Ryan’s driver drove me to my house and when we got to the estate gate, I told him to stop that I will stroll from there to my house. I got down from the car and I walked towards my gate. When I got there, I knocked and the gateman opened the gate and he was greeting me but I simply ignored his greetings. I have a plan to make Kylie and Stephanie suffer but first I have to pretend like I don’t know what is going on. I got to the front door and I opened it, when I got inside, I saw Kylie and Alicia kissing and when they noticed my presence they stopped and Alicia got up immediately and she was shivering while Kylie was coming towards me and when he was about to hug, I pushed him off and I angrily went into my room.
?Kylie Pov?
Oh no!! I can’t believe Layla caught us. I think I need to explain things to her. I was about to go upstairs when Alicia dragged me back. I looked at her and I saw her shivering in fear.
“What is wrong Ally?” I asked
“Kylie I think we need to end this, I have a suggestion because once boss knows about this we are dead because our mistakes would ruin his plans” She said
“Okay, tell me your suggestion” I replied
She whispered the suggestion to me and I nodded in agreement. I think that is the best thing to do right now. I left the living room and went to our room. I saw Layla sitting on the bed looking sober. I immediately rushed to her and began to beg her with sweet words.
“Why did you do that Kylie?” She asked with tears streaming her face.
“Am so sorry Layla, I never wanted to do it. Since you did not come home for three days I was worried and I did not know that she put something in my drink I was intoxicated and I thought it was you” I replied
“No problem I believe you Kylie but I would forgive you on a condition that she would leave our house” she said
“That is okay with me, I will throw her things out soon but first tell me where you have been for the past three days” I replied
“Kylie, I was not feeling too well so I traveled home to spend time with dad” She said and sighed tiredly
“I think you should shower and get some sleep you look tired baby” I told her with fake concern
“I would do just that, now will you send the maid out. You don’t need to waste time” she said
“No problem I will do that now” I replied her and I walked out of the room.
I walked to Alicia’s room and I told her what Layla said and she felt sad but she immediately agreed and she felt happy that our plans did not jeopardize.
I need to end this mission soon. I need to go back to my peaceful life.

Next Morning

I was still enjoying my beauty sleep when a nice aroma hit my nose. I was enjoying the nice smell when I felt a tap on my shoulder. I opened my eyes and I saw Kylie staring at me with a sweet smile on his face. I faked a smile and I sat up. He was carrying a tray that has a special delicacy. I can’t believe that Kylie cooked on my behalf, this is literally the third time. He asked me to eat up and even offered to feed me but I told him not to bother then he told me he has an appointment then he left.
I carried the tray and I went to the kitchen and I emptied the content into the trash can. I can’t take a risk, who know what he added into it. I need to be careful from now on.
I walked back to my room and I saw my phone ringing. I saw Ryan’s name flashing on the screen I smiled and picked the call.
“Hello Ryan, how are you doing?” I asked excitedly.
“Am good Layla, you seem excited, what is popping?” He replied
“Nothing fun am just home alone” I said
“Oh the Almighty LAYLA STONE is bored” He replied and I heard him chuckling in the background.
“Don’t tease me Ryan” I replied and laughed.
“Alright call you later bye beauty queen” he said and hanged up.
I smiled and I sighted my bag then I remembered that Stephanie gave me a drug. I took out the drug and I saw that it seem unfamiliar there is no label on it. There I something fishy about it.
I immediately dress up and I rushed to my car then I instructed the driver to drive me to the nearest lab so I can have the drug tested.
