•Damian’s Home•
Damian was busy watching movie at the parlour with Sharon laying on the couch and putting her head on his laps.
“So, are you still so serious about getting married to Emilia?” Sharon asked and Damian nodded her head.
“Of course, I love her so much” Damian responded.
“And are you sure that you don’t wanna know the reason why she aban.doned her husband?” Sharon asked.
“She have already told me everything, and I really feel sorry for her” Damian responded with his gaze still fixed on the TV as he was watching the interesting part of the w.ar film.
Then Sharon took in a deep breath. “do you not care if she’s lying or…?” Sharon asked the final question that attracted Damian’s all concentration on her.
So as Damian stared at her, he nodded bothering at her. “of course I don’t really care if she’s saying the truth or not, she’s definitely the type of woman I want, besides I have invested a lot on her” Damian responded while Sharon hummed.
“So, that reminds me, have you told John what I asked you to tell him, have you met with him?” Damian responded.
“Yeah, I met him yesterday, like you need to see him… I really feel pity for him, he was down, totally down, he was no longer the John I used to know” Sharon responded while Damian took in a deep breath.
“And is there any way you were able to capture him? like was he able to align in with what I said?” Damian asked ignoring the fact that Sharon just told him that John is down.
He is no longer up to a man that he use to be, it was more like it is now affec.ting his emotional health very bad.
“Yes of course, you should be able to trust me on that part, he was able to give him easily without suspecting anything, so I believe that he is not even a case, Emilia is yours, we agree on that, but what about me?” Sharon asked and then sit up from the couch and fold her arms.
“What about me, when all this will be over, you got married to her then what about me?” Sharon added.
“I believe that if you are really smart enough, you should know that you don’t have to bother about anything, marrying Emilia will not stop me from getting married to another, I will marry you of course and she won’t even be able to know” Damian promised leaving Sharon widening her eyes.
“Is like you don’t really believe me, do you?” Damian asked as he sensed the expressions of doubt in Sharon’s face.

Emilia you just waking up from sleep, is already school closing time so she need to go and bring Ivar home from school.
But she was really satisfied the way Ivar came back home yesterday, being just very happy, as happy as he has never been before.
He didn’t even talk about his Dad again, it was not like he has forgotten but Emilia is very sure that even if he has forgotten for now, he must remember about it that very day of celebration.
So it is still a very big burden on her, a how she’s going to reach out to John, although she has concluded on writing a physical paperwork as an invitation card to John to come and see his child perform at children’s day party celebration at school.
Though it is possible that they might not even see throughout that day and he might not even get close to Ivar, but just see him perform.
To cut it short, Emilia has already planned all this out and how she’s going to carry them out smoothly.
So she has made up her mind on sending the invitation card to John through one of her workers at Area Busy Restaurant.
So just waking up from the bed, she ran into the bathroom took her bath then put on her clothes and was ready to visit Ivar at school.
She was just about leaving the house when her phone rang and it was Damian on the call, so she picked it up.
“Hello, I am so marvelled that you remembered us today? what a surprise” Emilia said to him on the phone.
“Am sorry, you know I was so busy with work these days, just getting a lot of work and things to fix, calls from different angles, am so sorry about that but what about Ivar though?” Damian asked.
“Owwws, oww… yes… I love it” The moa.ning voice was sounding on the phone very low but it wasn’t just sounding clear and that’s what Emilia was trying to detect that made her to keep silent at Damian.
“Hello? are you still there?” Damian asked while Emelia’s face expression changed indicating how confused she is.
“Yeah, but what’s that voice I’m hearing, why are you doing?” Emilia asked while Damian go silent for few minutes and the voice didn’t came again.
“Umm… sorry, that was actually coming from my TV” Damian replied but it seems like he’s breathing like someone who did a hard work.
“Okay… are you alright? are you sure you are okay?” Emilia asked again.
“Yes am fine, I just recently asked you what about Ivar?” Damian asked again.
“Umm, he’s okay, but trust me he is very mad at you, you haven’t even paid a visit, you know am trying to fold this little boy to believe you are his father, but you are making things difficult for me, show him fatherly love more than he can ever imagine! it will be easy for us, he is just a kid!” Emilia replied.
“Ow, okay, in that case you don’t have to bother anymore, on my way coming, I will make it out for you” Damian responded.
“Well we will talk later, I’m on the highway” Emilia replied and hanged up the call.
Then entered the car and drove to the school, getting to the school, Ivar was supposed to rush out and hug her just like usual but Ivar didn’t.
She reached out to their class, he wasn’t there then she went to see the teacher that is taking care of them, the teacher she handed over her child to.
“Oh, Ivar’s mum, you are here?” The teacher said as she welcomed Emilia with a warm handshake.
“Yeah, I’m surprised that Ivar wasn’t with the other children, where is he now? so we can keep going home?” Emilia requested.
“Ivar…? umm sorry, but his father didn’t tell you he was coming to take him? he has gone with his dad” The teacher said leaving Emilia staring at the teacher in shock and almost colla.psing.
“Has gone with his Dad!! what Dad?!!” She reacted with a m.ad voice.
