i felt something on my chest and i quickly open my eyes, i looked at Rico who was now laying beside me trying to gain access to my Břě@šť, is he serious right now. i slapped his hand which made him to groan in pain before opening his eyes.
” what was that for?” he asked looking angry.
” i was protecting myself” i said then stood up from the bed.
” what did i do?” he asked again.
” hm, you almost touched my Břě@šť”.
” it’s not like, this is the first day I’m touching it” he said and turn to the other side of the bed.
” unbelievable” i exclaimed. i feel so ashamed right now for letting him do that, it was just lust to him not to me.
” what the f” he said then looked at me.
” lust to me and not you” he said, wait a second did i just say that so loud?.
” do you think I like you bethel?” he asked and laughed.
” yes, it was lust i don’t like you bethel, i stopped liking girls six years ago, i was foolish then” he said.
” but rico–”
” seriously you like me?” he asked cutting me short.
” i was just using you, what do i really want from you? you are not my type and I’m not that shocked because girls fall for me” he said. tears roll down my cheeks as I stare at him, he looked at me.
” you are crying?” he asked.
” don’t tell me i just broke your heart”
” you Know what?” i asked.
” what?”
” f-__-k you and i h@ťě you so much” i said then took my phone and ran into the bathroom. i broke down in tears, how dare him? he is a jerk, he just said it right to my face that he doesn’t like me what is wrong with me, why did even fall for his charms. i dial in Cole number and he picked up almost immediately.
” bethel” he called
“co- Cole” i murmured.
” calm down bethel and tell me what’s wrong” he said.
” i need to see you” i whispered.
” just text me the address and I will be there”.
” no no, at our normal spot” i said.
” okay” i ended the call and quickly brush my teeth before taking my bath. i wore a black jeans and a sweater, i pack my hair into a ponytail and put my phone into my pocket. by the time I was out of the bathroom Rico wasn’t there anymore, i walked out of the room and rush downstairs all the family was in the dinning room having breakfast, i don’t feel like eating right down.
” bethel” i heard my name. i turn around to look at the person. it was Rico’s grandfather calling me.
” good morning” i greeted.
” aren’t you joining us for breakfast” he asked.
” yeah, sure” i said then sat beside Rico because that was the only empty seat.
” good morning everyone” i said but it was quite apart from Rico uncles/ auntie and parents who answered. i ate from the bacon and eggs.
” so what do you do?” mark ( Rico grandfather) asking.
” I’m a journalist” i said but the table ended up laughing. what’s so funny about that?.
” who are your parents?” he asked again.
” Mr and Mrs Albert Anderson” i said and Mark nodded.
” at least Rico married a girl whose parents are rich unlike Amaya” mark said smirking, which earn a big groan from Rico.
” it isn’t about money, Amaya is just so shameless to follow an old man like you”.
Rico POV
” what the hell” what did she just say. everyone began to side talks immediately bethel said that.
” silence” grandpa exclaimed.
” you are talking about shame huh?” he asked.
” we shall see” he said then walked to bethel seat and whispered.
” it won’t be shameless when you are screaming my name on my bed” he said then walked away. he wouldn’t dare, not bethel, not her, i swear I would ki|| him for even laying his hands on her. bethel stood up immediately and walked away, i need to make sure she doesn’t go close to that old man because if he gets her, she will end up just like Amaya. i stood up and followed her immediately. i saw her took a key to my Bugatti centodieci. my baby. she entered the car and I quickly ran to her.
” get out of my baby” i said she roll down the glass.
” why should I? we are husband and wife, what is yours is mine” she said and started the car.
” no bethel, this car can buy you, so can you just do me a favor and get down you can use the rolls Royce sweptails” i said but she ignored. she drove off immediately leaving me standing.
” f-__-k you” i yelled.
bethel POV
immediately i saw Cole, i hugged him tightly.
” are you okay bethel?” he asked as we redrawn from the hug.
” no” i said as i sniff.
” what has Rico done to you?” he asked.
” it’s not his fault” i said and we both sat down.
” i think I’m falling for Rico, Cole” i said as i break down in tears.
” Rico?” he asked looking so unbelievably.
” Cole” i called.
” you promised Bethel, you promised that you won’t fall for him” he said.
” you made me promise”. i said
” you agreed to it” he said.
” i didn’t cause it Cole, it is just my emotions, i can’t help it” he bit his lips so hard before using his hand to rub his hair.
” so what did he say after he found out?” he asked. another tears fell down my cheeks.
” he-he..”
” he was using you right?” he asked cutting me short.
” yes” i whispered.
” i h@ťě that guy so much”. he said before kicking the wall.
” he is treating you like other girl’s bethel and I h@ťě it so much” he said.
” I’m sorry” i Said and he looked at me.
” do-don’t apologize, i love you okay, if he doesn’t love you, i love you” he said and I nodded, he pecked my forehead before hugging me.
