Someone coughed loudly when Zoya said that and they all turned to look at the person that coughed. Zoya was frowning cause she thought it was Aamir but it turned out to be Kashan.
She immediately rushed to him, considering that he isn’t feeling well. Aamir squinted his eyes at them. She didn’t show this much concern when he was coughing or shall I say choking.
“Kashan, are you alright? Please get water,” Zoya said as she tried to pat his back gently and also hold the phone in the other hand.
Zain went to the kitchen to get another glass of water. Meanwhile, Aamir glared at Kashan. He knows the latter is faking the cough cause he also tried that ploy earlier. If he isn’t wrong, this Kashan must have feelings for Zoya.
His heart tightened painfully at that thought and he looked at Zoya, observing the worried look on her face. Does she also like him too? He almost facepalmed at that thought.
That was when Samir asked,“Mama! Who is that?” Zoya was quiet for a while before answering,“He is your uncle Kashan. That handsome uncle that was carrying you at the restaurant the other day.”
Samir smiled and quickly greeted,“Hello, handsome uncle. You are with mama and papa too?”
Before anyone could say anything, Samir added,“Mama, you can come with handsome uncle too. Daddy’s bed is big enough for us. Just the three of us since dad will be sleeping outside.”
Aamir almost choked. Zoya laughed and Kashan couldn’t stop himself from smiling. No matter how he feels like he should perhaps h@ťě this boy, he is just too cute.
His heart ached at the thought that Aamir is actually the father of this cute and adorable little boy. He had the child with Zoya… His heart just ? over and over again when he thinks of it.
Aamir walked forward to collect the phone from Zoya. No one even noticed that Kashan stopped coughing. Zoya frowned and tried to keep the phone away from him.
“Give me my phone right now!,” He shouted, looking pissed off with the way she kept evading him.
Samir interfered,“Papa! I want to talk to mama. I don’t want to hear your voice. I have heard enough of your stuffy voice.”
Zoya laughed and kissed Samir through the phone. Aamir’s face was so red that it was like he was gonna explode with anger.
“You little devil!,” He said. “If you don’t shut up right now, you will be the one sleeping outside tonight.”
“Good. Then I’ll sleep with mama and handsome uncle,” Samir answered. Zoya laughed again as she rushed to one side of the room and dodged him. Aamir groaned. He can’t take this torture from mother and son anymore.
So he reached out and caught Zoya’s wrists. “Give me my phone,” He gritted as he tightened his hold on her hand. Zoya winced. It was so painful.
She kissed Samir through the phone again and said,“Bye honey?”
And then everyone in the room was astounded as a loud crash rang out in the room. Zain even winced as the iPhone shattered.
Aamir was too stunned to say anything. Zoya smiled and released her hands from his. She gave him a look that says ‘YOUR-SUFFERING-HAS-JUST-BEGAN.’
Zoya cleaned her hand and said,“Sorry… It slipped cause you were holding my slender skin so tight that it hurt.”
Everyone in the room couldn’t say anything as they stared at the unrecognizable screen of the phone. She walked to the door and opened it slowly.
“Please, visiting hours is over. Leave this humble abode right now,” She said with a scary glare.
That is how Aamir met himself in the car few minutes later. It took almost an hour before he finally spoke,“How dare she!?” Kabeer just looked at him with a disappointed look.
At work, his boss can shout,’ You are fired!’ to whoever made a slight mistake. But now, a lady broke his phone that contained many confidential information and he couldn’t even utter a word. Now he is saying how dare she in the car when he should have faced her in there.
(Me: She don dare??)
“She actually dared to break my precious phone!,” Aamir was fuming. Kabeer sighed and answered,“Boss, I already ordered a new one. It should be at your house by now.”
Aamir looked less concern about that. He turned to Kabeer abruptly and said,“Sign the contract immediately. Don’t read anything anymore. Just stamp my signature on it. But I want you to do something simple for me. Just add a clause to the contract.”
Kabeer panicked and immediately tried to protest,“Boss, this is risky. You shouldn’t sign any contract without reading it first. Don’t act rash just because of a little woman.”
Aamir glared at him. “You call that woman. That is female devil in disguise. She just poked my ego.”
“Wait… Are you even the boss? If you don’t do what I asked you to do, I will give you indefinite leave. Just try me,” Aamir told him.
Kabeer gulped and nodded. In his mind, he was saying,’ You are not venting your anger on the one you are supposed to vent your anger on. It’s me this innocent one that is suffering.’
But he dare not voice out his thoughts. He could only listen attentively and jot down all the important details Aamir was telling him about the contract.

“Zoya, why did you break his phone? Aren’t you afraid that he will terminate the contract without us even starting yet,” Kashan asked her worriedly.
Even Zain had to agree with what his boss said. He also think she acted to rash. Zoya smiled and stroked his cheeks like she was playing with a little child.
“Don’t be such a scaredy cat like docki docki. I know Aamir. He would never terminate the contract. What I think is that he is going to try something stupid and I have been waiting for an opportunity to show him my mental insanity. I finally got a chance today,” She answered.
Kashan frowned. He was once again reminded of how well she knows Aamir. He was once again reminded of their relationship.
Before anyone could say anything, Zain’s phone vibrated. When he checked the message, he gasped. He immediately rushed forward with his phone.
He read out the message, “Sir, we have been given contract but on one condition. Miss Zoya has to be part of the working staffs. She also has to resume for work tommorow as an office has been prepared for her.”
Zoya smiled. Just like she expected. He’s still as senseless as before?
(Me in little Samir’s voice: Mama, papa still has little sense or he wouldn’t have been able to make you fall in love with him. ?)
