🌹EMI GOLD THE GOLDEN DIVA🌹
“Joseph!! Come over here and see if you can do
something flashy with her looks”. The chairman
called out the head make up artist and also
Celine’s rop fashion designer for their Models
who immediately smiled widely when he saw
Emily, he was in his early thirties dressed like a
gay.
He had a pink beret on, with very tight red
jeans and golden high boots. He even had a red
lipstick on his lips and Emily smiled at him.
“OMG!! Like what the glitter is she wearing?!!
How did you do it girl!! You’re even more
dazzling than I!!”. Joseph screamed with a girly
reaction as he turned Emily around examining
her.
“You can do something about her looks, right?
Or is it too bad…
“Bad?!!! This gal is f-__-king flashing money!!
She can get us to the top from number three
once I’m done with her trust me!!”. Joseph said
and the chairman smiled expectantly while
Emily’s cheeks flushed.
“Really? Thank goodness! I’ll be in my office
then. Inform me later about how everything
went”. The chairman said and Joseph nodded
as the chairman left before facing Emily.
“Come with me girl, let’s go make you a star…
“Oh…okay!!”. Emily smiled then turned back in
search of Zayn, but when she didn’t see him,
she sent him a text before going with Joseph.
“I’m Josephineeee Dazzle, what about you?”.
Joseph asked as they walked.
“Huh? Is that what you’re called?”. Emily asked.
“Yes everyone except the chairman calls me
that. What about you?”. Joseph asked.
“Emily Silver…
“No!! You’re dazzling gold right now so it’s Emi
Gold! Or nothing else because after tonight the
whole world’s gonna know you as that”. Joseph
said confidently and Emily chuckled loudly as
they walked into a huge room.
Then after introducing her to few of the crew
members, makeup session began and soon
after that they got her into a gold transparent
outfit. More like a tight jumpsuit that brings out
her shapes but mostly her skin color GOLD!
“No! I..can’t put this on. Get me something else
to where…
“Why? Girl you have an opportunity to shine out
now so don’t be shy. Most big celebrities would
even prefer going naked so as to make their
golden skin stand out more so why the childish
act”. Joseph questioned and Emily shook her
head.
“I promised tiger I won’t wear clothes like this to
model. So get me something else or I’ll change
my designer! This outfit is not different from me
going naked, I even have more fashion sense
than you!”. Emily said loudly.
“Geez girl! You took it so far and who the f-__-k
is a tiger?! I don’t wish to meet such a person
cause I can already tell he\she’s gonna be so
annoying telling you not to dress like other big
celebs do…
“Of course I am very annoying”. Zayn said
coming in with a frown and Emily rushed to
him.
“Where have you been?”. Emily asked.
“Disabling Avery’s credit cards”. Zayn replied
and Emily furrowed her eyebrows.
“Why? Did she do anything..
“That’s for later. And what about you I left only
for a few minute and you’re already in that
thing?”. Zayn reprimanded glaring at Emily’s
outfit and she bit her lower lip.
“Thing?!! Look Mr Tiger you Can’t be rude about
my work okay!! Now I’m so heart broken!!”.
Joseph said dramatically putting his hand on
his forehead and Zayn faced Emily.
“This is the colorful chicken you’re working
with? Where the f-__-k is the chairman?!”. Zayn
requested and Joseph immediately began
smiling.
“I’ll get her changed into something more
gorgeous! And thanks for your humble remark
on my unique fashion sense. I really love it”.
Joseph said funnily as he took Emily away into
the dressing room while Zayn rolled eyes at
him.

GWEN’S ROOM…
“It’s not my fault I’m poor. I just wasn’t given
birth to by the right mom. She’s a useless poor
Ɓîtçh!! Her wretched life has finally ruined my
school life!! I h@ťě her so much!!”. Gwen yelled
roughing her hair as she sat on the floor to cry
more.
She just got home from school after crying her
eyes out at the bus station. She was still
smelling of toilet water and urinal as she
continued crying. Soon began hearing noises
from outside the door.
“I’m telling you Jay. We have to do something
before she clocks twenty in three months time.
If she finally does we’ll be sent thousands of
letters by her father’s lawyers and associates
for you to step down from your position and let
her take over”. Gwen could hear Mrs Powers say
through the door.
“I know that and I’m already on it Lora. I have
my people distributed in different departments
of the company and even the branches
oversees helping me buy more of the
company’s shares and even make our foreign
business partners trust me more that they’ll
surely support me if her father’s dogs are to
come after my position and demand for her
rightful inheritance. So even if she finds out
tomorrow. As long as she’s alone in this and not
supported by someone powerful she won’t be
able to get even zero percent of her inheritance”.
The chairman replied as he and his wife stood
in front of her room door talking in tiny voices
oblivious of the fact that Gwen was already
back from school and was currently hearing
them.
“Who are they talking about? Company?
Chairman Powers is not the rightful owner of
Powers Conglomerate?”. Gwen muttered lowly
as she walked to the door placing her ear on it
so she could hear them talk more.
“But we currently don’t know where she lives
now. Blaire said she was doing very fine which
could only mean she’s been receiving great
support so far. Won’t that be a thr_@t for us
later? What if she’s staying with someone that
could pose a thr_@t to you?”. Mrs Powers asked
and Gwen’s eyes widened finally realising that
they were talking about Emily.
“What do you suggest? That I go look for and
bring her back to this house so she could watch
us snatch her inheritance?”. The chairman
asked.
“She still sees us as her parents. She’d
originally thought we transferred all the shares
in her name and we’re taking it back cause she’s
not old enough yet”. Mrs Powers said.
“I’ll send my guys to go in search of her then.
But you’ll be in charge of making her keep shut!
And stop her from going to that school, the nosy
principal’s already getting suspicious because
of the stupid middle name she shares with her
late dumb dad”. The chairman said and like that
Gwen could hear him walk away, Mrs Powers
also walked away.
“Emily’s the real owner of Powers
Conglomerate? Wait… Even this mansion as
well? You’ve got to be kidding me”. Gwen
muttered laughing funnily before getting serious
again.
“It’s already disgraceful enough that I’m
leeching off Blaire’s parents but it’s even more
disgraceful to know they’re all living off Emily’s
inheritance!”. Gwen said with widened eyes.
“She really deserves to be locked up. But if i tell
the chairman she lives with the Russell’s he’ll
see it as a huge way to form an alliance and
make Chairman Russell help him in acquiring
all of Emily’s hidden wealth. It’ll be both good
and bad for me! No way! It’s best if they don’t
find out”. Gwen said and then got her phone to
call Kelvin but then a trending news pop on her
phone and her gaze darkened as she clicked on
it.

country!”. Mrs Powers snapped in annoyance.
“The worse is that we still don’t know where
she stays”. The chairman said and Blaire looked
away.
“I know where she lives. Can you still lock her
up? It’s really annoying seeing her outshine me
like that”. Gwen quickly said and the couples
stared at her with widened eyes.
“You heard our conversation?”. Mrs Powers
asked.
“Yes. I know Emily’s the rightful heir of the
Powers conglomerate and that you all are
currently living on her inheritance”. Gwen said
and Blaire’s eyes widened.
“What?!!!”. Blaire gasped in shock facing her
parents who just sighed at Gwen.
“We’re really…you own nothing father? But
how?!!!”. Blaire asked and her mum walked up
to her.
“Of Course your father owns the company
darling. He just has to secure his position that’s
it. Your cousin’s just bluffing”. Mrs Powers
assured and Blaire turned slapped Gwen who

chairman just shook his head at them.
“You just love spreading stupid rumors that

glared at Gwen who only scoffed at her.
“I’m only here to inform Uncle that Emily stays
with the Russells and nothing’s gonna stop me.
I’ll deal with you later!!”. Gwen yelled before
walking out of the study.
“Russells? Which Russell? Is it the one who
owns the big estate in Spark Villa or there’s
another Russell?”. The chairman asked
curiously but in confusion.
“It’s the same man”. Blaire confirmed and her
parents’ eyes widened.
“How come you’re just telling us!!?”. Mr Powers
yelled.

interrupted his wife.

think like Gwen at times. She might be blunt and
speaks anyhow but she recognizes a red flag
when she sees it! Now that Emily’s popular it’ll
only make it easier for her late father’s
associates to easily contact her to discuss

clocks twenty in three months time!!”. The
chairman yelled furiously and Blaire fearfully
kept mute.
“Both of you leave my office. I have things to
do”. The chairman said and his wife and
daughter left the study. Then he picked up one
out of his numerous phones on his table and
dialed a number and the receiver immediately
picked up.
“Long time no talk Mr Chairman…
“I’m ready to give you a chance. You have my
permission to do wh@ťěver you please with her”.
The chairman said through the call and he
could visualize the caller smirking.

snapped.

chuckled teasingly, annoying Emily more and
when she made to stand up from his laps and
walk away Zayn pulled her back and she landed
back on him, then their eyes locked.

and Emily smiled cutely and rested her head on
his chest.
“Better…I’m happy now”. Emily smiled and
Zayn kissed her hair wrapping his arms around
her, making her smile more. That was when the
chairman walked in, giving them a questionable
look but they just stared at him, not ready to let
go of each other.
‘Who does King thinks he’s fooling?’. The
chairman scoffed in his mind before loudly
clearing his throat and Zayn gave him a raised
eyebrows.
“Well my purple pie stopped by and told me just
because your parents are still not back from
their trip, you disabled her only way of living
which was money”. The chairman said and
Zayn frowned while Emily sat upright.
“When? She came back here?”. Zayn asked and
almost immediately Avery walked into the office
still in the outfit and makeup she wore earlier
but shoeless. It seems she never went home
and Emily broke into laughter.
“Why are you dressed like a failed rainbow?!!”.
Emily laughed out loud and Avery glared at her.
“Shut up! You think cause you’re popular now
you can bully me?!!”. Avery snapped and Emily
made to speak but..

Zayn asked with a cold glare and Avery ran to
hide the chairman.
“I’m not going home till I also become Celine’s
new face!! Mr Chairman please throw me into a
huge purple paint. I want the whole city to know
me as Purple Ave!! It can’t only be Emily every
time!!”. Avery yelled and that was when Zayn
took off his shoes like his mom advised him
each time she misbehaved and aimed for her
hand, but ski||ed Avery dodged it and the shoe
hit the chairman’s nose instead and everywhere
became quiet as the chairman held his now
bloody nose.
Emily stood up walking carefully to the
chairman with a worried expression on her face.
“Mr Chairman? Are you okay?”. Emily asked
when she got to him, but her full gaze was on
the bundle of cash on the chairman’s table. She
was sure that was half of her pay. Zayn and
Avery just looked at the man short of words, too
proud to apologize.

“Good! Emi Gold out!”. Emily winked, taking the
huge bundle of cash from the chairman’s table
before leaving the office and Zayn took Avery
out with him, while the chairman started with
widened eyes.
“Here I was thinking she cared. I would never
get myself involved in sibling quarrels ever
again”. The chairman hissed as he nursed his
bloody nose.
