***years aback***how it all began***
screaming filled the air as mhigra a small village found close to the ocean was on fire . buildings were being set ablaze with their occupants inside men and women running up and down in confusion children crying for help .. blood filled the earth along with screaming as an unknown war soldiers slaughter anyone standing .
meanwhile inside an old looking temple built with bricks laid an old man who is at the point of dead with blood all over his body even his black robe is soak with his own blood . Hamlin the priest of Arturo king of the God’s and also known as the Devine god of the sun temple was his name , he wince in pain as he crawled close to the giant statue of Arturo who held a gold spear while seating on his throne .
“i-i have serve you all my life and I have dedicated my life to you Arturo now am about to die and I ask for one favour in exchange for all my good faithful works … “Hamlin cough out blood and his heart started failing , the sword wound as his stomach and shoulder was too much for a 72 years old him and it burns like lava .
“please protect my children and keep them save ,that’s all I ask for as a reward for all my work do not look down at your faithfully servant last wish and dying words “he whispered and there he gave up and his body slump down embracing the bloody floor raider soldiers stump into the temple and they destroyed anything they lay their eyes on including the statue of Arturo.
meanwhile in another room inside the temple though a secret room were 5 people or should I say the 5 children of Hamlin all shivering in fear .
young timid xyra whose hair is naturally wavy gold brown was clinched to Pamela and beside Pamela was Gael who is in a catatonic state . his sat on the floor with legs folded in a meditation position while staring at the space ,he’s in this state after witnessing their mother being slaughter right before his eyes ,her blood was all over him like paint . the sound of men hustle boot stump the ground producing loud thud as they run to and fro and the sound of shattered materials filled the air .
“we are all gonna die ” xyra cried but Pamela shook her head
“no let’s stay positive” she said
“mother is dead who know maybe father is too “xyra said , Pamela gulp down as the scene on how their mother was beheaded play in her head the painful sight was something she wish she could erase from her head but too bad she can’t.
“let’s just wait till death comes to us ” xyra added
“just shut up xy you aren’t helping “a brown Sandy hair guy yelled furiously glaring at xyra
” don’t yell at me Kai am just stating the obvious” she yelled back and Kan who was standing at the corner with a battle spear sigh . unlike Gael and Kai Kan is heavily built with pounds in muscle something which gives him a warrior look ,
“you all should shut up and let’s hope and pray the God’s see us through ” he yelled at them all , his eyes move to Pamela who gave out a weak smile . Kan sigh and return his gaze back to the little wooden door and he couldn’t help but prey their enemies won’t come knocking anytime soon , he turn to Gael and he shook his head with a sorry expression .
“Gael ” he whispered and they all turn to him , Gael didn’t move or say a word to anyone
“s-she’s r-really dead isn’t she” what all he said staring at Kai and Kan who bow their heads with no response. Pamela squeeze his shoulders
“get a grip on yourself” she whispered. a loud bang was heard
” oh God they have found us “xyra scream out loud
” open this door… open up ”
” break the d@mn door “the soldier voice was heard , Kan clinched spear tight ready to attack anyone who comes in first , kai tighten his grip on the wood club ready for his first swing .
xyra buried her face beside Pamela Břě@šť, it didn’t take long the the wooden door was burst down .
“ahhh ” a soldier rush in but was greeted by Kan spear which found its way into his neck another got hit by Kai. more rushed in and Kan and Kai try hard to fight them off but the were no match for the large number or arm men , Kan and Kai didn’t back down the struggle the keep girls save even it means fighting to their last blood
Kai was already bleeding badly but refuse to back down same goes to Kan ,Pamela join the fight to protect xyra and Gael …
Kan and Kai where kicked down and they got the beaten of their life but just when the thought it’s over a thunder clap was heard and a large lightning bolt burst into the room all the raiders where stroke down dead .
xyra , Gael , Kan , Kai and Pamela gasp shocked by the unexpected , time froze leaving just silent noting was moving all stood still . they all rouse up and right before stood a lady dressed in a bright yellow gown with a crown made gold flowers , a cheetah was printed on her gown .
“children of Hamlin” she called smiling leaving them dazed
“messenger god Allegra” Gael called and his siblings gasp as realization hit them , only the messenger god use the symbol of a flying cheetah .
“how ,wow we are honored ” Pamela said and wipe the blood stain from her face with a nervous smile ,who won’t be nervous it’s not everyday one just wake up to see a god right in front of them. Allegra chuckled
“you all have found favour in the eyes of the God’s and for that reason Arturo as sent me to deliver a message to you children of Hamlin ”
” what massage “Kai chirped on and she turn to him
” you 5 have been picked to harness the power of Phostus the god of peace and justice “she said and stretched her hand and a giant green orb appeared in front of her .
“what power and why should we harness Phostus powers ” Kan said but she gave no answer to his questions
” I do not need to answer your question kan . 5 of you will have to share his powers and a teacher will be assigned to you guys , she will teach you how to use your powers and enlighten you details about your mission “she said
the green orb broke and divided into 5 colours, green , white , blue , red and gold . the broken orbs spin around each other . it was such an amazing and extraordinary sight for the children of Hamlin , Allegra pushed her have forward and orbs merged into their body’s . the broken orbs we’re so powerful than overwhelmed them and they all drop on the floor unconscious…
***14 days later****
it’s been 14 days after the visitation by the messenger gods and they are yet to wake up , they were no longer at the village nor the temple this time they were all lying on bed made from dried grass and other materials .
“ahhhh ” xyra gasp and flung her eyes open and just as she did the others also woke up but was greeted by their unfamiliar environment
“how did we get here ”
“the last thing I remember was…”
“I village destruction, father , mother the… ”
” the visitation of the messenger god “Pamela cut in and they all gasp .
” did she bring is here , is the the realm of the God’s “Kai ask with little hint of excitement but just then a tall beautiful lady walk in , her ears were long like that of a fox and behind her butt she gat a long white tale .
“oh my God demon ” xyra,Gael and Kai scream and by mistake a large fire ball burst out of Kai hand and it flew to the mysterious lady but she caught it midair .
“watch it kid” she yelled
“did that came outta my hand ” Kai ask amused and by now others were staring at him like he had grown 10 heads .
“who are you ” Pamela ask
“okay listen up human chickens ”
” how can you call humans chickens “Kan spat glaring at her but she care not
“my name is Hala fox and gonna be your mentor and also …hey what are you doing “she spat glaring at Gael who is busy observing her tale
” oh sorry Mrs fox is this really a tale ” he said and made to touch it but she caught his hand
“don’t ever try that again ” she said and her eyes glowed multicolor , conniption grip geal and he didn’t know when he quickly ran back to xyra .
“am sure pretty cheetah God ..”
“messenger god ” Kan cut in and Hala fox scoff
” yes Allegra informed you that am gonna teach you idiots on how to use newly found powers to save the world . now in every organization they most be rules and in this organization I gate one rule which is don’t ever in your stupid lives try to disrespect me else am gonna make sure you are wiped out of existence is that clear “she said in the most harsh and authority tone . her superiority got them shivering and they all nodded like obedient children …
hala fox became their teacher and the thought them how to use their powers , she told them alot of secrets about their powers and other basic things they needed to know …
