Today is Disha’s mehindi ceremony, the priest had come yesterday to perform the Pooja to Lord Ganesh and today is her mehindi ceremony.
The whole mansion has been decorated arthav and karan bhai have been so busy with the preparation, I better go check on Disha. I got to her room and Krishna and both my bhabis were helping her get ready.she looks so nervous.
“wow d you look so beautiful”I said “are they here she asked immediately.
” I’m feeling so nervous because some
our distant relatives will be here for the function.since the groom’s side isn’t supposed to be here during this particular function.” She said nervously
“yep ” I popped.
” do you think I’m ok ? She asked and I smiled.
“you aren’t ” I said and she frowned.

” Your smile is missing” I said and she rolled her eyes and muttered “silly” making everyone laugh.
When we got downstairs , Everything had been prepared and since men weren’t allowed in the function, all the women gathered round .
” here comes our future bride” a relative said making everyone stare at Disha.

“what do you mean ? She asked and i signaled one of my boys and he brought the phone, and i played the video of our kiss.

That was the beginning of my trouble .
I walked into our mansion feeling like someone ran a car over me.

We were halfway through with Disha sungit ceremony (music ceremony) when i spotted harish , I guess he managed to finish his work.
“animal”I muttered.suddenly mom and dad came to me ,along with Mr and Mrs taneja I’m done.
“so you both are in a relationship? Dad asked and i got scared to my bones.
” ye s”I said nervously”for how long”Harish dad asked.

, we can handle this, I promise”Richie said and they smiled at him and left.
I must say he’s not that dumb at least he has a pea size brain.

I brought out
my phone, what 10 missed calls from Daniel, he’s my good friend and a pilot for Grace airways. I was shocked when my phone rang again I picked it up happily.

she didn’t know i was behind her, she put her phone on speaker and sat down to remove her heels and wear a designer slippers.

“Disha’s getting married tommorow,by the way how have you been? She asked.
“I’ve not seen you for weeks baby , how can i be happy? He said and i frowned she is mine and no one else’s.

“she said smiling.i think I’m gonna commit muder soon I love you “he said and i lost it.”as a friend i love you too” she said.
“who was that? I asked and she turned then froze in shock.

“I’m not writing an exam am i ? I got shocked when he dragged me into one of the guest rooms and shut the door.

I felt hot tears roll freely.

Today is my wedding day with Mr mehra.
I just feel so worried, and scared.
I met Mr mehra this morning, during our pithi ceremony, it’s an auspicious ritual performed for good luck.it is a paste made with tumeric chickpea flour and rose water, families and well wishers apply it on the bride and groom skin, the paste is taught to brighten and make us glow with beauty and happiness.
mother told me to go and take my bath since the wedding was in the evening.
”karan Bhai” i called him when i saw him trying to carry 5 baskets of flowers is he being realistic, that’s crazy.
I went to him and helped him.he said i looked beautiful and i laughed because I was still covered in tumeric paste.

The wedding is this evening”I said to one of my clients as i made my way to the garden, I’d taking my bath and was about to live for mehra mansion, when I saw rain girl with her elder brother, Her brother said she looks beautiful and she laughed.
shes so cute.
her brother got a call and left but she keptarranging the flowers.
“bhai get me the other basket”she said.
So she doesn’t know I went closer to give her a helping hand, but she turned and the basket flew as she lost balance, I held her by the waist and pulled her close as soft petals fell softly on us.
She looked so shocked to see me holding her.
“I’m so so sorry Mr mehra I I was” she kept stuttering.
Why is she so scared of me.
“Disha”her sister in-law called”we both turned and she gave us a teasing smile.
rain girl freed herself from me and Ran away making me chuckle, for how long will she run.
