She turned hurriedly and left, leaving Sam to stare at her retreating figure.

The drive back home was scary. Lannon wasn’t speeding rather he was driving too slow. He didn’t speak, his face was cold and scary. The car was stuffy, Lila could hardly breath. She felt chills on her body, she almost thought it had began to snow when they were still in summer season, but the coldness came from the man seated next to her. She summoned enough courage and finally decided to speak as she sighted a bar just few meters away.
“Please, pull over at that bar”she pointed at it. She was cautious of her words since she didn’t want to rile him up but when he didn’t answer her, she became really nervous and pursed her lips. She began thinking of what she would say next but suddenly stopped all her thoughts when he actually stopped at the bar.
“You stopped?”she asked. Her voice pitch a little high cause of the shock.
“No? I should drive on?”he didn’t look at her as he undid his seat belt.
“No, no.”she quickly said and then he alighted the car. She hurriedly got down too and followed him. When they had just reached the door,she held him back.
“What? You want to go back now?”he furrowed his brows.
She stared at him for a moment. He seemed to have let off that thr_@tening facade he’d put on while they were in the car. Yet she still had to ask” you didn’t look okay in the car? What’s wrong?”
“Haha”Lannon laughed.”You seem to have forgotten I kidnapped you. Are trying to be nice?”he questioned.
Just a few minutes ago this guy was as cold as ever and now he was a completely different person. She never seemed to understand him. Well, she had nothing to understand. She’d spent only four day with him. And he turned to be the good guy after all she thought.
“Nice? Pfft. “She folded her hand.” Im just trying to maybe see some good in you and repay you for atleast letting me see my mom but since you don’t want it, I can keep it to myself”she huffed and then walked into the bar, leaving him dumbfounded.
“How rude!”he scoffed before walking in.
The bar was a little decent unlike other bars she had been to. Though, there was loud music and strippers dancing on the stage, everyone else looked decently dressed.
“I wonder why you decided to bring be here.”Lannon leaned closer to Lila and said to her hearing since the music was loud.”You have plans of f-__-king me here?”he gagged and at that point Lila stoped on her track, her heart almost chocking.
Lannon had already walked further than her since she stopped but then he turned back and looked at her”i just teased you”he smirked.
Lila finally looked up at him. “This is getting awkward. Not like you want anything to do with my v. “she laughed. A nervous one.
His eyes darkened and he looked at her tucking his hands into his pocket” I want to s3x you Lila”his face was ever straight not even a single expression could Lila detect.
She coughed hard, almost puking from nervousness “you’re joking right?”she asked but he didn’t say a word and the whole room seemed to burn her skin. She was now sweaty and hot. She quickly walked passed him and moved to the bar stand.”a glass of beer please “she requested. Few seconds later, a bartender brought the drink. She gulped it down in one go since she was a fan of alcohol and then she scoffed
“Seriously? How can he say words like that?” She yelled, she ended up startling the bartender. She looked really pissed as she looked towards the direction she had left him but he wasn’t there anymore. She requested for another beer immediately and she also gulped it in one go. She went out to get fresh air and since she was really grossed out by Lannon. Also she had no cash on her to pay, so Lannon would take care of it. She stood by the car as she recieved fresh breeze and waited for Lannon.
The thought of running away actually came to her mind but she thought again. What if he actually was saying the truth about her not being safe. She really had to believe things now since she just found out her dad was into child traficking and her mum h@ťěd him so much. She took in a deep breath and sighed when she finally sighted Lanbon coming out but he was with a female companion. They stopped at the door and the girl kept smiling sheepishly, then he brought out his wallet and gave her some cash, the girl leaned closer and Lila watched as her hands travelled down to his balls and then she squeezed him seductively before blowing him a kiss and walking back into the bar.
“Just great”she scoffed in disgust”he actually went for some slut”she soliloquized angrilly. She now felt more irritated for the fact she was angry. She had no business with him, so why was she getting upset. She watched as he got to the car with a smirk.
“You seem to have enjoyed your drink without me”he smirked making her even more angry.
She moved closer to him and jabbed his chest” Just for the record Mr horny pants. If you think you can get away with every girl’s pants, you won’t definitely have your way with mine”she snapped.
At that moment Lannon looked at the tiny girl right in front of him trying to prove strong. He’d be watching out who was going to lose. And then,”how so sure?”he smirked and before Lila could say any other word he got into the car.
