CHAPTER FORTY FOUR: PROLONG ENCOUNTER 5
Alucard thoughts ran Wilde as he step out of the palace, snow reaction concerning him remaining quite, Ares waking from slumber.
” my lord” Sebastian eyes fill with questions ” I do understand that I asked this question numerous times but why do you choose to keep your relationship with Ares a secret ”
” yes milord ” Travin nod ” am also perplexed, we have been walking for hours in this forest, what is the aim of hiding him so deep in the forest ”
Ignoring their questions I look round the forest, the trees have gotten thicker and broad, the branches have also elongated” you forgot something Sebastian ” stopping I look at a particular tree ” I also created this forest just to hide him ”
” why” Travin asked ” what’s with this much hatred, why do you harbor this hatred for him ”
” what are your thoughts Sebastian ” I smile ” what do you think is my relationship with him ”
” your brother milord ” Sebastian answer and I shake my head ” then what is it milord ”
” these things are not to be discussed, telling you this will only bring more confusion ” I continue moving, deep into the forest ” you see this trees they know only me, anyone else that step here will lose consciousness until I arrive to pass down punishment ”
” but we are alive ” they both mumble, looking more confused and that alone made me chuckle
” I know that ” smiling I purred ” its because am here with you, don’t you know this is not real trees, these are illusions, what they really are is giant worms, huge and have the ability to emit a substance that will make one unconscious”
” all these still makes one confused ”
Completely ignoring them, we walked for one more hour before arriving in the cave, a huge dark cave, not wasting time we step in, the glass fill with Ares men brought light for our view
Moving further in, I stop in front of Ares coffee ” the knife ” Travin hand it over, I open the coffee to see a sleeping Ares, using the knife I give myself a slight cut on my hand, my blood drip to his lips, his eyes open and his tongue lick the blood around his lips
” what punishment are you putting on me ” he smile ” knowing fully well that your blood can not make me move, just talk for awhile ”
” cut the pleasantries Ares ” I growl ” I will not tolerate you playing around my woman ”
” your woman ” he chuckle ” what about Elizabeth, your stupid promise of bringing her back ”
” do not speak words you do not mean ” clenching my hands I frown ” you are the one responsible of all these, without your meddling I would have brought her back ”
” you do not need her nor do you think this new confessor, I will do what I have always done ” he frown, his body getting pale again, the blood wearing off, he needs more ” I will use her to bring me back to life then eat her completely ”
” this is my last warning, the next time I hear her speak of you, I will return and throw your body into the sun ”
” you will do no such thing ” he smile ” you know fully well, you belong only to me and on one else, we are meant to rule together ”
” I will ki|| you ”
” and I will love you ” after that his eyes close once again, the whole cave remain quite, I know Sebastian and Travin has questions for me, questions I don’t think I can dodge anymore
And just as I predicated Sebastian was the first to ask ” milord, am certain Ares is a man ” I nod ” he says he love you ”
” yes ” turning around, I head out of the cave while they follow ” he has this feeling for men”
” this is a turn of events ” Travin mumble ” you still refuse to tell us how you are related ”
” yes milord ” Sebastian interject ” we wish to know this little detail ”
” this is shameful for me to say” stepping out of the cave, we move in the forest without stopping ” he is my son ” my words seem to have made them stop, the only reason I stopped was because snow body is laying unconscious ” my step son” I clarify but angry
I do not blame snow for trying to find the truth, I left my side of the story unknown to see if she can trust me and stay out of things but I was wrong
Curiosity always ki||s and she has no idea she was walking into her death, how silly can she get
Bending down I tuck her hair behind her eyes ” how silly can you get snow ” tapping her face, her eyes open and widen from surprise, definitely not expecting to see me here ” silly girl ” smiling, I watch as she bite her lips from guilt
Am going to punish her and she will not like it.
