Veena came out of the big shopping mall with bags full her hand
She was about to cross to the other side where her car is parked when her phone started ringing
She tried to remove her phone from the pocket but it was uncomfortable with the bags in her hand, just as she decided to drop the bags, someone mistakenly bumped into her

Veena found her voice farmiliar, just as she look down the lady raised her head
