was… POSITIVE
