*Movie theater*
Jakes held Erica’s hand as they walked to buy tickets.
“Are you tired?” Jakes asked as he looked at the cute Erica besides him.
“No.” Erica said although she was panting.
Jakes glanced at her gave a huge sigh and pushed her to seat on a bench.
“I’ll be back.” He said as he kissed her forehead.
Awhile after Jakes left too woman walked up to Erica who was silently scrolling her phone pretending not to see them.
“Hey, little girl.” One of the woman said to her.
Erica glanced at her after making sure she didn’t know her went back to scrolling her phone.
“Hey we talking to you.” The other woman said snatching her phone.
Erica looked up her eyes filled with rage then she put back a cute and adorable stance.
“My big brother said I shouldn’t talk to strangers.” Erica said in a frightened voice. ” Or he’ll beat me up for being disobedient. Can you please bring back my phone. I don’t wanna anger him. I stayed at home for so long I don’t wanna be grounded again.”
Staring at Erica’s big glistening cute eyes that looked exactly like a frightened cats eyes the two woman smirked at each other then turned back to Erica.
“You’ll answer us obediently or we’ll tell your big brother that you have been disobedient.” The first woman said.
Erica nodded exactly like a two year old.
“Do you have your big brothers number?” The second woman asked.
“No, he said I’ll only have it once I am 18 and a responsible adult.” Erica said.
“Useles.” The first woman chuckled as she reached to pinch Erica’s stomach.
“Touch me and your dead.” Erica said with a smirk as she looked at her daringly still using the childish voice.
“As if you could….ahhhh!” The woman said as Erica suddenly bit her hand and kicked the other woman a distance away.
She kicked the first woman on the stomach causing her to fall on her butt.
Erica stood in front of her as her voice turned dangerous.
“Idiots, do you really think I am that innocent.” Erica smirked as she glanced down at the two.
The two woman stared at her dumbly as she threw four slaps on both their cheeks.
“Your gonna do as I say. Or you won’t be able to wake up the next day as… You’ll be dead.” Erica said with a smirk.
“You!” Before the woman could continue her sentence a tight slap landed on her cheek.
“Listen, that’s how you learn. First things first you’ll apologize. Then you’ll promise never to bother me again in your lifetime.” Erica said.
Just then she sighted the figure of Jakes and immediately put on a pitiful expression as she rushed towards him.
“Big brother!” She shouted as she snuggled herself into his arms.
“What’s wrong?” Jakes asked staring at her big round eyes.
“They bullied me waaahhh….” She cried loudly.
The women who had just stood up:”…”
Jakes stared at the speechless woman and knew that this little brat was lying but as a big brother. Could he outright expose her?
Even though the two woman were clearly more severely injured than her he still said.
“Are you two crazy! Bullying a kid!” Jakes shouted.
In his defence 😂 Erica was still a kid in everyone’s eyes.
“We…we… weren’t bullying her. In fact she was the one who beat us up!” The first woman shouted back.
“I was clearly seating silently on that bench.” Erica said in tears.
“Security! Take them for a flogging. 60 stroke of cane each.” Jakes shouted pulling Erica away.
60 was already a small number the original one is actually 150 stroke of cane.
As soon as they were further away from the problems behind them.
“We need to talk about your acting ski||s.” Jakes said glaring at the tearful Erica.
“What aren’t they good enough? I can always hone them.” Erica said with a playfully smirk.
“No their superb!” He almost shouted.
How much worse can it get?
If she honed them won’t she wanna test them?
“And that’s precisely the problem.” He said in a low voice.
*Afternoon*
*Jakes’s Mansion*
Erica sat on the couch as Jakes played with her hair.
Her head was laid flatly on his lap as the boys were chatting.
“Oh wait! What happened to Josephine?” Erica suddenly turned towards Eric.
Of course she wanted to know which excuse Josephine used to come here.
“She came here on vacation.” Noah said pretending not to know anything.
His plan was to quickly sort Josephine out without Erica knowing.
“I already know.” Erica said with a small smile.
“What?!” Noah asked.
“Well, considering the fact that she got kidnapped in my place. I won’t h@ťě her for it. And maybe just maybe she learned a lesson from this little trip to Mexico.” Erica shrugged.
Eric and Noah were stunned speechless. Josephine got kidnapped in Erica’s place?
“What’s going on here?” Lucca asked.
“Josephine came here pretending to be me from Brazil while I was in Cape Town getting my legs fixed. While in it. She sort of got kidnapped in my place by an unknown enemy.” Erica said.
“Natalia did say something about dealing with her and you I suppose.” Lucca said in total embarrassment he was now ashamed of his sister’s previous actions.
“Oh yeah! What did you do to her?” Erica asked.
“She’s gonna be in a coma for the next 5 years maybe by then she’ll remember age is not on her side for jealousy.” Eric said with a small smile.
“Mm, that does sort of make a lot of sense. After all but then I don’t think she can make babies.” Erica said with a small frown.
“Why do you say so?” Lucca asked.
“The way she looked at me back in Brazil and the disgust she had towards me having too many kids. It really makes her seem barren.” Erica said with a small shrug.
“The doctors should fix that in her coma. ” Noah said nonchalantly.
“Yeah yeah! Anyway we need to focus on getting Josephine out of that prison.” Erica said.
“Prison?!” Eric was stunned.
“Well not really prison prison.” Erica said with a small shrug.
“Go upstairs baby.” Jakes said as she carried her to the elevator.
“Wh@ťěver.” Erica shrugged as the elevator doors closed.
*Next day*
*A hotel*
Three days of torture and misery for Josephine had passed and now it was time she went to officially break Jakes’s heart at his office.
And three days of leaving in glee and smugness had passed for the five evil people now it was time to set their plan in motion.
“You better not try anything silly we will be listening.” The little girl sat pointing at the recorder on Josephine’s chest.
“After this you’ll be free if I was you. I’d fly back to the hole I came out of.” The older woman said as she guided “Erica” into her dress.
*Hunt coop’s*
Josephine strutted into the office of course Erica was not there and Jakes was at work as usual.
She walked into Jakes’s office.
“Morning.” She said with a small smile.
Of course she was genuinely happy to be free from this mess.
“Erica! Where have you been I was worried sick!” Jakes said rushing towards her.
Josephine took several steps away from Jakes.
“I am sorry I worried you Jakes.” She said in a serious tone.
“Sweetheart, what’s wrong?” Jakes asked as he looked into her indifferent eyes.
“I….I….I….I don’t wanna be with you anymore Jakes.” Josephine said in a serious tone.
“You what?!” Jakes shouted.
“Don’t wanna be with you.” Josephine said as he raised her head a cold and determined look on her face.
“You must be joking. Erica, it’s only been a few weeks. You said you love me. We said we love each other.” Jakes said in a broken voice.
“I fell for someone else.” Josephine said.
“Leave!” Jakes said staring at her like she was some disgusting creature.” Your not the only woman on earth!”
Being dumped like this was every man’s hurting point.
Many man would be hurt just by the sound of the words ‘someone else’.
“It’s over.” Josephine said those words as she finally left the office.
A small laugh escaped his lips as soon as she walked out.
“It’s game on.” Jakes said as a big smirk rose on his lips.
He then called home.
“Hey sweetie.” Erica said as she answered the house line knowing it’s Jakes.
“Hi, baby.” Hearing Erica’s voice made Jakes excited. “Soon you’ll be able to travel out of the house.”
“What are you talking about?” Erica asked.
“Soon Méu inimã. Give the phone to Cole.” Jakes said.
Erica sighed in frustration before shouting.
“First Senior Brother! Jakes says he wants to talk to you!”
Then after awhile a deep voice was heard.
“Mm.” Cole said.
“They have made their first move. Josephine or should I say Erica just dumped me.” Jakes said with a laugh.
“Good, now we wait for their second move. If I am not wrong this person wants you Jakes. They don’t wanna hurt Erica. They wanna be with you. Probably a female.” Cole said.
“I think so too. And if that’s the case they should be seducing me sooner or later.” Jakes said.
“I don’t think that’s just it. This person wants you to be hers. They won’t immediately just get Erica to dump you then seduce you later. But they also can’t leave you single for chances are you might find another woman. So they should have other plans. Be on the lookout.” Cole said.
“Ok.” Jakes said.
*Hunt Mansion*
Jakes was seating on the couch chatting with Bella on the phone.
“Hey baby.” James said smiling.
“Sweetheart.” Bella said over the phone.
“What are you up to?” James asked.
“Finding a job. I feel I don’t wanna rely on my parents for the rest of my life so it’s best I find a job fast and my own place to stay.” Bella said.
“Take your time. Choose a comfortable category and a good place.” James said.
Bella had been down for awhile about Nelly but now she was better and she wasn’t even thinking about her anymore.
She had learned that she can’t remain a mom’s baby for life she was after all old enough to get her own place.
So she was striving for independence.
She wanted to build a stable home for her and James.
She didn’t want any family to be able to separate them.
A guard walked into the leaving room disturbing their phone call.
“Second young Master. A Grandma Scotty and four other ladies are outside they say they have an agent matter to speak of with the master.” The guard said.
“Go tell mom and Dad yourself.” James said as to the guard.
“Yes, young master.” The guard said with a bow.
