It has been four years since Ryan has been in a coma. I am so exhausted, I have been here since last night and I guess I had cried a lot. I felt a tap and I opened my eyes to see Mrs Lone staring at me with a sad smile.
“You need to get some sleep Layla. You have been here since last night, go home and get a good rest” Mrs Lone said and she wiped her tears.
“I want to stay with Ryan, I can’t leave him all alone and he needs me by his side” I said and she hugged me tight.
“Honestly Layla, you are the best thing that ever happened to this family and I love you so much my dear” Mrs Lone said and I wiped her tears.
“Don’t cry anymore, I am here for you and Ryan” I said and I gave her a peck. I walked towards Ryan and I caressed his hand and I was about to leave when I felt his hand grabbing me. I stared at him in shock and his mum rushed to call the doctor.

A YEAR LATER

Ryan and I have gotten married and our wedding was the talk of the town for months. I am now pregnant and I would deliver my babies anytime soon. The twins ran in and I sighed because I know I am going to be disturbed.
“Oh our wife is here” Julieta said and she hugged me.
“I need to greet my children first” Juliet said and she was about to hug me when I felt a sharp pain and I screamed while Ryan and the twins rushed me to the hospital.

Few Hours Later

I stared at Ryan and the twins as they played with the new twins.
“Am so happy you have birth to a boy and a girl, I am now a godmother and I can teach them how to be dependent” Juliet said and she smiled excitedly.
“No, I am their godmother” Julieta said and they began to argue.
Ryan stared at me lovingly and he kissed me.
“Thanks for giving me a reason to be happy Layla, I love you and I will always be with you” Ryan said and he hugged me tight.
