?Monalisa’s POV
I haven’t felt this happy in my life for a long time now, but everything change last night, I still couldn’t believe I am officially Daniel’s girlfriend.
Wait am I not dreaming?, I hope it is not a dream, I need to wait and see him let me know if it is true.
As I was in my thoughts, the door flung opened and there was my love standing at the door.
He was looking more handsome and cute, I am blushing already.
He walked in, I expected him to greet me casually, but he walked to me and place a tender lovely kiss on my lips.
“YUMMY”
“Good morning my love ” He greeted, kissing me again.
“Morning sweet heart” I replied.
“How was your night love” Daniel asked.
“It was fantastic my prince” I replied
“You sure?” Daniel asked, smiling
“Yes, why did you bump into my room without knocking, what if I was naked?” I asked this question to hear his answer.
To know whether he consider me as his girlfriend, because I was nervous to ask him if truly we are now an item but the answer he gave me clear my curiosity.
“Why would I knock?” Daniel fired back.
“What won’t you knock?” I asked back
“You are my girlfriend, I don’t need to knock before coming into my girlfriend room?” Daniel replied
“What if I was naked huh?” I asked.
“Still the same thing, you are mine, and it won’t be a bad thing if I see you naked, your body is mine baby” Daniel coiled.
” Pervert,,you naughty boy, next time knock before you come into my room or else” I said.
“Else what?” He asked.
“I will smack your head so head that you will forget your name” I said.
“Okay I am waiting for it love” Daniel coiled like a baby.
” Ion need permission before entering my girlfriend’s room get that psycho” He said
” What!! me a psycho ” I said and started faking tears
“I am sorry baby please” He said with pleading eyes
“I am hungry baby” I said, pouting
“Okay I am going to cook for you” Daniel said.
“Baby why are you skipping classes?” I asked.
“To take care of you love” Daniel said.
“But you can’t continue skipping classes because of me, there are many maids here to take care of me” I said concernly and worried about him skipping classes
“Don’t worry about me love, I want to take care of your myself till you are okay, then we will start going to school together, I believe with me by your side you will heal very fast” Daniel said.
“But baby I….”
“Shshh enough ”
Daniel cut me short, so I let the matter slide.
” Good girl, let me go and cook for you now”
“Mind you I’m not a girl” I frowned
“You’re a girl to me ” He said and I throw a pillow at him
“Jerk, I h@ťě you don’t talk to me ”
“Don’t burn the roof please” I said
“You are doubting my ability to cook okay let me show you what I can do”
“Take me downstairs baby”
“But you just said I shouldn’t talk to you” He said mockingly
“I will cry ” I said babyish
” Sorry princess”
Daniel helped me with the crouches , I took them and supported myself, he held my waist as we walked downstairs together.
He made me sat on the sofa comfortably, he is so romantic, thank God I met him.
“Now sit here and enjoy yourself while I cook for you my highness”
“Okay my prince”
? Daniel’s POV
It is so sweet to be in love, I slept last night like a baby, I couldn’t believe all this while monalisa was in love with me, how foolish of me not to know it for long but all that matter is that now we are dating, and she is my girlfriend, I will try my possible best to make Monalisa happy always.
She told she is hungry, I am prepare to cook for her today awwn!!! you are surprise, well I got some cooking ski||s from Sydney back then when we were dating .
I walked downstairs with the love of my life, I made her sit comfortably before moving into the kitchen.
I began thinking of what to Cook, I deliberated and finally chose to prepare chicken sauce for her, I brought out the needed ingredients and started preparing it.
The maids wanted to help me out but I refuse and told them to handle other stuffs.
In the next forty minutes, I was done with everything, I dished it out and took it to my love in the sitting room.
“baby I am done ” I said setting the table
“Really?”
“Yes, I prepared chicken sauce, hope you like it?”
“My favorite, I can’t wait to devour it”
“There you go, let me feed you baby”
“Okay love”
I sat close to her and took out a lap of chicken and brought it up to her mouth as she bit a mouthful of it, her expression shows she like the taste.
“Awwwn, wow! I can’t believe you know how to Cook, it is so delicious. I have never taste one so delicious as yours, thanks my prince, you’re the best”
“Everything for you, now take another one but don’t bite my hands”
“I won’t if you feed me well but if you don’t feed me well I will end up biting your hand ”
“You are wicked”
“I am not wicked, you are not feeding me Daniel love”
” Here take this one”
It was fun feeding Monalisa, she look more cute when she laughs, I hope I can keep making her laughing all the time, I wish it continue this way.
✍️ Author’s note
After yesterday meeting between James and Sydney, he planned to carry out the plan toady, setting everything in order.
He went to Howard tamp hospital, He arrived there and claimed to be monalisa friend claiming he was out of town but just return some days back after hearing the news, the doctor was not convince but James providing the information about Monalisa, the doctor told him that she is discharge days ago.
James thank the doctor before leaving, he was good in convincing the doctor.
He then planned out the next plan, he called Sydney and told her everything but assured her not to worry as he had another plan
? Sydney’s POV
$h|t, I cursed as I receive the news, she is lucky for now, I know she is with Daniel, maybe that was the reason Daniel ignored me the other day I went to his house, getting her now will be an issue, but I believe James would handle that, I will not rest until I will take Monalisa out of the way, that Ɓîtçh is not worth for Daniel I wonder what Daniel sees in her, or did she in any way charmed him, I have heard so much about those fools called Africans, especially Nigeria.
I h@ťě Africans, I will never associate with those monkeys, I wonder why the government is keeping them here.
I will visit Daniel to confirm if truly Monalisa is with her then I will know my next step.
I was in my private chamber when my two friends came in, they noticed my mood and started asking questions
“Girl what is wrong?” Claire asked seeing my foul mood
“Why is your face not bright?” Elsa asked after claire.
“Which one should I answer” I fired back.
“Both” Elsa retorted
“Okay, James just told me now that Monalisa has been discharge from the hospital, meaning she survived the coma ” I said.
“d@mn, why did she survive the fall, I know I push her so hard off the stairs, she is one lucky Ɓîtçh” Claire seethed
“That is not the end right, we can still plan out something, is she with Daniel?, wait she had no amnesia?” Elsa asked.
“I don’t know for now, I strongly believe she will would remember everything ” I said.
“I can’t believe, she survive the push, $h|t, I should have push her more harder” Claire said gritting.
“Calm down girl, she is lucky this time but it won’t take time before I will finally eliminate her out of the way ” I grinned
As we were talking, we heard some noise outside, like someone around, we became alerted, Elsa went out and look every where but didn’t see anyone.
“Did you see anyone?” I asked
“No” Elsa replied
“We should be careful next time before someone will snitch on us” Claire said.
After that we went back to the class.
? Kyle’s POV
Oh! My God!, so Sydney was behind what happened to my friend Monalisa, she planned everything out with her friends just because of a guy, beside Daniel is not in love with Lisa, he had just pity over her not mutual feelings, is this how wicked Sydney is, I thought she is not this heartless and wicked, so Monalisa have survive the coma, now she is planning another evil against her, bad for her I heard their conversation.
I was in the class, when I felt press, so I went out to ease myself, the way to the restroom is a bit close to Sydney’s chamber.
I was passing there when I heard them talking, out of curiosity I decided to eardrop on them.
I was shocked when I heard them talking about Monalisa, I took out my phone and recorded their conversation, I was still recording it when I mistakenly hit something, they stop talking so I know they heard the sound.
I ran fast to the restroom, I saved the tape immediately, now the problem is how to get to Monalisa, Daniel too have stop coming to school, I need to expose Sydney before she will carry out her plan.

NEXT DAY**
“Morning love” Daniel greeted Monalisa kissing her on the lips.
“Morning baby”
“How was your night?”
” It was splendid”
“Baby I want to go to school today but I won’t take time, I will be back before you know it”
“You can, there is no need of rushing back home, I will be fine”
“I can’t stay away from you for an hour, I won’t waste time in school”
“I love you baby”
“I love you too”
After the conversation between Monalisa and Daniel.
He was about to rush down to school, when Sydney appear.
He was shocked to see her, Monalisa saw her too because she was still in the sitting room.
Sydney’s heart went sour as she saw her in a better state, she pretended to feel okay but inwardly she was not happy.
Daniel wanted to asked her what she was doing in his house, but on a second thought he thought it would be rude so he greeted her calmly.
“Hi Sydney”
“Hi Daniel wow!,Monalisa is nice seeing you again, I am so happy you survive the fall”
“Sydney what are you doing here ” Monalisa asked calmly
“Just came to check up on Daniel, it is a while now since I see him, he stop going to school, so I just pass by to check up on him” Sydney said.
“Okay” Monalisa said but she was not happy with her visit.
“Oh! I can see you are going to school today, can I tagged along” Sydney asked.
Daniel wanted to agree but when his face met with Monalisa, she gave him a wicked stare and he understood what she meant.
“No need we will see in school” Daniel said.
“Okay bye Monalisa, see you some other time” Sydney said and left.
Immediately she left, Monalisa became mute, Daniel notice it and held her hands, just as he was about to speak to her, his two friends interrupted them.
“Hi Buddy” Roc said.
“What is up man” Randy said.
“I am good man” Daniel replied.
“Wow! Monalisa how are you doing, hope your boyfriend is taking good care of you” Randy asked Monalisa.
“Yes he is taking good care of me, he is the best boyfriend ever” Monalisa said.
“If he got you annoy just tell me okay” Roc said like a big bro
“Yeah, I will” Monalisa said laughing.
“Wait man, what was that Ɓîtçh Sydney doing here?” Roc asked.
“She came to check up on me” Daniel said.
“I don’t trust that Ɓîtçh, what if she was responsible for what happen to Lisa” Roc said.
“Sydney may be bad but she can’t do such an outrageous thing ” Daniel said.
“Okay guys try and go to school before you will be late” Monalisa said.
“Okay mom” They tease her before leaving, Daniel kiss her before leaving with his friends to school
MINUTES LATER**
Daniel arrived at school with his friends.
They parked and came down, luck will have it, Kyle saw Daniel, she ran so fast to where Daniel was, panting
“Daniel” She called out as she reach where he was.
Daniel was startled by her,
He turned and saw her running to him
“Yes kyle, what is wrong?” Daniel asked.
“I have something very important to tell you” kyle said.
“What is it?” Daniel asked.
“Sydney is planning something bad against Monalisa” Kyle said but Daniel didn’t take it serious.
“You are not serious, is that what you have to tell me, Sydney is not that bad, you must be joking, where did you get that news from” Daniel said.
“Try and listen to her man, you think she will have nothing serious to say then why would she be running here to tell you” Randy said.
” Okay, go on kyle” Daniel said.
“I over heard them yesterday, here is the tape I recorded” Kyle said and hand over her phone to Daniel.
He played it and was shock by what he heard, her phone almost fell from his shaky hands
“I can’t believe this, so Sydney was behind all this with her friends” Daniel said as he finish listening to the tape
“I said it, I suspected that Ɓîtçh long time ago but didn’t have any evidence to prove “Roc said.
“Thank you kyle I owe you my life” Daniel said.
“It is nothing, she is my friend, can I see her today after school?” Kyle asked.
“Please stop Sydney before she will execute with her plans”
“Yes, we will go home together, thank you again” Daniel said and gave the phone back to kyle as she left them, her mind was at rest now, she was happy she will get to see her friend again.
“I know what to do about this, let us go to the class,, I will tell you the plan later” Daniel said to them
“Okay man”
They went to the class and lectures started shortly.
His eyes met with Sydney and she smile at him and he smiled back
” You don’t know what is coming your way Ɓîtçh” He seethed, clenching his fist.

After lectures Kyle walked out of the class heading to the laboratory for a particular research, she started climbing the stairs to go to the rooftop when she mistakenly slip off, she screamed as she started descending down, she closed her eyes expecting to land on the floor, when she fell into a strong warm arms.
She reacted immediately her body made contact with him, feeling his warmth on her body.
She slowly open her eyes and gasped softly seeing his handsome face.
