Chole open her eyes to find herself in an abandon ware house, all tied up to a chair.
The last thing she remembered was being taken by the guards Bryan had told her will keep watch over her.
Where did they bring her? She thought as she tried to set herself free.
“Your finally awake?” A voice said and she look up to see a guy standing by the door way, a guy she knew so well.
“Lucas” she called softly.
“Hello Vale…. Chloe. You really fooled every one of us” he said walking further into the room.
“Don’t tell me you are the one trying to ki|| Valerie?” Chloe asked.
“You got it right? ” Lucas replied with a smile.
“But why? Aren’t you friends with Bryan” Chloe asked.
“I am and I was also friends with Valerie but then she had to see some thing which no one should have seen ” Lucas replied.
“Which is?”
“The business my father run. He’s a drug and human trafficker and that has been going on for years until Valerie found out about it and we have a rule, anyone who knows are ki||ed ”
“Luckily she escaped death but thanks to you, she will be brought here for me to ki||”
“Must you really ki|| her? ” Chloe asked.
“I told you it’s a rule of our organization and you also will have to be ki||ed since you know about it” Lucas replied.
“Don’t worry, I wont let Bryan be present when I ki|| you since you…..”,
“Boss! They are here but we’ve got a problem” One of his guards said running into the room.
“What happen?”
“They are here with the police and we’ve been surrounded. Your father is being taken to jail as we speak and that’s all due to the police raiding our office”
“$h|t! How did all that happen?” Lucas asked.
“Get all the men prepared and $h00t if necessary, I must leave if I have to help my dad” Lucas said just as the guard ran back outside.
“You witch! Come over here” Lucas said moving towards Chloe.
He untied her and taking a gun, he pointed it on her head.
“Don’t do this Lucas!”
“Am sorry Chloe but I have no choice” He replied just as some few police men walk into the room accompanied by Bryan and Leo.
“Let her go Lucas!” Bryan yelled wanting to go to him but Leo held him back.
“Never! If I don’t leave then she dies” Lucas stated.
“Put the gun down if you know what’s wise for you” the police warned but Lucas pressed the gun on her head.
“Am gonna $h00t, I swear!” Lucas thr_@tened not wanting to let go.
A gun fired from a distance making every one stop.
Every one watch as the person who the gun met, slump on the floor.
“Chloe!” Bryan yelled out as he ran towards her…..

~TWO MONTHS LATER ~
Bryan stood in front of the beach house starring at the sea.
He is always at peace each time he comes to the beach house and that’s the main reason why he is here. To get the peace he needs.
It’s been two month after that fateful incident.
Lucas and his father are both in jail, serving their punishment and soon he will be graduating with his friends.
Through the ups and down, Love still found some people.
Thinking about how David and Luke have change due to their girlfriends,got him smiling.
Pearl and Judy really got them hooked and there is Valerie who thankfully is doing well with Leo.
Though she gave him a hard time, she finally gave him a chance to court her.
Stephanie and her friends have back off since they have no one support and there is Mira, the snitch.
After sneaking up on them to the hospital and finding out that there are two Valerie, she decided to post it on the school page on the night of the party.
She admitted that she wanted every one to h@ťě Chloe but that only got her hatred from every one around her and in shame, she left the school.
Valerie parents are both grateful for what Chloe did to help their daughter though the DNA they carried out came out negative, they don’t mind taking in Chloe as theirs.
But Chloe…..Chloe is gone.
Bryan let out a sigh as he thought about Chloe.
Due to what happen that day, Chloe chose to go back to her home town not wanting to be a burden on every one else.
Though it hurt him, Bryan chose to let her go since it’s the right thing and ever since that day, he hasn’t seen her.
“Bryan!” A voice called and that got him turning around.
“Chloe?” He called in excitement but on seeing her dress code, he realised that she’s not Chloe but Valerie.
“Have told you to stop messing with me” he yelled as soon as Valerie got to him.
Due to them having the same face, Valerie have often messed with his head, making him think that she’s Chloe when she’s not.
“Always put on clothes that suit you and not one that makes you look different ” he yelled at her turning to leave but she took hold of his hand.
“How different do I look?” She asked.
“Stop messing with…..” He stop when she move towards him, giving him a kiss on the lips.
“Am I still messing with you?” She asked as a smile lit his face.
“Chloe” he called before hugging her to himself.
“Am sorry I left” she said holding onto him.
“I would have gone crazy if you never came back” he confessed.
“And that’s why am back. I thought the right thing to do was to leave but I kept missing every one of you, most especially you” she said even as he gave her a kiss.
“Don’t you ever leave me again, I mean it Chloe if you do then am coming after you” he declared.
“I have no intention of doing that. My place is here with you, well if every one will be willing to have me”
“Every one have been waiting for your return” he replied earning a smile from her.
“I love you” he said looking very serious.
“And I love you too, my heartbeat ” she said putting a hand on her heart while he smiled at her.
“Why don’t we call the others to come join us, they will be glad to know you are here” Bryan said.
“They will but then…..is no one here with you?” She asked.
“No one is, why do you ask?”
“Cause I want us to spend more time alone before the others arrive, do you get what I mean?” She asked.
“I get you, I totally get you” he replied with a smile on his face.
“Race you to the house?” She asked before dashing off while Bryan followed in pursuit…..
