Ryder gasped and his eyes widened as he stated at her. That was Lisa, kissing him
He closed his eyes and opened it back, no he can’t kiss her back not when she’s not in her right senses
He held her shoulders and pulled her back gently
“Lisa” he whispered and as if realization had just downed on her, she got back to her senses
“Ry.. Ryder” she stuttered and looked around before stepping back
“Lisa” he called again and she shook her head
“I’m sorry” she muttered and rushed out of the backroom
“Lisa!” He called and ran after her while Pearl watched them in confusion
“Yunno, I kinda know your friend”…
Josh’s voice brought her back to him
“huh?” She asked
“Lisa do attend my school before she got kicked out” he replied and Pearl’s eyes widened
No wonder Lisa acted that way when she saw them, they were the people that she had wronged before
“Hey what are you thinking” Josh asked and Pearl faced him
“I’m sorry” she said
“Huh?, Why?”
“About Lisa’s behavior in the past, trust me when I say she really regrets it” she replied
Josh went silent for a while before taking Pearl’s hands
“Well, I don’t really hold a grudge against Lisa, I should tell this to my sister because she was the one who Lisa had wronged although I’m sure Dora would have forgiven her” he said
“Dora?” She asked and he nodded
“Dora was Lisa friend whom the guy she loved picked over her so she began passing her aggressions on her friend” he replied
“That’s sad” Pearl pouted and Josh smiled
“That was long ago, I’m sure that Dora had forgotten about it but I’ll talk to my sister thou” he shurgged
“Oh, speaking of your sister, where is she?” Pearl asked looking around.
“Her favorite movie had started so she rushed home, that’s just her manners. She couldn’t even say goodbye to us” he muttered
Pearl chuckled, “It’s okay” she smiled.
After a short while of talking, it was finally time for Josh to leave and Pearl escorted him out
“So I’ll say you later right?” He asked as he used his remote to open his car
“Hmm” she nodded
“Alright good night” he moved closer to her and pecked her cheeks
Pearl turned her face elsewhere to hide her already red cheeks
“You should go now” she muttered
Josh smiled and entered his car then whined down
“I’ll call you” he winked then blew her a kiss before driving off
Pearl smiled and tapped her cheeks repeatedly before going back inside the restaurant to close up.

Ryder finally cought up with Lisa, he held her forearm and made her face him
“Why are you running?” He asked but she didn’t reply
“Was it because you kissed me?” He asked again
“I…
“Was it that bag?” He cut her off and she immediately shook her head
“It’s not like that, I’m sorry. It’s just that I didn’t know why I did that” she muttered
“I know” he sighed and released her then ruffled his hair
“I’m sorry” he muttered
“Why apologize?” She asked
“Because you were sober, you weren’t in your right mind and I didn’t stop you earlier” he replied
Lisa just heaved and sat on the stone outside
“You don’t have to blame yourself, I got to emotional when I saw them” she muttered
“Who? Josh and his sister, was he the guy that always made you cry in the past?” He asked and Lisa hits his arms
“No!, It’s just that I’ve wronged his sister and no guy made me cry in the past, I’m the one who made myself cry” she replied
“How?” He asked softly
Lisa sighed and began talking
“When I first moved to my uncle’s house, my mom had always warned me to behave and stay away from troubles but aggressive me didn’t listen, I fell in love with a guy but he chose to love my friend instead and I turned to a monster” she said
“Come on, don’t talk about yourself that way” Ryder tried coaxing
“No I’m serious, I started behaving like a monster. You don’t wanna know everything I did, then there was a girl who took me as a role model and I had went ahead to betray her. When I saw her today, you have no idea how ashamed I felt” she said and wiped the tears that were about to fall from her eyes
Ryder sighed and pulled her close to himself then made her rested on his shoulders
“Do you want to apologize to her?” He asked
“I want to apologize to all of them but I don’t know where to start” she sniffed
Ryder just rubbed her shoulders down as he tried coaxing her
“You’ll be fine, just breath” he said
Lisa sniffed and managed to nod before looking up at him
“Why don’t you go to college anymore?” He asked
“Because I’m on vacation” he replied
“So you didn’t skip classes?” She asked
“No, I was on vacation” he smiled
“But are you really poor?, I do see you on an expensive speed bike” she said
“I’m not poor, just having some problem with my family so I wanna be alone” he replied and Lisa nodded
They stayed silently for a while before Lisa suddenly remembered Pearl.
“Let’s go back to the restaurant, Pearl must be waiting for us” she said and Ryder nodded
He stood up and raised her up then they both left together.

Debby’s Mansion**
When Josh got home, he removed his jacket and through it on the couch then began climbing the staircase to his room but before he could even reach, Lula grabbed him and dragged his to her room then locked the door
“Lula, what’s up with your stunt?” He asked
“I just got a call from Henry and guess what he said?” She asked
“What?” He asked
“I said guess!” She snapped and Josh rolled his eyes
“Lula I don’t know okay?, I don’t f-__-king know!!” He snapped back
Lula sighed and held his shoulders then stared at him happily
“He said that he thinks Norman has regain his memories of Dora!!” She screamed in excitement .
