snow pull her hands from his then chuckle ” my lord, surely that’s a joke ” he said nothing else and I nod ” if you don’t mind I will like to move to my bedchamber now, unless they is something you wish me to do for you”

” Name it milord ” I bow my head ” this property of yours is here to do your bidding ”
” will you kiss me ”
His request was blunt and direct, so was my answer ” No milord ” I lift my head to look at him ” this servant here will like to keep her pride ” looking at him a smile creep into those lips then he chuckle surprising me.
” what’s funny milord ”
” you sweet snow ” he nod his head ” I like it ” like always his use of words confuse me, it always feel like they is a hidden meaning to everything he says.
” come sweet snow ”
” surely is too late to stay around you ” the moment I said that he stop walking then turn his gaze to my direction ” only a man and a woman who wish to get intimate stay together this late, am sure you wish not of that ”

” pardon me milord but I will like to get some sleep ”
” then I shall stay with you till you sleep but you have to do something for me once we step into your room ” looking at him my curiosity hit up, is he planning to sleep with me? Why will he wish to stay in my room? What do he want to do in there.

Turning around to walk to my chambers I shrug ” I was brought up this way by my nanny ” I purred ” she always says the truth sets one free, lying won’t help in anything, a day will come that they will pour out and you will regret hiding them ”

” forgive me my lord but I do hope my words hurt you because yours have done a number on me ” stopping at the door of my chambers I turn around to face him, he look curious ” you are a man that tell lies everyday, you lied about the mirror ”

” my lord ” I open the door, step in and turn the mirror around ” people call me a witch and others call me a confessor, when someone tells a lie I know it, I don’t know how I do but I get to feel it ” I watch him step in and shut the door, taking off my jacket ” I have also notice that I have the ability to force someone into telling me the truth and making them become my slave ”
” can you do that to me sweet snow ” he stop an inch away from me, I had to lift up my head to look at him.
” I would love to but I have to hold your neck which will be a hassle since you’re so tall ” a minute pass before he throw his head back and chuckle, making me rethink my words to know if it was funny, which it wasn’t ” surely this is not a laughing matter my lord ”
” it is if you’re being so cute while angry ” he tuck my hair behind my ear ” I have asked for forgiveness ”
” a Lord shouldn’t ask his property for forgiveness ” before he could say anything else I beat him to it ” pardon me milord, I will like to shower before going to bed ”

” thank you ” and after that I rush to the bathroom, shutting the door, his reasons for coming to my room still confuse me, he has made no sigh of touching me.
Is it that he h@ťěs it when am angry, is he trying his best to gain my forgiveness, if being angry will draw him this close then I have to pretend not to forgive him, I am still angry at him but I know that won’t last.
Taking off my clothes, I take a long bath and when I finally come out, I realize I forgot to take a night dress or towel with me to the bathroom ” my lord ” I raise my voice a little from the bathroom.
” I believe its appropriate for you to come out and talk to me ”
” I need a night gown milord, I didn’t take it with me ” it took him three minutes before knocking on the door, I open it slowly and quickly take the gown from him.
” lord Alucard running errands for you huh ” he smile ” aren’t you lucky ”
“I truly am, thanks my lord ” shutting the door I stare at the gown he selected and I swallow ” my lord, this dress is not appropriate for a lady to wear ” I yell it out
” then you shouldn’t have bought it sweet snow ”

” put it on snow ” his sharp command made me frown, since I had no other choice, I put on the transparent white dress, feels like cotton, not hiding a d@mn thing.
Worst of all its how short it is, I didn’t remember buying such provocative dress ” my lord am coming out, I propose you keep your hands to yourself ” I mumble after opening the door little to look at him.
Laying on the bed shirtless with my favorite novel, he chuckle at my words ” I will not do such things sweet snow ” I step out and his eyes roam all over my body ” am a gentle man ” he said the word, more like telling it to himself.
Moving to my makeup table I pick up my brush, brush my hair then turn to his direction ” do you plan on spending the night here my lord ”
” of course not ” he smile ” I just wish to read this book to you, watch you sleep then leave ”
” if you say so ” moving towards the bed, I lay down at the edge but he wasn’t having that, his hands move to my body and pull me close, forcing my head to relax on his chest ” stop struggling, relax and listen ”
” I have read the book countless time ”
“Doesn’t matter ” he smile ” my voice have its own melody”
” I doubt it ” I whisper more to myself.
” I heard that sweet snow ” he mumble and I smile ” did I just made you smile ”
” of course my lord ” I fight the urge to look at him ” your face alone is funny ”
” well that’s such preposterous” I bite my tongue from laughing, he open the book but before he start reading, his next words made me smile ” you’re more than a property to me, besides I wish to wed you ”
