CHAPTER 73
Kiara fell down suddenly and Skylar screamed as she rushed towards her direction.
” Kiara ..Kiara…. please open your eyes,am sorry I won’t scold you again” Skylar cried.
” Mom ” Evrin called as she pulled Hadley arm continuously ” you ….I won’t spare you ” Noor yelled as she launched towards Ellie’s direction but Levi stopped her.
Antonio wanted to touch Kiara when someone spoke from behind coldly “Touch her and I’ll break your neck ” Alexis said angrily.
Alexis picked Kiara up as he glare at Antonio “you caused this ” Alexis said before he disappeared.
” Where… where is he taking her ?” Tracy asked but got no reply.
” These wolves are the cause of Kiara’s misfortune mostly that stupid human” Noor yelled pointing at Ellie direction.
” Don’t ever call my sister stupid ” Raymond warned ” Levi, let go of me…I want to teach them a lesson ” Noor said as she struggled to free herself.
” Calm down Noor, just take a deep breath ” Levi said in a calm voice but Noor was already furious.
” Kiara, should have been friends with them, they are all betrayers…she’s suffering because of them ” Noor yelled.
” How does that has to do with us huh, she agreed to go on her own ” Oscar asked coldly and Noor hissed.
“You-all think you can get ride of Kiara ..you f-__-king need her protection dummy ” Evrin replied angrily.
“We don’t need her help, we are better off without her ” Luke said and Noor yelled in anger as she punched him.
Lily slapped Noor ” how dare you ?” Lily asked as Noor stepped back.
Evrin eyes darkened as she pinned lily to the wall.
” Let’s get one thing straight, if anyone ever raise their hand at my sister they will pay with their life ” Evrin said as she throws Lily across the hall.
“Lily ” they chorused as they ran to her direction and helped her up ” Levi make sure the wolves stay away from us, or I’ll murder them ” Evrin warned.
” This is the reason you-all need Kiara protection” Brooklyn pointed out as it was obvious Kiara was the only reason the demons was holding back.
If they could only see how Kiara was protecting them in secrets, but they were to blind and confused to understand or see that.
Lily slowly looked up as she spat blood ” How dare you attack us ?” Oscar asked and Noor chuckled.
” Now you know what Kiara is going through ” Noor replied.
” Like you-all are any different from them..you guys are just using Kiara for your selfish Interest” Kylie yelled and everyone froze.
” Have you all ever wondered what she really wants huh ? ” Kylie asked as she looked at them one after the other.
” Everyone contributed to the pain and suffering Kiara is in right now, can’t you all just work together and bring back those old days ?” Brooklyn asked.
” For Kiara sake ” Kylie said slowly and they looked down quietly.

Kiara jot out of bed, her body was in pain but she didn’t care, why wasn’t she dead ?
She was sure she crossed her limits, what happened ?
Kiara looked around and found Alexis sitting at the other end of the bed, his eyes closed as his hand hold her left hand.
Kiara wanted to pull away but his grip was too tight. ” Let go ” Kiara yelled as she moved away only to fall down from the bed.
Alexis eyes snapped Open as he pulled her up, ” Why did you bring me back huh ? Did I ask you to ?” Kiara yelled as she hit him.
” I’ll be miserable without you Kiara ” Alexis replied and Kiara froze, was he really into her ?
What made him fall for someone like her, she doesn’t value relationship, so what exactly did he see in her.
“But it’s okay, I just did Hadley a favor by bringing you back ” Alexis said standing up, Kiara eyes darkened as he glare at him.
” You brought me back because of Hadley ? ” Kiara asked standing up but her kneels felt weak. ” You’re too weak to stand now… It’s strange how you were able to survive after reaching your limits ” Alexis said as he hold her waist and she shivered.
” What do you mean by that ?” Kiara asked and he sighed ” Just forget about it…take care of yourself ” Alexis said as he lay her down.
Kiara stared at his piercing eyes but didn’t know what to say, was she really doing the right thing ??
” Alexis ” Kiara called as Alexis was about to walk out, Alexis paused as he turn to look at Kiara who slowly stood up from the bed.
” Alexis ” Kiara called again ” Yes ” Alexis replied as he moved closer to her.
” I’m ready to forget Antonio now, it won’t fix anything if I continue like this…I want to move on ” Kiara said.
” Good luck with that ” Alexis said coldly ” Are you upset with me ?” Kiara asked and Alexis sighed .
” I work for your mom Kiara, you don’t want me that’s a fact I have to accept ” Alexis said as he let out a sigh.
” No no Alexis, am ready to accept you now I promise ” Kiara said as she struggled to take a step forward.
” Kiara… It’s fine but don’t hurt yourself in the name of moving on ” Alexis pointed out as kiara took a step forward.
” If that’s what you want then why did you bring me back ? Why did you wait till I regain consciousness ? ” Kiara asked
” We are a team remember ” Alexis asked. And Kiara frown ” is that all ? ” Kiara asked and Alexis chuckled.
” That’s all Kiara ” Alexis replied and Kiara stumbled, Alexis wanted to help her but Kiara didn’t accept his help.
” What’s the point ?” Kiara asked in a low voice, Alexis hands clenched into tight fists.
” You deserve so much better than me, I should have accepted that a long time Ago ” Alexis said calmly.
Kiara eyes were filled with unshed tears, she promised herself not to cry, but fighting back her tears is the worst pain ever.
Alexis studied Kiara as she closed her eyes tightly, he could feel the negative emotions around her.
” Is it too late Alexis ?” Kiara asked and he lifted her eyebrows.
Tears shimmered in her eyes as she looked up and Alexis looked away, seeing her in pain is his weakness, he can’t bear to see her in pain.
” Is it too late ? “Kiara repeated and he looked down.
Alexis picked her up and put her on the bed ” Answer me ” Kiara said in a cracked voice and Alexis pinned her down.
He drew his lips between his teeth as his mouth curved into a smile.
“You’ll always be my girl Kiara ” Alexis said as he lensed closer.
