The dance? Can you show me again?” Ricky asked wearing a serious look on.
“Are you pulling my legs right now?” She glared and he chuckled.
“C’mon, I’m serious… I really wanna see those moves again, please” He pleaded cutely.
“Was it good?” Lily asked surprisedly.
“Kind of” He laughed.
“Just say you want to make fun of me. I’m not interested anymore. She shot and returned to the cooker.
Ricky followed her.
“Hey, c’mon… Please! I didn’t mean to laugh it just came out…”
“But you just did” Lily rolled her eyes.
“The truth is those moves were out of the beats but i find it’s cute. I would love to watch your dance again”
“I doubt that” Lily mumbled.
Ricky hugged her from behind, with his batter smeared fingers crossed in front of her.
Lily jerked.
“What are you doing?” She asked in almost a whisper.
“Please babe.” His deep voice brushed her ears with his hot breath fanning her neck and her heart lept for a second.
She gulped down nothing.
Ricky smiled mischievously knowing he was actually having an effect on her.
“Will you?” He asked and she slowly nodded.
He smirked and turned off the cooker.
He turned her to face him and Lily blinked nervously as she stared at his face which was just an inch away from their to brushing each others.
“Show me what you got.” He said and Lily smirked, wrapping her hand around his neck.
“You’ve got to try harder before I do that.” She whispered in his ears before leaving his side.
“And you might as well fry the pancake yourself. I’ll be in the dining room waiting for it to be ready. If you end up burning us alive in this house, I don’t care dying coz we’ll be dying together. I love such sad ending anyways.” She winked and walked out.

•NEXT DAY•THE BILLS•
“Careful” Minnie said as she helped Rudy to sit gently on the couch.
“You’re here already” Jenner smiled coming in with Ethan.
They all exchange hugs before sitting.
“I thought the doctor said you should spend more weeks for proper check up.” Ethan said.
“You know I h@ťě staying at the hospitals for long and I’m fine now,don’t worry dad” Rudy said.
Ethan nodded.
“I prepare lunch,let’s eat” Jenner announced.
Minnie nodded and helped Rudy to the dinner table since he’s still having some difficulties walking alone.
Her phone suddenly beeped and as soon as she checked the content,her eyes widened and she jerked up.
“Is something wrong?” Rudy asked.
“I’m really sorry but I have to do something really quick, I’ll come back as soon as I’m done okay?” She grabbed her bag and ran out.
“Is she okay?” Jenner asked.

•ROSES AND PETALS•
“Jeez… Why is an apartment so expensive in California ” Amelia sighed out.
She was actually browsing out the prices of apartment and she couldn’t even seen an affordable price for someone her level.
“What’s it?” Lily asked walking to her. She just finished attending to a customer.
“I really need to move out of Trace’s house but house owners are doing no good by inflating their prices. How did you even manage to get an apartment?” She asked.
“It wasn’t easy… I hunted for months before finally getting an apartment which I think is fate coz I get to live nextdoor with my idol” Lily grinned and Amelia scoffed.
“Wh@ťěver” She rolled her eyes.
“But is Trace complaining? Why do you wanna leave like you’re been chased?” Lily asked.
“I just… You won’t understand anyways,since you’re obsessed with those people.” Amelia said, making sure she emphasized more on the ‘those people’ before returning her gaze to her phone.
Lily chuckled without saying anything. Her phone suddenly beeped.
•When will you be done with your shift? Let’s go out on a date tonight.
It’s from Ricky.
•Soon. I’ll text you after I’m done.
•Sure. Will pick you up ❤️.
She blushed and dropped her phone only to met Amelia’s deep gaze on her.
“You startled me!” Lily exclaimed.
“Someone’s blushing again,what is it this time?” Amelia asked.
Lily showed the text to her.
“OMG! I’m blushing on your behalf, so what are you planning to wear? Any hairdo?”
Lily raised her brows.
“Just because of a date? No,I’ve plenty of clothes and I’m not getting another” She shook her head.
“You really call those clothes?” Amelia sighed.
“What’s wrong with them?”
“Everything is wrong with them Lily. You’ve to look your best.” Amelia smiled touching her hair.
“Is that really necessary?” Lily asked.
“Of course,very necessary… Especially since it’s your first date” Amelia said and Lily sighed out.

•A PRIVATE RESTAURANT•
“What are you fusing about? Have a seat?” Tanya gestured to the chair accross for Minnie who had this dangerous glare on.
“I don’t think we’re close enough to have lunch together. Say wh@ťěver you want to say!” Minnie shot, refusing to sit.
Tanya chuckled and drink from her wine before looking up.
“If this is because of what happened to your boyfriend then, I apologize for my boys mistake.” Tanya said.
“You apologize? What if something had happen to him? Will your darn apologize bring him back to me?” Minnie snapped.
“You don’t have to shout on me. What more do you want?” Tanya rolled her eyes.
“Nothing! Let’s just put a stop to wh@ťěver business we had,I will take care of Lily myself from now on.” Minnie shot and start leaving the room.
“Are you sure about that? You really think you can get rid of that Ɓîtçh on your own? I’m still wondering why you didn’t do it on your own before asking for my help” Tanya said.
Minnie didn’t turn till she finally leave the room.
“Let’s wait and see!” Tanya scoffed and her phone rang immediately.
“Do it” She said and hang up.

•SOUNDSCAPE ENTERTAINMENT•
“Why isn’t she picking up?” Kris said as he dialled Linda’s number for the umpteenth time.
Her phone was ringing but she wasn’t taking it.
“Kris??” He heard someone called behind him and he jolted.
He turned to see Cody standing there.
“What are you doing here?” He asked and Kris touched the back of his head.
“I… Urm… What are you doing here as well?” He diverted the question.
“I’m here to see manager Gregor.” Cody replied and Kris nodded.
“Oh… Me too. I was heading there as well.” He said and made to walk away.
“That’s not the way to manager’s Gregor office.” He reminded.
“Oh, sorry.” Kris bit his lips and began taking the right direction.
Cody watched him leave before going his way.
Kris stopped and turn to check if Cody had left and he exhaled on seeing him gone. He changed the direction he was walking on and there, he walked into Charles and Linda who were walk out of one office.
Charles seemed to be saying something interesting as her face beamed with smiles.
He clenched his fists tightly, sending daggers at them.
As if feeling it, their gaze fell on him and Linda smiled leaving Charles side.
“Kris… You’re here.” She said but Kris was still glaring angrily at Charles who return a smirk before walking away.
“Why haven’t you been taking my calls?” Kris cut her in.
“Did you call?” She asked bringing out her phone from her bag.
15 missed calls!
She gasped on seeing it. She faced him.
“I didn’t realize my phone was in a silent mode, I didn’t know it was ringing…”
“Because you were enjoying your time with him!” Kris yelled and she flinched.
A short silence fell with Kris breathing furiously.
“Kris it’s not what you think….” Linda said softly.
“Did you even care about my feelings at all? Even in the slightest?” He asked lowly and Linda shook her head.
“Babe…”
“Don’t call me that right now!” He shot.
“This isn’t gonna be the first time nor the second or third you stood me up because of him and I always let it go. Why? Because I love you!”
Kris punched his fist on the nearby wall angrily and he went staggering,his fist bleeding.
“Kris!!” Linda’s eyes widened.
“Stop this madness already!” She yelled at him and Kris scoffed.
“Madness you say?” He snorted and Linda sighed, holding his bleeding hand.
Kris scoffed.
“I’m sorry, I didn’t mean it that way……” She tried explaining but he yank her hand off,slowly walking away.
“Kris” Linda ran after him.

•WILDSOR MANSION•
Amelia entered the house to meet Trace in the living room with Theresa.
“You’re back.” Theresa flashed her a warm smile and Amelia nodded.
“Good evening ma’am” She greeted, and her gaze fell on Trace who was already looking at her.
He flashed her a smile.
“Welcome Amelia.” He said.
“Thanks.” She replied with a light smile.
She made to go upstairs when…
“Join us for dinner” Theresa cuts in and Amelia faced her.
“I’ll wash up first” She replied and left them.

ONE HOUR LATER*
Amelia was just preparing to go to bed when a knock came on the door.
She stop what she was doing and turned.
“Can I come in?” Trace voice came from the other side.
“Yes… I mean no.” She immediately said as she realized she was only wearing a bum short and singlet and her eyes widened as Trace already walked in.
“Hi Trace.” She waved awkwardly.
“Hey.” Trace replied simply.
“You’re so stupid Amelia.” She mumbled to herself.
“Can you come out for a while? I’ve something to show you?” Trace said.
“Of course,right after you” She quickly replied.
Trace nodded and walk out of the room.
Amelia immediately grabbed one of her big hoodies and wore it before going out. She met him in the living room.
“What do you want to show me?” She asked as she sat down.
“Here” Trace handed her a portrait of herself. It was drawn.
“Wow… This is beautiful.” She awed and Trace smiled.
“You like it?” He asked and she nodded.
“I love it!” She exclaimed, caressing the portrait.
“But how did you get this? I don’t remember giving you any of my pictures?” Amelia said.
“I ask mum to take your picture secretly, sorry.” Trace said.
“It’s fine, I got something much more pretty with it anyway” She chucked staring at it with admiration.
“It’s really beautiful” She gushed.
“It’s the least I can do for helping me clear my name” Trace said.
“C’mon that’s a long time ago and you also helped me a lot too. You saved me from that beast and even letting me stay here is enough. I really owe you a lot” Amelia replied.
Trace smiled.
“About your friend who want to meet Ricky, I should have get back to you earlier but I haven’t been able to ask him. I’ll do that to…..
“That’s okay cos she already met him and he’s even her….” Amelia stopped talking and pressed her lips together.
“Her?”
“Bias! Yes he still remain her favorite among your band” Amelia said awkwardly.
Trace chuckled.

•6PM•
Lily had just closed for the day and she was walking to the bus stop.
She got to the road, but since the green light was on she had to wait with other pedestrians till it turned red before crossing.
As she waited, she saw Ricky standing at the other end of the road, waving at her with a smile on his face.
Her face brightened up as she saw him. She waved at him and he smiled, his gaze not leaving his phone.
She was wondering what he was engrossed on his phone, her phone beeped at once.
It’s a text from him.
•I can’t wait to hold you in my arms.
She read and her cheek reddened looking up to see the light already turned green he began walking to her.
She grinned as her gaze fixed on him, waiting for him to come get her.
Her eyes suddenly went to the speeding bike which was coming at Ricky despite the red light.
She gasped, returning her gaze to Ricky who was still walking towards her with a smile on his face.
She shook her head worriedly but he was still coming.
“No!! Ricky!!!” She screamed running towards him.
Ricky creased his brows in confusion and immediately he turned to see what was happening, he was brushed out of the way by the bike which drove off in the same speed without turning back.
Everyone gasped in shock as Ricky rolled on the floor with blood oozing from his head.
“Ricky!!!” Lily screamed louder on getting close to him.
“Ricky no!! Someone help! Call the ambulance! Ricky…” She called desperately as she placed Ricky’s head on her laps.
He was already unconscious.
“Call an ambulance! Ricky!!” She cried.
The bike stopped when he was far away from the seen and sure that no one was chasing after him.
He took off his helmet and it turned out to be… Kelly!!
