Lisa’s eyes slowly went open, she wasn’t in her house, she wasn’t in the hospital just where the hell was she??
She slowly sat up and looked around, it looked like a small room, the wall was printed with a yellow flower labels
“Where am I?” She muttered and the door opened immediately
It revealed a girl coming with a cup of coffee in her hands
“You’re awake” she smiled
*Wait this girl kinda looks familiar* Lisa thought with a creased brows
“I was the one who called the cops yesterday I saw a girl and some guys hitting you” she added
“Do I know you?” Lisa asked and the girl smiled again
“Not really but yeah” she nodded
“Explain”
“Remember that girl you saved from those guys that were about to rape her outside?” She asked and Lisa creased her brows, trying to remember
“You also gave me your jacket look” she rushed to her wardrobe and brought a huge thick black jacket
“Oh” Lisa mouthed when she suddenly remembered the girl
“My name is Pearl” she smiled
“Lisa, thank you for saving my life but I’ve got to go now” Lisa tried standing up but the pains she was feeling won’t let her be
“No don’t move, you haven’t recovered yet plus you have nowhere else to go” Pearl said, pushing Lisa back to lay on the bed gently
“What do you mean, how do you know?” Lisa asked
“Because I saw you dragging your luggage and crying in the middle of the road and when those people hit you, they destroyed your clothes and you have nothing now” Pearl replied
Lisa sighed and looked up
“So just stay here, it’s a win win. You saved my life and I’m saving yours plus I’m alone in this small house with no one to keep me company” Pearl pouted
“I just want to be alone” Lisa muttered
“Really where will you go then, what will you do when you don’t have any money, how will you even eat?” She asked
Lisa didn’t reply
“See, just stay with me please please you can come work with me at the restaurant, my boss is looking for a new dishwasher” she added
Seriously?? Dishwasher??, But what choice do she have, she has nothing left with her
“Fine I’ll stay” Lisa muttered
“Yayee!!, I’ll go tell her that I’ve found one!!” Pearl jumped and ran out of the room
“I guess it’s a new life for me then” Lisa muttered and closed her eyes.

“Lula” Henry called the moment she walked passed him, she stopped and gave him a blank look
“Just wanted to say that I’m sorry” he said
“Is that all” Lula asked and he sighed
“I know you’re mad at me and…
“Yes I was mad at you but not anymore I have no reason to remain mad anymore” she rolled her eyes
Henry sighed and nodded
“Lula” Evan called from behind and she smiled and turned to face him
“I saw your text message, you said that you didn’t understand your math homework” he said
Lula nodded and Evan smiled
“I’m glad you chose to reach out to me, come” he took her hands and she smiled
Henry’s eyes went to their joined hands and he creased his brows wondering if they were together
Lula looked back at him and smiled
“Bye Henry, see you later” she waved, Evan also waved and they left together
“It feels like I wanna die” Henry muttered
“Pack it up bro” Josh hits his shoulders from behind with a smile
“It’s you again” Henry frowned
“Yeah” Josh winked and Henry scoffed
“Just let her be, if her feelings for you have really died down then you caused it” Josh shrugged
“I’m so stupid” Henry muttered
“I know but I hope that you can use this as a learn maybe in the future if you see a new girl learn how to trust her” Josh smiled and walked out
Henry made faces at him from behind.

Myles Apartment**
The doorbell sounded and Myles immediately rushed to get it
It was Norman who was dressed in his neat uniform with a smile on his face
“Dora your boyfriend is here” Myles called and Norman stepped in
Dora climbed down the stairs also dressed in her uniform but holding her phone
“Morning baby” Norman smiled
“Norman I told you not to come pick me up,I haven’t had breakfast yet” she pouted
“You don’t have to worry about that I got some for you” he replied
“Where?” She asked
“It’s in the car let’s go” he replied and she took his hands
“Bye uncle” she waved and left with him
They finally got to Norman’s car and he closed the door
“So where is the food I’m…
She didn’t get to complete her sentence when Norman cupped her cheeks and dipped his tongue deep into her throat, sucking and licking on everything
Dora cupped his cheeks and pulled away gently
“Was this the breakfast you’re talking about?” She smiled
“No I just missed you” he replied and brought out a nylon
“Bagels and milkshake” he winked
She smiled and opened it immediately, she took the bagels and began eating immediately while Norman drove to school
“Eat slowly babe, keep some for me too” he shook his head and she sticked her tongue out
He finally got to the school, parked the car and came down with her then took her hands
They were about to move when another car stopped at their side and a woman putting on black shades came down with a girl of Dora’s age
Dora saw them, she immediately recognized them and her face turned pale, all the colour on her face slowly drained out
“Hey babe, are you okay?” Norman asked.
