” Hey bro…how about a match ” Francis,Sam’s friend said.
He came with Zoey to get out of the house since they were both jobless.
” Sure but I don’t wanna leave Zoey ” he said looking at Zoey.
” No worries…I’ll just stay and watch like the other people” she said getting on the visitors chairs.
” Ok then * he said and wore his attire and got into the court and as usual he won … people were cheering for him calling his name.
” Nice” he turned and saw a young girl…looked like she’s still in highschool or a fresh graduate like him…she had a light brown hair braided in two ways…she was pretty very pretty ,she wore a ripped short and sleeveless Black top
” Nice?…or great?” He said pissed off …he was the best player in the court
” Still nice ” she said getting to the bench.
” As if you know anything about basketball ” he said and she scoffed.
She got a basketball and threw it at him but due to his fast reflex’s he caught it.
### ” How about a match ?” She asked and he and his gangs laughed
” No thank you ” he said turning .
” What happened…scare of getting beaten by a girl” she said and he turned.
” Ooohh” the crowd said
” Oh …it’s on ” he said and got into the court
A guy gave her the normal basketball top and she wore it over her shorts …he gotta admit she looked really cute.
It was a really tough game ,he didn’t expect the girl to be like a champion in basketball.
She won the game with only one difference in the scores
d@mn he felt embarrassed…she isn’t a local champion like him…she was maybe one of those who got a big name in the basketball world.
” Never underestimate the power of a girl” she said as people kept cheering for her.
He was beyond embarrassed,he couldn’t face his team infact.
” It’s cool dude…it was only one score that made you loose ,you tried ” one if the gang said and that made him angry.
He didn’t want to just try ,he wanted to be the best…if he couldn’t beat her then how would he face the international competitions.
” What’s your name?” He asked the girl as she got her bag prepared to leave.
” Summer ..summer Hathaway” she said and he just smiled over her cuteness.
She was about to get in a freaking Lamborghini…gosh it means she’s rich.
” One more thing” she said as her chaffeur opened the door for her.
” You’re freaking cute ” she said and got in the car
He stood there stunned until it drove away.
What a psycho …he thought.
He hoped to see her again…this time he’s gonna practice harder and beat her in basketball .
” I think she’s into you man ” Sam’s best friend Brayden said out of no where.
” You assume things too much…let’s go back to the court ” he said as they walked back
But still he couldn’t help but think about the cute girl called summer…he hoped to meet her again and for sure beat her again.
