HOURS LATER ** HAWAII ISLAND>
They were all seated on the sailboat, just Miguel, Yolanda, Bella and Mr Leonard.
They were about going on white water rafting. They were already wearing their swimsuit and were about sailing.
The boat began sailing in no time.
“Whoa!!! I love this!!!” Bella screamed excitedly.
“I told you it was gonna be fun.” Mr Leonard said.
“Yeah you did… My first time actually.” She smiled before facing the couples at her back.
“Hey Miguel, hope you’re enjoying the ride, you too Yolanda… It’s fun yunno.” She gushed looking back at them.
Miguel nodded and smiled before looking at Yolanda. It’s obvious she was scared but she was trying not to show it.
“Scared??” Bella asked, noticing the terrified look she had on her face.
Miguel placed his hand on hers and she jolted.
“Take a deep breath, just see it like a moving car and tag along in the fun.” He said, smiling.
She swallowed hard.
“You shouldn’t be, free your mind if the weird thoughts.” Bella smiled.
“Breathe in and out.” Mr Leonard instructed and she did just that.
“I’m right beside you, so don’t be scared.” Miguel said.
“Can we take selfies?” Bella asked and they nodded.
“Alright then… Selfie time!!!” She announced.
“Smile everyone!” She said and began clicking photos.
Yolanda smiled.
It was really fun as they said.
The pace of the sailboat which was slow as a result of the wind increased in reciprocation to the wind.
“Whoa!!!” Bella exclaimed, spreading out her hands and the wind blew her, her hair flying in directions, same as Yolanda.
But fear gripped her at the intense speed of the boat. She clutched tightly on Miguel who smiled.
“Relax.” He whispered, wrapping a hand around her neck and she smiled as she rested her head on his chest.
They stayed like that for minutes with the wind blowing them as the boat sailed.
“It feels cool touching water as we sail.” Bella voiced out, removing her hands from the water.
“You’re right.” Mr Leonard said before dipping his hands into the water as well.
“Try it out Yolanda, you too Miguel.” She giggled, clapping her hands like a kid.
“No no…” She quickly shook her head, removing her head from Miguel’s chest.
“Why?? Don’t be a scared, you’ll love it.” She urged.
“I…”
“C’mon… Don’t be a ki||joy.” He said and she sighed.
“Your hand?” He requested before taking her hand forcefully.
He dipped it into the water, together with his. The temperature of the water was cold and soothing that Yolanda felt like jumping into it.
She turned to look at Miguel, that was when she realized that their face was very close… Small bump and they’ll collide.
She turned back looking at the water with a big smile on her face.
Suddenly the wind increased and the the speed of the boat increased making them lose their stamina.
Miguel bounced back on the boat, very roughly. He grunted.
“Miguel!!!” He heard his name and he raised his head. His eyes widened and he quickly rushed to the end if the boat.
Yolanda had fallen into the water in the process and she trying to swim but the water keeps pulling her back.
“Mi-gu-uel…”
“Landa!!” He called.
“Yolanda!!!” Both Mr Leonard and Bella called at the same time with widened eyes.
“Wait there Landa! I’m coming!!” He said. One could tell how worried and scared he was. It could visibly be detected in his voice.
Without wasting time, he jumped into the water.
“Miguel!!” They called, the velocity of the water had changed completely, it was now very dangerous to swim on.
