“We should leave here since our job is done” Andres said to Arturo.
Arturo smirked as he watched Fernando’s lifeless body on the floor.
“It was simpler than I thought” he muttered.
“It didn’t even took long to eliminate him” he faced Andres.
“You did great, son” he commended, patting Andres shoulder.
“I’ve always wanted to ki|| him, and I finally fulfilled my wish, you don’t know how happy I am right now” Andres said.
“I know son, I’m happy too”
“We should leave here before his boys get here” Arturo said.
“What about our boys?”
“It was their job to die anyway” Arturo replied.
They both escaped from the place through a secret hideout.
They got outside, everywhere was dark as it was already late in the night.
“$h|t! We didn’t even took our car along” Andres muttered.
“We can always take a cab” Arturo said.
Just like he predicted, a cab drove past them and Andres flagged it down.
“Where to?” The driver asked as Arturo and Andres entered the car.
“Just keep going” Andres said.
“Your order” another voice said.
That was when they noticed there were actually two men in the car.
Before they could take any action, the driver quickly spray something on their face and they lost their consciousness immediately.
“Drive!” The other guy said and the car zoomed off.

It was past midnight when the $h00tout stopped, all Arturo’s boys were ki||ed, a single soul didn’t make it.
Though most of Fernando’s men got injured but they were all safe. Alex isn’t excluded too.
“Where’s Boss?” One of them asked.
Alex looked around, that was when he noticed Fernando is missing.
“Maybe he’s dealing with the devil” another one said.
That didn’t calm Alex, he could feel something was wrong somewhere.
He faced the first guy who asked that question.
“You, you, you. Follow me. While the rest should stay outside, watch out for any intruders” he instructed.
Three boys followed him and they started searching the whole building.
After what seemed like hours, they saw Fernando’s body on the floor, his clothes were soaked in blood as different holes were in it as a result of the bullet.
“Boss!” Alex rushed to him immediately.
His eyes almost popped out of it’s socket as they took in Fernando’s condition.
“f-__-k! How did this happened?” He exclaimed loudly.
The three boys fell on their knees with thier head bowed.
“Boss!” They chorused.
Alex folds his fist tight. What could have happened here?
The Fernando he know can’t be easily eliminated this way.
“f-__-k! How could this! f-__-k it!” He shouted.
He touched Fernando’s face with his hand and it felt cold. That was when it dawned on him that, he died long ago.
“Blow the building after this, destroy every single thing in this place. Leave nothing without getting it destroyed!” He ordered, anger visible in his voice.
With the last strength in him, he carried Fernando’s body in his arms and left the place.
Immediately they all vacated from the building, the whole building exploded, as the flames burned the house furiously.
It was as though the fire was aware, they lost an important soul.

THE NEXT DAY***
RED’S CLAN**
Valerie paced around the room worriedly, Fernando and his men didn’t return last night and she almost died. Different thoughts were running in her mind. What if they didn’t made it? What if they were all ki||ed by Arturo and his men??
She quickly shrugged the thought off, she didn’t want to be pessimistic.
She checked the time on her phone and her heart starts thumping against her chest. It’s past noon and they aren’t back yet.
“God, I’m so worried” she Mõ@ɲed out.
She stayed late with Bella last night and explained everything to her. Though, Bella found it hard to believe her son is a Mafia Lord.
She kept blaming herself for the turnout of events in her son’s life, it took a while before she could calm down.
Back to present, Valerie went to the window and checked if she could catch a glimpse of cars arriving in the clan, but she saw none.
Valerie couldn’t take it longer, she left the room in a hurry. She was on her way to see Camila and Jade when she met both of them outside.
“Jade! Camila!” She quickly rushed to them.
“Val, are you okay? You haven’t been crying, right?” Camila asked.
“I’m worried, Camy. What if they were all ki||ed? They haven’t returned” Valerie freaked out.
“They’re fine, you can’t expect them to return yesterday. What if the place they went to was very far?” Camila muttered.
Deep down, she’s worried as hell. If they were to go on a mission, they return either late in the night or very early in the morning.
But this, she didn’t even know what to do.
“I’m worried” Valerie whispers.
Jade went to her and placed her hands around her.
“They’re fine. I’m sure they’re on their way already” She said.
“You should take a rest, Val. You shouldn’t be stressing yourself in this condition” Camila said.
Valerie shook her head.
“I’m fine, I just want to see Ferdie” she muttered.
“You should do as she says, thinking too much is quite dangerous for your condition. Why don’t you go to stay with Fernando’s mom?” Jade suggested.
Everyone is already aware that Fernando’s mom, Isabella, is in the clan.
“Okay, let me know when they arrive” Valerie muttered. She turned and then walked away.
